Everdry did a great job. We were very pleased with their thoroughness. The on-site supervisor always checked in to keep us informed and address any questions or concerns. Our basement is now dry and comfortable. They didn’t harm our landscaping and left the outside of our home looking good. We would recommend them to anyone. D.L., Fostoria, OH

Our crawl space always flooded when it rained. Everdry sealed the foundation. After their work the crawl space has been dry. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable about their work.

Their work was excellent. The sales person came at 2:00 on Thursday Dec. 29 and sold us on the products and service. They had another project cancel and re-directed to our project with one person there the next morning. Had a minor issue with the 1st worker not plugging in the freezer when finished. We also expected more people to show up Saturday 12/31 (New Year's Eve), but they did not get enough crew to volunteer. One person came Monday, some more on Tuesday, then a full crew on Wed. to finish the digging and other work. They will be back later to seal cracks in the concrete floor which were under the furniture when they were there. Very impressed with the quality and follow-up to ensure we were satisfied.

I was shocked they came out to do the service in the middle of the winter, but they completed the project with no problems at all like it was perfect weather. The crew was very professional and courteous. They cleaned up inside the basement extremely well. They forgot to leave a pile of dirt for after the snow melted, however that works out better since we would not have been able to do anything with it until now (especially with this winter). I am sure they will bring in back when they come for the spring checkup I am about to setup. 1. They installed the water barrier on the outside perimeter wall and we only had to have 2-3' of space for them to do this job. They dug the trench by hand, not with machines that cause you to have remove bushes, shrubs, flowers etc...! 2. They installed drainage in the basement along the perimeter inside by removing the concrete, installing the drainage below the foundation, and covered the drainage with stone and new concrete. This will eliminate the backup flooding issues coming under our home when the rivers overflow into the city drainage system. 3. Removed our old sump pump (and left it since it was still usable) and then installed a new battery backup sump pump with a very high quality recharging inverter and two batteries for the backup. 4. Installed a quality air control system that controls the air and humidity in our home. This system is very quiet, low power usage and is completely vented to the outside. We thought we were going to have some wall webbing done but the supervisor on the crew said our walls did not require any, which was a relief to find out. They sealed any cracks in the wall blocks, between the blocks, and along the tops and bottoms of the wall wherever needed.

Hand shoveled to about 4 feet deep around perimeter of house excluding the outside walls of the attached garage. Filled with sealing agent and covered over with excavated soil. Removed 2 old sump pumps from crawlspace and the attached hoses. Replaced with commercial grade sump pump and all necessary hoses + connections..

Day One:  one man dropped off.    He dug the trenches all around the back of the house.  Broke up concrete in the basement. Day Two:  Whole Crew.  Broke up the rest of the concrete, dug out trenches in the front of the house, applied water proofing to cellar outside walls, put in pipe and water drains, sump pump, and ran the venting for the easy-breathe system. Day 3:  Full Crew except for one man. All trenches were back filled.  Cement was poured in the cellar, vent wells were installed, piping to the outside, and the sump pump back-up tied in.  I was shown how to operate the equipment and the job was finished!  I can't say enough about how nice each and every one of the crew was.  Any question was answered politely and thoroughly.  If needed in another home, I would not hesitate to hire the firm again.  SLS

    The Basement Doctor Northwest
It worked out pretty good. I was kind of holding a review up until I see how this actually holds up. We had it done last November and I’m thinking it is stable now but I was hesitant to put a review until I see how it holds up until this summer. We are satisfied with the work they did. It has a pretty good crew. They were very conscientious crew. They were very cordial. They cleaned up pretty good afterwards. They had to move some furniture out of the way which we should have probably have done already but they helped us move and put it all back when they were done. I think he did okay as far as the levelling goes. He has given us a lifetime warranty for it. I would hire him again. The price was expensive but it is hard for me to know because I did not get quotes from anyone else. My friends used them too and they were also happy.

    The Basement Guys
Reasonably priced compared to competition. Got more for my buck. Another company gave me a quote of $10,000 and advised it wouldn't 100% fix my problem "moisture." I would have had to buy an additional $1500 dehumidifier to be 100% fixed. Basement Guys were around $2,000 cheaper and I got the dehumidifier in the deal so all in all almost $3500 cheaper.
