  • A service rep was able to come out 2 days later. Very punctual. I really appreciate they charge a flat rate for time plus materials. $85 for the 1st hour and $65 for each additional hour. I was able to shop around and get the best price for the disposal I wanted and purschased it right before it was installed. The only reason for the "B" for quality is he was unable to run the wiring for the disposal, and I wasn't aware of that until he arrived so now I have to call an electrician too. Overall very professional, and very polite. I will call Yates and Young again for any of my plumbing services.

  • The Beltz team provided excellent service and top notch professionalism.  They explained all of my repair options and outlined their repair plan.  I felt their pricing was very reasonable and after the repairs were completed, I think their service was worth every penny.  All of my interaction with their team was great.  I highly recommend them and I will definitely work with them again in the future if I have any other issues.  From my experience, Beltz is an great company that really cares about the people they service.  Thanks!

  • Problem:  Drain was clogged.

Solution:  The issue seemed so simple.  The issue was fixed last time by cutting the tree roots in the line.  The technician was patient in getting that fixed, but it did not remedy the problem.  He then worked on the inside clean out and again to no avail.  The process required finding out a very unusual plumbing setup in the basement that required some pipe work.

Everything was done in good time and the technician was patient even though things clearly were not going as smooth as they should.  I have used Jacks for my residence as well as my business and have been pleased with the service and always shocked by the great rates.

  • Hand shoveled to about 4 feet deep around perimeter of house excluding the outside walls of the attached garage. Filled with sealing agent and covered over with excavated soil. Removed 2 old sump pumps from crawlspace and the attached hoses. Replaced with commercial grade sump pump and all necessary hoses + connections..

  • The price has been very competitive. Its very good quality. We've used them off and on throughout the entire year. We used them quite a bit.I like their overall knowledge and wanting to make sure stuff is done right.

  • We were originally going to have him place a new flange and install a new toilet but we did not have our flooring ready to have a toilet installed. He came in and offered great advice for placement of new flange and water line to new toilet. He gave great advice and even gave us the option to do the work ourselves that he recommended or he could remove the flange for us. Due to us not having the correct tools, we had him remove the flange and bought new flange and some other parts from him. Will definitely call him for future plumbing problems!

  • After calling my normal plumber, Allstar, and finding out that they had no one available for a week I began calling from the phone book. I called Moser and they had no plumbers available that day but said they would try and get me in the next day or on the following Monday and would call and let me know status. They called the next day and said it would probably be Monday. In the meantime the weather warmed and my sink unclogged (it was due to a frozen pipe). Luckily the pipe did not burst and Moser recommended I wrap the pipe to prevent future freezing. They were great not only calling to give me an update on where I stand on the appointment list but also walking me through the freezing pipe scenario over the phone!

  • Todd came as scheduled to run new water lines to kitchen sink and then hook up a new dishwasher. He first questioned why we wanted our same 2 year old garbage disposal installed when a new one would "only cost 125". It took him 7 hours to complete the project, much longer than we thought it should. Upon receiving the bill from Todd I noticed that his parts cost were extremely high compared to normal. When I called to question him on the cost he admitted that he marks up everything 300%. That is not a typo 300%. For example, he charged $50 for the hose/connector for the dishwasher (this is a $10-$20 part). He charged $42 for the waterline to hook up the refrigerator line ($10-$15 part - he put the valve on the line but did not leave the hose to hook up the refrigerator). He had a total of $240 in parts for this small plumbing job. We understand that most contractors will mark up their parts, however the amount of his mark ups were out of line. I expressed this to Todd and his true colors came out. He proceeded to call me a "stupid Jew", then a "stupid banker" that knows nothing about plumbing. He repeated both of these comments as he then moved on to threatening me if I did not send him his money immediately. Todd is completely unprofessional and appeared to be out of control. I would never trust him in my home or even around me ever again. To top it off... the faucet is dripping.

  • Last evening after a long hard week, my wife and I are getting ready to relax, eat some appetizers and enjoy the weekend. Lo and behold, we detect a spraying, hissing noise coming from inside our garage. Checked it out and discovered a 1" long crack in a cold water line shooting water everywhere. I immediately shut off the main water line valve coming into our house (from the street).
While my action did stop the leak, we now are without water PERIOD !!
My wife called Mr. Knueve and told him our situation - he responded and reacted very, very quickly !! Came and got us fixed up within the hour. Very friendly and professional and he really helped us out nicely on a Friday night 'emergency' situation here. Thanks again and Knueve and Sons is now our plumbing, heating, and electrical source !!

  • Todd is a true professional. He contacts you before he heads out to your house. If he will be late, he calls and explains. All the installations went well and three months later there are no issues. His prices are very reasonable and he truly is concerned about doing the job right.
