    Judd's Concrete
I had been waiting weeks for another concrete company to come out and do the job, so I called Jim Judd and he had the job completed within a week. He has the equipment, crew and know-how to get the job done correctly and on time. Very satisfied.

Zach and his crew did a nice job on the timing we needed and with a reasonable price. They tore out and removed the old concrete and poured the new concrete with the support structure needed for our driveway, and cleaned up the site after the project. The new bridge aprons look great!

Outstanding. Was out the next day to fix the spring, arrived on time, called ahead to let us know when he'd be there. Work was done quickly and a job well done. Hired again to do door maintenance and it's now like a new door and opener. Can't go wrong, great service!

    Cincinnati Door & Window
I purchased an Angie's List big deal for a triple layer garage door.  I was happy to hear that the price really did include everything and there were no hidden fees.  I did pay a little extra to upgrade to a nicer design but I was surprised the cost was as low as it was.  Installation was good and everything seems to be working great (it has been about a month).  The only complaint I have is that it took a very long time from the time I purchased the deal to the time it was installed which meant I was without a garage for about 6 weeks.  Part of this was was d/t me ordering a nicer door and I understand that.  But they didn't put me on the schedule to have it installed until the door arrived which meant another 3 week wait.  I just wish they would have gone ahead and put me on the schedule since they were scheduling so far out.  However, I also understand it was mainly d/t me doing the upgrade.  Overall, I would give an A.  I had a quote from someone else which was much much higher so I think this deal was very much worth it.  The quality of the three layer doors are nice.  I would recommend them and I would use them again.

The service was great.  LG called just from a message on Angie's List.  Gave me an estimate over the phone and showed up for the appointment on time.  Great job, would use them again.

    Precision Door Service
My garage door spring broke and made the door skip off the track on a Friday morning.  We were having people over the next day to the house.  I called Friday morning as soon as they opened and someone came to my house and fixed it that day.  All work was done before 1:00.  If you need work done fast, I would definitely recommend!  When I called, I got the contact person that was listed directly and he got things scheduled quickly.

The porch and new support posts did my much to update the look of the front of the house. We had some trouble with the wrap around the support posts which the company replaced to our satisfaction.

    Creech's Lawn & Landscaping
It went well except they forgot to put in the river rocks that were in the design. They charged me for them in the bill. When I called to discuss it, I got a person who was being trained and new to the job. I wanted the rock to be put in and would of been happy to pay for it but all she did was deduct the price of the rock. At that point I was tired of dealing with it so I said that is enough. I have no problem with the work that they did do, but the river rock would have looked very nice. I will probably use some one else next time.

Home show in January contractor said he would do andscape work, using my already purchased materials. Feb 23rd he came and quoted my job which would have been installation of some wall block, and rerouting downspout water flow away from my house. I already had all the block, and told him would pay for the material for the water flow, his was "installation labor only" Feb 24 th we agreed to terms. Next activity was April 29th, swapping e-mails with him telling me how sorry he was not to have completed our job let's try for..........June 14th, more promises, no production. June 16th, 17th. whoosh, my how time flies when you aren't getting any work done........ July 10, 17, 20, 23, promises promises, no show, no show. I would even have to initiate the checks, he wouldn't call no one was coming, just no show. After a while you don't get excited anymore when he tells you the next lie. Actually that is wrong, once he told me in advance they weren't coming, his work boss was having a baby. Now I'm not saying this was a fabrication, but this guy has an active facebook page, and as of this writing I don't see any mention of babies being born. I don't facebook, maybe those of you who do could tell me differently. I thought births of friends and co-workers would be ripe fodder for a facebook post??

Most recent was today 8/8/14 he was having his guy come check my property, ohh, cancel that, how about Monday the 11th. This wasn't for work mind you, just so the guy could see the site. I replied "I'll be here, but I won't be holding my breath that you will" to which he responded "After further thought, it will be better if we do not enter into a business transaction together. Based on your last aggressive email it will be better for you to choose another company"  So here I am folks, being all aggressive.......
NO WORK WAS EVER DONE, I was just led on for a long time. I feel ashamed I let it go this long. You have been warned.
I had to add this guy to Angies list. Check his mailing address on facebook. 123 abc street. If a contractor won't be honest about who, and where he is, that should be a clue

50% down before work would be a really foolish move on your part. I am happy to say since I provided material, I wasn't going there.

    Premium Sealcoat LLC

They edged the driveway, used a broom to loosen dirt and then used a leaf blower to remove all debris. All cracks were sealed. The seal coat was applied in a professional manner even using small brushes around areas to prevent getting the seal coat on other structures. They decided the driveway was in bad enough shape that it needed a second coat. They came back out six hours later and applied second coat at no additional charge.
