I had already had a dentist and I had gum recession in one area that was sensitive to cold and caused me intermittent pain. I had a friend who had the same thing and told me to see Dr. Bilski. He performed the Chao Pinhole procedure (which I had never heard of) instead of the standard cut and suture. He had said it was one of the worst cases of recession (because I waited over 15 years to fix it) so it only partially worked. You have to come back a number of times to make sure it is healing( which is time consuming but necessary). Unfortunately it did not fix it completely...so he did the procedure again (did not charge me for it). Gum recession is gone and so is the pain. Because of his effort, personality, and staff...I am now using him as my primary dentist.

Because of my tooth pain .... my regular dentist wanted to send me to a periodontist to have a post put in for an implant.  Luckily the doctor he recommended was not in my insurance network.  Dr. Thomas was, so I decided to go to him.  After I told Dr. Thomas what the problem was, he suggested that we first try a deep cleaning of that tooth, followed by applying medicine.  It took the pain away and I still have my tooth!  Plus I saved a lot of money by not having an implant.   He also made a mouthpiece for me to use while sleeping to help keep me from grinding my teeth.  He and all his staff are very kind and courteous.  I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs periodontal care.  I just wish he was available for routine dental care ... I would go to him in a heartbeat.

On 9/8/14 I had a filling done on my molar tooth (tooth #19) from Dr. Lee in Lorain, Ohio. He also installed a new crown. After about a month, I started to experience pain. It started off random until the pain was constantly. A few months later (3/2015), the crown fell off because of a buildup material inside. When I called Dr. Lee to have it re-cemented, I was told I would be charged $52.

When going to another dentist for cleaning, we found out that the tooth was infected and needed a root canal procedure. After this was done, the crown did not fit.

The new dentist (Dr. Britt in Berea) told us that the crown installation should last for years. He would not charge a client to re-cement if the crown fell off within a year.

When calling Dr. Lee?s office to make appointment to evaluate this issue, I was told that there will be a $55 charge, even though I already paid the filling and crown in full. Thing went wrong with the filling and the crown installation process. The problem should have been fixed or I should be compensated for all the issue I had with this tooth. Not told I would have to pay for Dr. Lee to evaluate the problem he caused due to his poor quality work.

On 2/16 I called Dr. Lee to ask for a crown compensation. He blamed on me without dental insurance so that he charged me a fee to re-cement the crown. He told me to come in for another new crown with a discount price. I asked how long will he guaranty for it. He said 1 year. I told him he'd wanted to charge me when the previous crown fell off in 6 months. How can I trust his work this time?. He was upset and yell Bull Crap. I had to hang up since I did not want to reply to people with such a rude manner.

When calling for a Saturday appointment for my husband's urgent dental needs (infection from tooth went into chest), I was told we had to pre-pay (EVEN WITH TWO INSURANCE COVERAGES!) because my husband had canceled 2-3 Saturday appointments i n 2015.  Even though it was repeatedly explained to the office manager BEFORE this incident (when we first established with them) and during this incident that my husband works a job that calls him into work on Saturday unexpectedly (most heads-up is Friday night before...and that I called the Fridays before to cancel him), t hey insisted he had to pay first.  I work for an insurance company for one of our coverages and I will file a complaint with them as well.

Client?s has fillings done at this dentist. Her teeth are still aching on and off after weeks.

The receptionist/billing manager did not checked for client?s insurance benefits. Any new client is pushed to take the panoramic X-Ray. She used the Dente Max (dental discount plan) refund credit as collateral against for this X-Ray if the insurance does not pay. When client requested to talk to her higher authority (dentist), she busted in laughing (mocking) at the client.

Very professional, up to date, and welcoming. Sometimes its hard to get appointments but that is because he has such a big practice. They also do text messaging appointment confirmation which is really convenient.

Recommended by family member. Went very well. Saw Dr. Michael Gallagher. He clearly explained the problem and was flexible on the management, giving me the options. Felt I was in the hands of an experienced competent professional. Would highly recommend this practice.

I've been with the same dentist since 1973. He is excellent. Dr. Reese is the dentist and he has an office full of hygienists. He does excellent work. His prices are reasonable. He takes most of the insurance plans but he keeps his prices down. For that reason, I don't even bother getting dental insurance because I want to go with him. His staff is great.

Dr.  LaSalvia did an excellent job! He is a tremendous technician and was reasonably priced with my dental insurance coverage. The job(s) were very difficult,  but he is very capable. Dr. LaSalvia has an honest, straight-forward way about him.
