    The technician arrived on time. Didn't introduce himself. Spent maybe 10 minutes looking at the dishwasher. Actually he just listened to the dishwasher. Told me that it was going to need a new motor. He called to get a price on the part and then estimated it would be $310.00 plus tax. I declined to have this done. It turns out that the filter needed to be cleaned. Hard to believe this isn't one of the first things to check. Thankfully the service call was only $26.00. Wasn't worth $26.00. I would never call this company again.

    I can't say enough about their service and the quality of care. They made sure to let me know what needed to be done, what my options were, with no pressuring or sales pitch. Their prices were very fair and they worked with my pricing level and schedule. They were fantastic and I plan to use them again for maintenance and other jobs in the future.

    It was good. Well I know he is really busy with a lot of other equipment that he had and that was about it probably not much because we knew it was with snow blow would return in season, he told me it would be two weeks out, three weeks away and he was pretty close to that.

    I scheduled a service call for Wednesday morning between eight and noon, but never received a call that the appointment had been moved to that afternoon.
    The service repair technician, Jeff, identified the cause of our dishwasher issue immediately -- a defective door latch -- and repaired it within five minutes. He thoroughly tested the appliance's functionality for ten minutes to verify that all of the issues had been resolved. I was impressed with the technician dispatched and service provided. Thank you!

    The repairman showed up on time and was very kind and very knowledgable. Brian was very professional and very pleasant. He fixed the appliance  and we are very happy with his service. He left the area clean after taking parts of the dryer in order to get inside and replace a part. We are very satisfied!!

    I had made arrangements for them to come to my house on 07/22/15 between 8:00 am and 12;00 pm. They no called, no showed and the number listed for them is constantly busy and no one has returned or contacted me about my scheduled appointment.

    I had to wait an entire week for an appointment just to and quot;inspectand quot; my refrigerator and give me a work recommendation. I live three (3) minutes away from the store. I told the clerk on the phone that I had someone from Craig List had checked the refrigerator but he had not repaired anything. I told them what he had and quot;thoughtand quot; it could be but i told them more than once that no one had repaired anything on the refrigerator. On the day of the scheduled repair a older man comes in and opens the freezer and i tell him the same story that I told before --that a man from Craig List came out but did not attempt or repair anything. The Rapco repairman hands me the cap of the sensor (this is a ornamental piece that covers the sensor) and says and quot;well you can throw this outand quot; i replied in a joking manner and quot;are you sure i could not use it again?and quot;. He says :and quot;Well i should know I have been doing this for 40 years and quot; and he turns around and picks up his tools to leave. He has been in my home less than 5 minutes. He says and quot;i will send you a recommendation for repair but i will not work on units that have been worked on by people on Craig List.and quot; I told him repeatedly NO ONE had worked on this refrigerator. I called the store immediately asking for some type of explanation of what had just occurred. they took down the information and said they would call me back. I told Rapco I would be submitting a report to Angie list and wanted to give them an opportunity to make this right. The clerk said i would definitely get a call back with an explanation. I was very polite and calm despite the fact that i was furious that i had wasted an entire week to receive literally a five minute service call.with not even a hint as to what was wrong with my freezer. and wasted an entire day waiting for him to show up I told the clerk i would be submitting a report to Angie List at the conclusion. They never called me back and they never sent a work recommendation. So they had two occassions to provide good service.and failed at both. My guess is that at one time this company may have been good but new technology and over sized refrigerators (which mine is a large refrigerator) leaves them unable to complete work orders.I think this man knew he was going to have to pull out this refrigerator to work on it and it was just too large for him at his age.

    The repair was completed on the same day of initial contact. The service was provided with efficiency, He was both polite and competent; so rare these days. I couldn't have been more pleased. Told everyone who would listen to me. On the initial phone call I described the problem and gave related serial number for stove. He came with everything needed and was finished within an hour including testing to make sure working properly.

    Would use this company again.

    After a couple attempts to get him over to repair our oven, we were finally able to get an appointment scheduled on Saturday morning. He came over and was very quick about the job and explained everything that he was doing. Resolved the problem quickly and even had the needed part with him so a second visit was not needed.
