    Everdry Waterproofing of Cincinnati
The work was done in March of 2017 and here it is June and I still have water coming in. The process goes like this, you call and inform them that you are still having issues. They put you on hold for 10-20 minutes until you are connected with the service department. The service department then informs you that they need to send out an inspector. They schedule that appointment several weeks later. The inspector comes and says we can do this, we can fix that...but all he does is schedules a "service" appointment.....30 DAYS LATER. Today was scheduled to be the 6th visit to my home from them, also the 6th time I have had to take off work. They gave me a window of 1-3pm. At 12:30pm they called to tell me they can't make it and will have to reschedule for next week. I had an appointment with a manager scheduled for June 14th, he never showed or even called.

    Atlas Drainage Systems
Work went well . Ed was pleasant to work with and professional. Did a nice job of cleaning up. Reseeded and applied straw to affected areas. We are hopeful that system will eliminate wet spots around the deck.

    Stan Young Drainage LLC
Quoting process was different for me as Stan quoted it but could not accept it for several months. Had to email them the quote back but it was honored at price stated. Start of job was postponed partially due to whether...partially I believe to his schedule. Project took at first only 3 days....then a month to complete. In the 3 days they completed the drain tile, runs and window wells...did not complete final grading, cleanup/reseeding. During ditching they hit many buried pieces of concrete and a concrete septic tank. This didn't slow them down much and when asked about additional costs Stan said it comes with some jobs. I was impressed enough with this that I tipped Stan and his crew at the end of the 3 days. When contacted about finishing the cleanup/reseeding, I got the answer that he was awaiting dirt settling before finishing....this was about a month latter. The project started (including quality of work) well better than expected. They did leave some large rocks in my yard from trenching that my tractor found...the only thing that really angered me about the whole project. I was not impressed on how the project finished including quality of work. Communication with this company is sketchy at best...if given Stans direct cell phone use it. Messages placed at their main number are rarely returned (I got about 2 in 7). On a personal note, I don't think I have met a more friendly and honest contractor.

    William Brown Plumbing
Mr. Brown checked the old drain and found it was deteriorated beyond repair, so he installed new piping and end result was a much better operating drain. The two men were very professional in solving our problem and the work was exceptional. They came in the time frame we were given and the work was finished in two hours with complete clean up in bathroom and basement.

    Jaco Waterproofing
After getting several quotes to have a drain added to a basement window well, I ended up going with Jaco Waterproofing. I went with Jaco, not just because of the lower quote, but largely due to the positive reviews I had read. I was not disappointed. In this day and age where customer service is lacking, my experience with Jaco was excellent. They were prompt, got right to work and finished in the time frame they set. While they were there, they diagnosed a basement leaking issue I was having. A day later, they returned to mix that problem. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Jaco Waterproofing.

    Landview Services LLC
They were really great. They communicated well and they were prompt. They came out and did good work. They let me know what they were doing. It did not take them very long and they let me know when they would be back to finish the job. I thought their price was reasonable; it was competitive.

    AquaProof Inc
It took them 2 days for a large crew to finish.  They did a great job cleaning up the debris and driveway, and overall the work they did has held up very well.  Their prices seemed high at first but comparatively they've seemed to be competitive.  At first I wasn't happy that they had to reschedule, but I'm sure it's because they were busy.  The only issue was that one worker tracked in mud on our carpeted basement.  They were very apologetic about it, though.  The supervisor was great about answering my questions and keeping me informed.

    Everdry Waterproofing of Cincinnati

It went well. They carried bucket after bucket of busted concrete  and dirt up the stairs and outside to a truck. In this process they did not leave a messy trail.

Here we are 17 years later and have never had water in the basement except once when the sump pump

failed; even then it was minor compared to before the fix. They replaced the sump pump at no charge with excellent results.

    Henry Excavating Inc
Using a boring machine that was able to drill horizontally, Henry Excavating was able to replace our leaking water line without any extensive trenching in our front line, for a very reasonable price.  The workers were on time, courteous, precise with their drilling, and left no mess.

    Creech's Lawn & Landscaping
Creech Landscaping was a pleasure to work with and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. The wall and the yard looks great!
The work was started and completed on time and as promised.  Creech worked with us on the design and provided very helpful input on possible options for us to consider. They were very professional and customer service oriented.
We are delighted with the results and would use Creech's Lawn and Landscaping  again on future projects. We highly recommend them to others.
