    My experience with Dr. Keswani and her staff was excellent.  I now get allergy shots twice a week.  The system governing shot protocol is cumbersome.  They don't offer late or early hours any day of the week. Since the process of getting a shot can take upwards of 45 minutes (in a best-case scenario) I don't know how anyone who does not live or work in the immediate area in a full-time day job can possibly consider doing this. Jennifer, who administers the shots, is professional in every way, but I wonder if this aspect of their office is understaffed.  It seems like she is doing too much calling people into the secondary waiting area, preparing the serum for shots, (and that includes her fetching the serum from a refrigerator down the hall, putting the serum bottle(s) in a machine that shakes them up), administering the shots, and checking on you 20 minutes later to excuse you to leave. Checking in through the front desk can be a huge unknown as they are woefully understaffed too -- it can take 10-15 minutes just to check in for the shot if they are busy, which they usually are.  That does not include scheduling the next shot(s) either.  I think if they added another person administering shots or assisting Jennifer,  and one more body in the front, the whole process would be greatly streamlined.  Add some greater range in the hours (for shots)  and you would have a first-class experience in medical excellence.  That's just my two cents..

    They're all just a normal doctor's office.  The doctors are always on time.  The nurses were great.  The doctor was reasonable.  I had a pretty normal check-up so I won't be there for more than 15 minutes.

    We both have been very happy with both of them. It was an excellent experience. What stand out is his compassion, his friendliness, and his knowledge. I have really felt that he knew what he was doing, so I was very happy with him.

    Appointment time was 2:15, was call back within 10 min; doctor came in about 5 minutes later. Doctor spent approximately 15 minutes with me going over what I did, what I was doing prior to getting in to see him, assessing the injury, going over additional plans and time frame for healing. Out the door and on my way total of 30 minutes from appointment time.

    The waiting room was not as clean as I would like it. The people working in the reception area were not always friendly, and treated patients in a manner I didn't feel was right. However, the Doctors / Licensed Practitioners have always been very nice and listen to our needs. Overall, I feel the care is good, they just need to clean up on their 1st impressions.

    Ricketts, Dr. Gregory A.
    With age comes new surprises in healthcare and what becomes necessary treatment.
    Despite the problems with aging, and the fear and uncertainty, Dr. Ricketts instills confidence through his expertise and knowledge.
    More importently he has a 'failure is not an option' attitude.
    He can alliveate symptons with medicine, but he goes the extra mile to alliveate sysmtoms by focusing on the cause, helping you understand the cause, and then driving a change management in lifestyle to take ownership for your own heath. Additionally, he follows up and makes sure you stay on track. If you need additional healp from other healthcare providers, such as dieticians or other behavior modifications, he provides the patient the necessary resources to take control and ownership of their own health issues.He also goes one step further...he does not let you off the hook.
    As I said, with Dr. Ricketts and quot;Failure is not an Optionand quot;
    He takes it personal and will be straight up honest if you are not doing what you are suppose to be doing.
    He is a 'health and well-beingand quot; life coach.
    This is the person I want on my side when it comes time to fight the big fights.

    Always a great experience. Very happy we have chosen this practice to take care of our family. My son and I are covered under 2 insurance companies, so from time to time I do have to call the billing department and remind them to submit my claims to both companies. Other than that, everything is efficient.

    I called to schedule my annual exam. There was a 2 month wait to see the doctor, so I chose to see the midwife. I needed my prescription renewed before then, so I took the appointment with the midwife, Dr. Fries. She was very accommodating and took time to listen to my health concerns and preferences on how I wanted the prescription administered. In the past, Dr Tong had me on a generic monophasic birth control pill, but prescribed it so that I could take it for 3 months straight before having a menstrual cycle. Even though he retired, I've still been able to explain that taking the generic in this manner is cheaper for me. They've always accommodated my request and I have confidence that if there was a cheaper alternative, they would suggest it. When I'm there, regardless of who I see for my appointment, I've always felt like they had a genuine interest in my well-being. And with this most recent visit, I didn't even have to take the written script to the drug store; they now process scripts through the internet. I will definitely make my next annual appointment with Cascades Womens' Health and specifically request to see Dr. Fries.

    My daughter had survery for enlarged tonsils and the doctor was very professional and ask a lot of questions during our visit.After surgery my daughter was seen by some one othewr than the doctor.I had a few questions and concerns and she just dismissed my concerns and took less than two minutes with my daughter.I felt that the Doctor should have checked her. My older son had surgery scheduled  for his tonsils to be removed and two days before the surgery was scheduled I was told I needed $500 to keep the appoinment. I didn't have the money and had to cancel the appointment.I just finished paying for my daughters surgery and they didnt seem to  care or offer any options..

    I didn't wait long in the waiting room and the doctor came in a respectable time.The entire appointment I was treated with respect and they even had warm wipes to clean up when they were finished. The check-out was less than three minutes.
