  • Their pricing is good, but there are so many drugs that they just don't cover. I had to switch from a name brand to a generic on one that I had been on for 25 years. My husband had to switch three of his. One of his they would cover nothing on. They do it in tiers. They are usually very good. We have to re-up every year.

  • I used Crosby's Drugs & Home Health Care.  I used them for both home health care and my cat.  I was there two weeks ago on Saturday.  They tend to be unorganized.  I think they've been better lately but they tend to be disorganized and not very prompt when going to try to pick up a prescription.  Last time when I was getting a prescription for my cat they filed it under F for feline and they couldn't find it.  They will often do that were their not very communicative like if I call for a refill, I'll have to call them back after that to see if it's ready rather than them call me when it is ready.  Parking is a little problem, I think I was trying to run in one time before they closed and they have parking spaces in front of other parking spaces so that one of their employees was trying to leave and she wanted me to start my car back up and pull out so she could get out but I had to run in to pick up the prescription before they closed so It was like I was being inconvenienced because of their whole parking situation.  The parking is near campus but it isn't great.  I think they're are only two drug stores in Columbus that do compounding for special flavors and they can make it chicken flavor for my cat.

  • Between my husband and I, we've used her practice probably for the last two years. She was excellent. The only reason I probably won't use her as much in the future is because she does not take insurance. If she can't see you today, she can likely see you tomorrow and with my primary care doctor, I can't usually get in that quickly. She is very caring. If she can think of a way that can help your condition without having to use strong medication, she will tell you about it. She'll follow you up and call to see how you're doing or her assistant will call. When it comes to prescriptions, they'll always look up to see whether there is a coupon for what she's prescribed so you can get it cheaper. She's about helping you medically as well as financially. Her prices are very good too. She works on  a scale of how long she spends with you. But if you have something simple and she spends like 15 minutes wit you, she'll only charge you like 30 or 35 dollars.

  • They call me. Their customer service is very good. When I go in there they are very nice and if they return it in case I don’t come back in time, they would refill the medication. They are very good. I think on my insurance I get my medication at a very low price and I think that is why I chose them.
    It is a perfect pharmacy.

  • His care was very good. He was treated in 2010 and again in 2014. If you have a complicated case this is the place to go. World renowned doctors, latest technology and many satelite offices near cleveland. Parking can be expensive. Intercontinental hotel is within the hospital. Recently renovated, very comfortable but expensive.

  • I needed that prescription and so I called the hospital the next day and got the nurse from h***. She was rude and unhelpful. She was absolutely terrible. I called back and asked for the QA nurse (that was recommended to me). It was the same lady. I got in touch with the administrator and she said she would look into it and someone would get back to me. In a very prompt manner, the clinical educator, who trains everyone, was very apologetic and bent over backwards to make it up to me. I will go back to this facility. The hospital and the doctor were absolutely great!

  • We have United Health Care through my husband's employer. We had a few other options and are glad that we chose UHC. Their error rate is very low, and when an error is called to their attention, they give it proper attention and resolve it quickly. If UHC is among your choiced for insurance provider, I recommend UHC!

  • UHC's website really has all the information I need regarding my billing, HCSA account balance, MRA balance and physician's listings. I actually had to change my primary earlier in the year and it's so easy to find out which doctor's are covered by UHC. When I had my arthroscopic knee surgery, they did a great job of updating all of my information so that I knew where I stood.

  • The coverage I have is just OK. I originally chose UHC because my OBGYN was covered by them, only to find out that they had severed their relationship after getting my insurance. This was frustrating to find out when I had an over hundred dollar bill from the doctor. In general, their service seems good, but their claims and billing process is awful! I had a test done per my gastroenterologist, and received notification online from UHC that I would be responsible for over $1000 of it. I made plans to save up money until the paper bill arrived. When the bill arrived over a month later, I was shocked to see that I only owed $175. I have had multiple "estimated" bills turn out wrong once the actual bill is sent to me. This causes a lot of unnecessary worrying on the patient's part!
I do like the Provider search feature. It's an easy way to find a doctor that is covered 'in network'.

  • We checked into their outpatient lab and diagnostic testing center in the medical office building part of the hospital.
After only a couple minutes, they got us registered, got all the signatures and insurance info, and took the script for the labwork. After about 5 minutes, they called my 12 year old son's name, and we both went back to get his blood drawn. Two ladies were present and one drew it, they also explained everything before hand, asked us if we had any questions, and made sure my son was doing ok with it before they proceeded.
All went well, and my 12 year old said "If I have to get my blood drawn mom, I only want to come here."
No fuss, no muss, fast and courteous service.
