    I would use them again. They were really inexpensive. I have a five year old BMW. If your car is out of warranty, they are experienced in dealing with foreign cars. I would take my car there over the dealership. It might take longer to get in, but they are good.

    Yeah I would use them again because they righted the situation after all that. They are sending me a check in the mail for $150. I spent way to much time and I had to escalate it to the general manager.

    They are an excellent, honest shop! When you go in there, I am always mildy surprised! You'll get an honest estimate of the cost of the service. I feel like you're always getting the right answer from these guys. They are very professional and will tell you exactly what they think it's going to cost. They are good people and will get you in an out. They won't keep your car for days!

    I think they were a little high. I think it ended up costing me some $60 because my car has almost 200,000 miles on it. It was closer to $70. They were efficient and quick. The bad thing was, how much it cost. But I guess you pay for how quick they do things.

    Matt Mondlak at Collision One talked me through the process before the work started answering all my questions.  I was completely at ease throughout the process. Matt's staff were also very pleasant and helpful.The finished work looks great, paint match is excellent. The car was clean and all work was completed the first time. I've had the car for a little over a week now with no complaints

    I dropped my car at the scheduled time.  It took them about 30 mins to get me 'checked in' which was my first red flag.  Next I was told that in order for them to complete the BMW paid recall, I would need to either pay roughly $800 to have the lastest routine maintenance completed by them or provide paperwork from the service center that completed it over 6 months ago.
    Long story short, time had passed and I have no proactive communication from MAG on the status of my car.  After a day and a half, I called for a 2nd time to find out the status of my vehicle.  I was told that my car was 5th in queue for a diagnostic.  That's correct, I've been without a perfectly driveable vehicle for 30 hours and they hadn't even looked at it yet.  
    Completely frustrated, I called Kelly BMW who said they could get me in the following morning and would start work within 1-2 hours of receiving my vehile.  I then told MAG to pull my car out of queue and I was coming to pick it up.  I dropped it off this morning with Kelly and they were nothing but professional.  
    I've owned two BMW's since 2007 and have always gone to MAG, but lately there service and give-a-crap-o-meter have fallen off significantly.  I will not buy another vehicle from them nor spend a penny with their service dept.

    STAY AWAY!!

    If your looking for a body shop only concerned with cashing you insurance check, you've found the place!  Took my car in to repair some damage to the rear bumper.  Went to pick it up and there was a backup sensor that wasn't painted and a screw in my tire.  After haggling with them, I finally got them to plug the tire and paint the sensor.  Went to pick up my car a second time and there was a brand new crack in my windshield!  The response; a shrug and 'file a claim with your insurance'.  After following up with my insurance to try and 'persuade' them to do the right thing and repair their damage, I find out that when I signed to have the work done, there is a clause that alleviates them of any and all damages that might occur while in their possession.  So if an employee drives your car into the side of the building?  Sorry about your luck.  Ultimately, if your looking for a body shop that probably uses knock-off Korean parts painted with a can of spray paint, you're looking at the right shop, go see Nate and he will 'take care of you'.

    It went well. The guys at Oxford Automotive seem very trustworthy, and truly concerned about your car and getting the job done right. I have taken my BMW there twice, and my wife's Honda Pilot once. The offer rental cars, which is great. The also have a 24 month 24,000 mile guarantee on their services. Who does that nowadays? I will continue to use them in the future.
