The work was completed swiftly and with exceptional attention to detail. Jaime replaced the section of rotted board and checked the structure underneath it to make sure there wasn't more damage. He then covered the entire board beneath our door with composite wood to protect it from water dripping from our roof overhang. On the second job he installed white vynil soffit panels under the window overhang after capping and sealing the overhang. He took great care to run our TV/internet cable in inside the j-channel trim so that it is no longer hanging down and accessible to critters nibbling on it. Jaime is someone who is knowledgeable, honest and sharing. He quickly answered questions we might have had about the projects and anything else that might be on our minds regarding our home. We would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone and when we need his services againwe will absolutely call him.

John and his team outdid themselves again.  I had John and crew over at my house last year to scrap and paint my exterior wood trim.  I was so impressed that I had them back this fall to finish the rest of my home.  The crew arrived on time and completed the work in 2 days. Team was very courteous and the cleanup was great.  John and team really paid attention to detail and the work exceeded my expectations.  He even replaced some missing aluminum siding at no charge!!  John is a class act individual. I would recommend John to my family, friends and co-workers. Thanks John and team!

Everything went very well.  The crew was very professional.  When we discovered a small problem with one of the gutters, they came out the same day to correct it.  The roof performs well and even looks much better than the old one.  Hopefully, the additional insulation, larger gutters, better flashing and correctly installed (was not done right on the previous roof) ridge vents and other vents will correct the ice dam backup into the house.  Will know more in January.   Although no roofing job is inexpensive, they were failrly priced for the amount of work they did.  Would definitely recommend them.

My siding is great.  They matched the color and style, of the original siding.  Hauled away the debris.  A very good job all around.  The siding is straight and the house looks wonderful.  The trim is excellent.  Very good company to work with.

I originally called S. Bradley for tuckpointing work needed at the front of the house and chimney. I called 4 other contractors to get quotes from, and Jeff from S. Bradley was the only one to actually pull out a ladder and spend the time to inspect the existing chimney and other mortar that needed pointing. What he actually discovered is the mortar at the chimney was completely gone and bricks were hardly hanging on. I trusted his judgement when he recommended rebuilding the upper part of the chimney that sticks out of my roof, opposed to just masking the problem with new pointing. I kept talking with Jeff about how to prevent and protect from future water damage to the joints. So we discovered the problem spots and decided to adjust a few gutters, correct the slopes, and provide flashing guards at corners and trouble spots. The more I spoke with Jeff, the more work i realized they could do for me, and i decided to also have them replace my garage roof and install a bathroom fan at the second floor.
Based on how thorough Jeff was on the inspection and the time he spent with me on just getting a quote, i felt they would do a great job if selected.
The work they performed was great and done on time. The new roof on the garage looks good, they provided a shingle with a great warranty, replaced damaged sheathing, and installed new flashing and drip edge that match the house. The new bathroom exhaust fan was installed with minimal cuts in the plaster ceiling and roof. The new built part of the chimney also came out good as new.
The only problem I had was with some of initial tuckpointing work. The mortar color they used was more grey than the existing tan color, they didn't repoint as many joints as originally discussed, and the joints they did do were not cleanly done. But, I let Jeff know and within 5 days they were back out there and re-did all the previous joints and also all the additional areas needed. The second time I think the actually owner of the mortar restoration company came out to do the work and he did a perfect job. All the joints matched the existing in color and profile, which is difficult to do with 60 year old joints. I could not have been happier with the job they did the second time out.
Overall, I am very happy with all the work they completed and would not hesitate to use them again. As an architect, i deal with contractors on a daily basis and have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of construction projects. I would definitely put S. Bradely in my top list of contractor companies i have worked with and highly recommend using them.

On-site crew was efficient, even though weather was very hot. Tear-off exposed some decking issues which were addressed with replacement decking, as agreed in advance. Also, a rotted fascia board and rafter tails were exposed during tear off - these items were also corrected (for additional cost, as expected). This was a difficult residential roof ... lots of valleys, steepness, etc. And because of multiple layers of old roofing that were removed, new step-flashing install was difficult. Some of the existing aluminum siding trim was bent during the process, as well as two gutter sections - but Jeff (company pres. and sales manager) assured us that every effort will be made to correct these issues soon.

Bob Dutton was the coordinator or our project.  He answered all questions and took care of getting things completed.  All workers of FHP were professional and courteous and performed work in a timely manner.

The whole process was so easy. They came out and looked at the damage, quoted us a fair price, fixed it without any disturbance, it was seamless! I didn't even know they were there. Totally hassle free and good work! Then to top it off they charged us even less than the quote. Can't beat that!

The repair man called earlier in the week asking to place the siding in a protective place so that we he had time to do the job. On November 8, the repair man called - asked where the siding was. Did his work and left. Before he started, he identified himself as from Wagner Imp.

The work was contracted out. The siding company, was there daily till job was done. The gutters were replaced in on day. The window was contracted out,  was replaced and looks great. Fixing problems takes a long time.
