    Took two days to complete. Then said it was ready but cracked the windshield while installing strut. Said they would take care of it. Manager said he talked with glass company when he did not. I am stuck claiming on my insurance. Do not do business with these people.

    Engine Guru was hired to rebuild my engine early in 2015.After the repair I had run the vehicle for two months and the head gasket started to leak. Owner of the business kyle miller said he would fix it under warranty so I hauled the vehicle back to him from Ohio to Michigan for repair.My vehicle sat on his property for 2 months. I tried numerous times to contact him by phone and emails but i got no reply. 6 weeks went by he called and said he checked it over and could not find anything wrong w it. I came to get it and when i checked vehicle over I noticed there was water mixed into the oil.That is a very obvious sign there is a leak in the head gasket. Unimaginable how he could miss it. Now I am stuck with a vehicle that needs another costly engine repair. No refund was given so I am out the expense of fixing his screw up. I would not recommend the engine guru to anyone.

    I guess they have an excellent service.  It was a great experience.  My wife actually the one who took it in there.  They were very knowledgeable and they have great customer service.  They didn't charge anything as far as I know.  We didn't have any issues so far.  They said they're going to be ready and my wife had to wait for half an hour I think.

    The service was OK, but slow.  The shop is inconvenient since it does not open until after 9 AM, and there is rarely someone at the front desk to speak with.  I was uncomfortable dealing with them.

    I'm around 40 miles away from this dealer but as I am not satisfied with the local dealer I make the trip. Drop off car the night before my appointment talked with service writer right away and went over what I wanted done , spark plugs, transmission and brake fluid changed, and injectors clean.Was told no problem and car would be ready for me to pick up the next evening It was!! The car ran great ,better gas mileage and the car was washed and ready to go

    Service went well and car was ready when requested. No issues with the service. Cost of service is high compared to other Mazda Dealer in the area. There is another Mazda Dealer that is more convenient to use and more reasonable in priced.

    When my car started blowing a fuse I obtained wiring diagrams of the electrical system and investigated the problem on my own.  I was unable to determine the exact location of the short but had done extensive circuit isolation to significantly narrow down the problem area, however by this time I was tired of blowing fuses at random times and wanted a professional that knew what they were doing to fix the problem once and for all.  Although this shop does not specialize in this type of work, they had been highly recommended by a reliable friend and the shop indicated that they could perform this work.  I took my car there and told them everything that I had done and what I had narrowed the problem down to and they said they could find and fix the problem.  After 1.5 hours of labor they told me that they had done everything that I had done and were unable to find the problem either and recommended that I take it elsewhere.

    I am quite upset that the company charged me for 1.5 hours of labor to tell me that they only did the same work that I did.  I realize this was diagnostic work and at an hourly rate, and if they had done more isolation that I had done it would have been fair to pay them for their labor, but not when they said they only did the same thing that I did.  I took my car to another garage and they had the problem located and repaired in less than an hour and half the cost.  The only reason that I would ever go back to this shop is because I still hear that they have a great reputation (at least, only in a couple areas).

    My car started blowing fuses and after a lot of troubleshooting on my part I was forced to take it to a garage. I took it elsewhere and after 1.5 hours of troubleshooting they said that they weren't able to find the problem so I took it to this shop and they had located and repaired the problem in less than an hour.
