    David is great! We just started a small business and he has been so much help. Our first meeting he got to know us and what we wanted in our design. He made us feel very comfortable and listened. He gave us several great designs and tweaked them while we we were there so we left with a design we loved. He has helped with advertising, creating our website, ordering business cards and so much more! We will continue to work with him on all future projects! When we got our invoice I was pleasantly surprised!

    Shamrock Web Concepts
    I hired Shamrock Web Concepts to build a website for my remodeling business. Scott was very professional throughout the entire process. He always took into consideration my thoughts, and repeatedly said " I want you to be happy with it, it's your site." Scott literally worked up more than 50 logos for the website. He made sure that I was comfortable with every aspect of the website. I feel I got more than my moneys worth, and I am already planning on using Shamrock Web Concepts for future projects! I give Shamrock Web Concepts my highest recommendation!

    How did it go?  Not well. 
    The internet and phone work fine.  The cable TV is another matter.  We have two TiVO boxes that worked fine in our old location (served by a different cabled provider in another state).  The first tech left with neither box working claiming it was a TiVo problem.  The second tech, 4 days later, acknowledged that the signal needed to be boosted and that at least 2 of the 3 Cable Cards were bad.  In addition, one of the tuner adaptors was bad.  He did not have any Cable Cards "because they are easy to lose" so we had to make a trip to the Time Warner office to get them ourselves.  It is now 2 weeks later, 9 (yes, 9) Cable Cards, 3 tuner adaptors and we still only have one TiVo working.  We have isolated the problem as the tuner adaptor (thank heaven for tech savy spouses) yet Time Warner is denying they are the source of the problem.  If there was an alternative, we'd work with someone else.

    Update:  I changed my rating to a C after TWC contacted us.  By the time we heard from someone (after Angie's List's dispute resolution got involved), my husband had spent over 20 hours on the phone with their technical people and the TiVo technical people and finally resolved the matter.  TWC did agree not to charge us for the first month of service, thus increasing my rated.  However, it should not have been this difficult to hook up cable service using devices that work properly.

    We had three jobs printed at Allegra to test them out to see if they would be a good printer. Of the three jobs none of them were acceptable. The printing was crooked on the document and the folds were also crooked. We ended up accepting two jobs and having them reprint one as the images were running off the page and were not supposed to. When we went to pick up the last job they had reprinted it was still crooked. So we referenced the proof we had provided them with so they would know what the job was supposed to come out as and it was perfect. We ended up returning the third job at our cost. All of these orders were payment upon pick up. The check we wrote was cashed within 24 hours. Three months later, we had received 2 invoices from Allegra for the cost of all of the jobs that we had already paid for. Instead of Allegra handling their own book keeping, they told us that we needed to provide them with proof. It was easy enough to supply them with the image of the check that they did not waste their time cashing and apparently not recording. I will never do work with these people again. They provide unprofessional service and are difficult to work with.

    Blanchard Valley Regional Ctr
    I had outpatient surgery, and later that night was experiencing difficulty breathing. My husband took me to the emergency room at Blanchard Valley Hospital. When I described my problem, they took me immediately back to a room, not a cubicle. Xrays were done, an arterial stick, and I was diagnosed and sent home within a few hours. I have had not so stellar experiences in the ER here before, but this past time I was impressed with how much they had improved.

    Brief TranSITions
    I had my dog pet sitted for a week. I also asked for a flea bath, Frontline and the intensive exercise twice in the week. He gave me the exercising free. I had expected to come back to some pet hair, only to find that he had already swept and mopped in all my dogs normal hang outs. He went above and beyond what I expected and I would have paid more for his services any day, I didn't expect the level of care and service for the price. The guy that runs it is very trustworthy, he had a key to my home for a week and the only thing out of its place was the closet I keep the sweeper in, theres a trick to closing it and he couldnt figure it out after he swept.

    Came at time promised. Diagnosed problem very quickly. Ordered part, returned on 8/10/09 as promised. Have also used to repair refrigerator and freezer. Always responds when promised and is very professional and courteous.

    Premier Electronics
    We began to notice problems with the picture on our television, and we contacted the warranty company that was listed in the warranty contract that we purchased when we bought our television a few years back. The only authorized place was Premier Electronics, located over an hour away from where we live. When we contacted them for pickup, they scheduled an appointment for 9-noon on a Tuesday, but they showed up a little after 8 a.m. They came in, asked what the problem was, then picked up the TV and put it in the back of their unmarked van. They didn't offer any info other than a service slip with a tracking number on it, and told us it would take about two weeks to fix the TV. Two weeks went by, and our tracking number only showed that they were working on our TV ("status--in progress, check back later"). We called after three weeks and received the run-around, making us wonder if we were going to get the TV back. Then they told us that the part had been ordered (a part that was no longer being made by the manufacturer, which we knew), and that it would be there soon. We waited another two weeks, during which we tried to contact them and get a status update, but we were either unable to get someone to answer the phone or were given horrible and rude service. Finally, after five weeks of waiting, they told us that the part needed to repair the TV no longer existed and that we would be eligible for a free replacement through the store where we bought the TV, but that they would have to get the TV back to us before we could exchange it, and it would be another week before they would deliver it to us. Our only delivery options were on Tuesdays. They informed us that we were more than welcome to drive over an hour each way and get it ourselves--were they kidding?? We had been waiting on them to return our television for almost a month and a half at this point, when it was supposed to take two weeks, and they wanted us to come get it! We were finally able to get them to deliver it back to the store where we would be exchanging it, but not without a fight first, and not in any sort of timely manner. All around, this is a poorly-run company with very little concern for having any repeat customers. I would not wish this on anyone!
