House Painting reviews in Fairview Park

I contacted them to finish staining the back of my house. They set up an appointment for an estimate that evening. They no showed the appointment and never contacted me. I sent them a text and they set up another appointment for the next day. They no showed that appointment as well, also with no notification. A third appointment was tentatively set up for 2 days later with the same result. No show. I left a voicemail asking if they were interested in doing the work, if not please just say so. Not even courteous enough to return my call. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I wouldnt waste my time even contacting them.

Disappointed with the results. We had Neubert back out twice to correct underspray of our home. We hired a professional painter expecting them to guide and direct us in preparing the house for the job. We are greatly disappointed with the results. We wrote to Neubert expressing our concern and received no response.

We are very happy with their work. They have painted our garage door and various rooms in our houses. They show up on time and finish on time and I thought their quotes would be a lot higher than they are.

John and his team outdid themselves again.  I had John and crew over at my house last year to scrap and paint my exterior wood trim.  I was so impressed that I had them back this fall to finish the rest of my home.  The crew arrived on time and completed the work in 2 days. Team was very courteous and the cleanup was great.  John and team really paid attention to detail and the work exceeded my expectations.  He even replaced some missing aluminum siding at no charge!!  John is a class act individual. I would recommend John to my family, friends and co-workers. Thanks John and team!

I would highly recommend John for a job you want done right! John and his crew went above and beyond there call of duty. John was at my home within 24 hrs after I called him for an estimate.  As soon as I accepted his proposal his crew came the next day and worked at my home for 1 1/2 days until the job was done. Crew was very respectful and polite. What really impressed me about John and his crew was the clean up they performed during and after the work.
John is a perfectionist.  I had some pretty rough spots around my bay window. The next day he capped the wood trim with aluminum and painted it with two coats to make it look great.  He did not even charge me extra for this work.
I am going to have John and his crew back next spring to paint my aluminum siding.
I would recommend John and his crew. His estimate was by far the best on Angies List.
Laura and Dave Thank You John!!!!! See you next Spring!!!

The job went beautifully from the customer rep who first came out to explain what the job would entail and what the costs were.  The men doing the job were polite, professional, always kept me informed of what they were doing, when they would arrive, and when they would leave.  They were meticulous about keeping the property free of paint stains.  They worked with me on color and did susperb work on details.  I am thrilled with the end result.  Although the two men were young, they were quite good at what they were doing.  I would recommend their work to anyone!  Also, Mr. Neubert himself came out to take pictures and make sure I was happy.  I was!

We had a large paint job with multiple rooms in multiple colors. The guys at Neubert were great, very nice and professional. They did a nice job and had a good attention to detail.  They kept their work area clean and tidied up when they were done. My only negative is that the final cost came in a bit higher than I expected.  I initially estimated the cost based on their "painter for a day rate" which was $350/day and included 2 gallons of paint. I will billed by the hour however.  I'm not sure if it was because it was a large job. I was willing to pay the higher amount  because they did a great job and I still felt it was worth it.

The entire experience was immensely satisfying.  The estimate was thorough and quickly given, and came in as the cheapest we'd received.  Almost everything was spelled out clearly in terms of costs and discount, and one item of confusion was settled in our favor expeditiously.
The painting itself was done on schedule, starting every morning exactly when we were told it would.  Tony was an excellent foreman, making sure he was clear on exactly what we wanted, and making changes if we asked him to. Though it rained several days, they managed to get the entire house and garage painted and trimmed in two coats within a week.  The painting itself was done neatly, with a minimum of disorder to the lawn and rest of the house. We were given a chance to review the results and an additional discount for payment upon completion. And when we noticed an oversight a day later, they were happy to stop by and make it right.  Every member of the staff was professional, considerate, and readily available for questions.  I can't rate them high enough.

From the very beginning Mike promptly returned my phone call for an estimate on my basement project of removing old tile and painting the basement floor.  He told me how much it would cost and when he could get to the project.  He arrived promptly and completed the project exactly as he had described with great results.  I then asked him to paint an upstairs addition and kitchen remodel that I am undergoing.  He promptly gave me a fair estimate of the work which included painting trim on new windows, ceilings and walls in my new addition.  Repair of plastered walls was needed in the remodeled powder room and kitchen and Mike took care of that also.  On each project he delivered professional results, was very easy to work with and gave me detailed updates on what was needed to complete the projects.  He is currently working on other miscellaneous projects related to my home remodel.  I highly recommend him for any painting, tiling or remodel projects.

The owner of the company is Ed Keyse and I don’t really like the guy.  He is pushy.  He thinks he owns my property and so on.  He signed me up to get my house painted and the idea was to get it done before the paint price jumps in the spring.  So I thought I was signing up for the first nice day in April but according to him Sherwin Williams had this super paint so, anytime the temperature is over forty they are out trying to paint my house and trying to get it painted in two to three days.  I guess that could be done in the summer time and he sent one painter out.  It gets up to forty in the day but it goes below freezing at night, and a lot of stuff just drops.  He put maps of the property properly and it was taking him forever.  I finally got in a big fight with Ed Keyse and I told him that I didn’t want this done in the winter, it is too short a time and there would be all kinds of sloppiness and mistakes being made but he already sent his guy out.  This guy couldn't even get the job done, I was supplying the kid with ladders and helping him out.  He finally accused me of not having the money to pay him.  He got 95% of the job done and I send him the check for 95% but I owe him about $230 plus something.  He would have to finish the job for me to pay him that.  I am an old guy and to me, one doesn’t paint a house in the winter.  I got an okay job but I am not sure if I got a good job and I did not like the owner’s personality.  It is in the contract that I would have to sign off on completion of each side of the house and I am not going to sign that.  I think the only thing I should be signing is the final check that should be the only thing that should count.  I probably won’t call him back anyways.  I should have priced more people out.  The crew showed up at twelve instead of eleven.  The painter was very professional but the owner was not.
