  • Service provider (Tim) was on time and very courteous. Reviewed items that needed cleaned, moved furniture to get better access, set up and cleaned item's. Wiped up any overspray, moved furniture back. Packed up and left. Furniture and rug dry in about 2 hours and looks so nice again.

  • Called and asked if could come early, which worked out great for us. Very friendly and professional. Cleaned the furniture and our family room carpet which had a huge coffee stain. We had another company come out and they couldn't get the stain out of the carpet. Steam clean did a wonderful job and the carpet now looks great. I would highly recommend using this company.
  • I recently purchased two coupons for carpet cleaning services from Nationwide Cleaners. One was for my daughter as a gift and the other was for myself. My daughter redeemed hers and had her carpets cleaned on 7/30. After Nationwide Cleaners performed their services for my daughter, I cancelled my scheduled service. The Angie's List voucher states that Nationwide will move small furniture, and Nationwide refused to move any of my daughter's furniture--including lightweight dining chairs and a 5-lb rotary fan. She asked the cleaners to move the furniture when they were working, and they refused. This resulted in her carpets only getting partially cleaned. In addition, what they did "clean" remains very dirty in areas. When she asked that they touch up certain spots, they only did so partially; she can clearly see where they ran the cleaner and where they didn't. My daughter regularly has her carpets cleaned via another Angie's-recommended service, and said they always do an impeccable job and that the difference between the two companies is night and day. We only wanted to try the new service with Nationwide because of the coupon and are now very unhappy we did. My son-in-law called Nationwide directly to express his concerns, and the manager on duty was entirely dismissive, saying that he "trusts his guys" and "no one else has complained." He blamed their refusal to move furniture on Angie's List, telling my son-in-law it was against company policy to move furniture and that Angie's List had "screwed it up." He offered to have a crew come back out and touch up a "spot or two" but claimed they wouldn't be able to do that for a few weeks. Since my daughter and son-in-law moved much of their furniture and decor off the carpet in preparation for cleaning, this won't work for them and they'd rather avoid the hassle of doing that all over again. When they requested a discount or partial refund, Nationwide refused to budge. Angie's List  kindly refunded my money for my unused voucher. If you are also able to refund any money for my daughter's coupon, it would be much appreciated. The voucher numbers are as follows: Carpet-2126056-1 (not used) Carpet-2123820-1 (used).

  • It was not as good as they've done in the past. We've used them three times prior and it was fantastic. This time, it was almost like they were rushed. The results were not as good. It didn't turn out good. It was not the service that we'll use again.
  • I contacted Clem wanting an estimate for a full deep cleaning of our house. He came over and looked at what we had. Considering the condition of our house (I won't lie, it was pretty messy; with three kids, two cats, and both adults working full time, we'd let things slide) and the size (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms), he quoted me $400 for a deep clean. We set a Saturday date for his team to come.
    They were scheduled to show up at 8:00, and at 8:00 on the nose, they pulled into the driveway. I showed them around and let them know which areas to clean and which to skip (laundry room, basement) and packed up the kids and let them have the house to themselves for the day.
    When we got back in the afternoon, the house was practically unrecognizable. The floors and bathrooms are gleaming. Furniture was moved and vacuumed underneath, and even the couch cushions were vacuumed. The stovetop was shining, the countertops were spic and span, and even the inside of the sink was scrubbed. The bathrooms were beautiful. Mirrors were polished, towels were folded neatly and hung, and they even scrubbed away a couple of mildew spots on one bathroom wall.
    In the bedrooms, they cleaned behind dressers and under beds, which I wasn't even expecting. We have several bookcases of board games and books, and they organized the board games neatly on the shelves for us! I really can't say enough about how great a job they did on our place. I will be setting up regular biweekly cleanings from CSC and I am really looking forward to it. THANK YOU!!

  • They are a small company, but I could not be happier with them. They came out and assessed the job before starting. They did an excellent job of cleaning all of the carpets in my home. They even cleaned my kitchen chairs and recliners. Everything they touched looked brand new. They worked extremely hard, and were able to remove stains that other carpet companies had been unable to remove.

  • Shawn and Mat were on time and immediately set to work. I have house dogs therefore my carpet has stains. Mat and Shawn keep working on a stain until it is gone. And my husband had stained his light blue overstuffed recliner with transmission fluid. But the chair looks good as new!

    Mat and Shawn do all the work themselves and I feel very comfortable with them in my home.

  • Clint returned my call within a few hours and was able to service my vehicle the next day.  Mobile service was unavailable due to the weather, so I went to his shop location.  I had a strong odor problem due to vomit, and Clint spot cleaned the trouble area and ran several hours of ozone (odor removal treatment).  For the most part the odor was gone when I picked up my vehicle and the rest dissipated over the next few days.

  • Overall the experience was amazing.  Jonathan was polite and informative about the process from start to finish.  My appointment was kept, they even came early and were courteous enough to call and check that that was okay.  The process took about an hour and a half and Johathan explained everything that I needed to do as a follow-up to the cleaning.  Jonathan also did a very nice job of explaining his carpet cleaning business and how he separated himself from his competitors without being overly pushy.  Overall, very pleasant experience.
