    Alter, Dr. Kathleen A
Extremely well. Whoever had the problem with her bedside manner must have been having a bad day. She is extremely easy to talk to, and she LISTENS TO YOU. Her staff is very friendly and helpful with insurance issues. IF I AM EVER VERY ILL AND MY LIFE IS IN DANGER, I WANT DR. ALTER ON MY SIDE AND IN MY CORNER. I don't think I can say anything better about a doctor than that.

    Rohini Sachdeva MD
I like her personality, the way she says things -- she just knows what to say. She's just good. She listens to you as a real person. After listening to your problem, she'll come up with a plan with you to help you get healthier. She even visited me in the hospital, which is rare these days.

    Dr. Silvia Elizabeth Pastor
She treats adults of all ages. She is very professional and knows her stuff. She is a good doctor as far as diagnosing and treating illness of adults. She is very willing to make a referral when necessary where as some doctors are territorial; she is not. She is a great doctor and is great at determining what is wrong with someone and finding a remedy to fix whatever that issue is. Her office and staff members are great as well.

    Kaufman, Dr. Kyle
I have been going to him for a few years now and it is nice to have a doctor who listens. He doesn't just write a prescription and tell you have a nice day. He will discuss the different options you have, and then help you find the right course of treatment. Great doctor and I definitely won't change!

    Group Health Associates
Group Health has a wonderful selection of doctors and do a great job of getting you in and out and back in business. Should your preferred doctor not be in, you can schedule a visit to any of the other doctors that practice there. Very convenient and beneficial to the patient.

    KATHLEEN ALTER MD
Long waits at her office were very common. Was not flexible on script refills without seeing you. Did not draw blood in the office so you had to make anothe rtrip to get that done. Now she has gone semi private and takes only the wealthy people who are willing to pay $1300 plus the cost of the visit etc to see her. I left the practice when she decided to go private. She was a good doctor but not worth the extra money I could spend on other things. I felt that Dr. Alter left so many elderly people behind when she made the decision to go private. My feelings about her as a caring doctorchanged at that point.

    Kaufman, Dr. Kyle
He does pediatrics and primary care. My wife and I have both seen him. My wife has seen him maybe three times and I have seen him twice and he just seems like a very good doctor. He seems to be very knowledgeable and proactive in the care of his patients but I do not have a whole lot of experience with his treatments. I am in a new thing and I have a couple of different insurances going on so I have gotten some issues but nothing from his side of things. Everything has been fine from his office with the billing and such. He has been our primary care physician and I intend to just keep using him.

It was okay this time, had trouble with the doctor about a year ago- she was very rude and unprofessional.. She now will only see patients if they pay $1650 a year ( not including your insurance) I will not be going back- I think its absurd for a doctor in this area to think people can afford that much money along with their insurance. I hope the people who can afford this extra money get the service they are paying for , but in my opinion, this practice has to do a 360 degree change for that to be the case.

    Nguyen, Dr. Thomas B
Dr. Thomas B. Nguyen is efficient, quiet and professional. He gets you in and out. There's not a lot of waiting. It's a very small practice, so it's efficiently run. He tells you straight up what the problem is. The office doesn't look that fancy but it's good. It's just simple and he does what he needs to do. He's very nice. It's a family run place. A lot of his family work there.

I have been going to this doctor for several years and could not believe how bad she treated me. She spent about 15 minutes with me and said I had taken up 3 times the amount of time she should have spent with me. Don't know what her problem is ( (maybe revolving staff?) The wait time to see her or the PA can be hours . I am very diasappointed ! I guess its time to find another DR!
