    They showed up right on time and started immediately- it is the cleanest my vehicle has been since I purchased it new in 2014.

    I purchased this through groupon in April of this year I read reviews said company is hard to get ahold of but does good job so thought I'd give it a try. I originally couldn't get ahold of them for two weeks so called to get my money back and I was told they would call me that day. They couldn't get me in until August but I figured that would be fine. We were told to drop off around 8am, my husband got there at 7:30 and no one was there to drop it off to, we waited around until 8:10 and had to leave so we left keys in drop box (this company on there website says there open 24 hours a day Monday thru Thursday) I got a call around 5:30 the car was done and they wanted to leave keys in car unlocked. I told them no I have extra set so to please lock my car. When I got there my husband was irate that he paid anything for there service. The windows were streaked really bad, front bumper had bugs all over it as did side mirrors and interior looked somewhat vacuumed but not steam cleaned as there website says and website also says they use bug and tar removal. Complete waste of money and time. Would never go there again. I tried to call and complain but no one answers there phone, it goes straight to voicemail.

    Tim is awesome! The van was dirty (three boys and our family vehicle) and we had just come back from vacation. It needed the attention. I found Tim on angieslist and immediately called. The only day I had available was July 4th and Tim was able to detail it that morning (that's service right there!). The van looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. What an amazing transformation. He was even able to get the Starbucks Coffee I spilled around the driver's seat and the pop my wife spilled on the headliner (no idea how she did that). I would (and have) tell anyone, call Tim and go to him.

    Wow!  I have an older Mazda, and the headlights were dim due to old scratched/ hazy lens covers.  I had tried the kitchen remedies to clean them (e.g. toothpaste) plus a headline polish kit, but no luck.  Checking into replacing them, I found the cost would be $650!!  So I tried Detail Doctor's headlight refurbish service figuring investing $60 was worth a try.   Did I say wow already?  The difference was amazing - they look like new.  Took basically all day (I dropped the car off thank goodness).  Plus they returned the car nice and clean (even shined the tires).  I couldn't be happier!!  If you have hazy/scratched headlight lenses, definitely try this.

    I dropped my car off Tuesday night as I was told an interior detail would take approximately 3 hours and they would not have time after 5:30pm. Wednesday, my husband and mother went to pick the vehicle up (Infiniti QX56) as I worked a bit late and wanted to make sure someone was there by 5:30pm (as we told the worker we would be). I get a call from my husband after paying for the service that the seats were not conditioned, the floor mats did not looked cleaned and it looked like all they did was vacuum it out. I had my mother wait at the shop for me so I could go and look at the vehicle. As my husband stated, the seats did not look like anything had been done to them. The worker said he used a certain product that does not leave a shine. There was dirt in the crevice of the seats and I was wiping it off with my hand. The worker told me that they cant get into the creases of the leather. I showed how easy it was with my hand to clean the dirt out. 
    I then asked why the floor mats hadn't been cleaned. He said they are permanently stained that way and they tried multiple cleaners and nothing worked. I literally spit on my finger and wiped the dirt off. He changed the subject and said that I because there was a bad winter the salt gets on the floor mats an ruins them (referring to my WeatherTech mats). I explained that the vehicle was in Texas over the winter so that has no merit. 
    I went to the passenger side front door to discover dirt in the door pocket. I pulled out dirt and a bit of grass. This is not dust, just to be clear. I proceeded to go around and find dirt in the crevices of seats and doors. 
    The vehicle did not even smell like it had been cleaned. The worker advised it had been sitting all day and the deodorizer wore off. I have had my car detailed my multiple companies and regardless if it has been a day or a week, the car smells clean. If anything, the smell should have amplified sitting in the sun all day. 
    My husband asked if the manager would come to the shop to see what we are talking about. The worker advised the manager was there the night before when it was being cleaned and knows how it looks. Let me point out, this was supposed to have taken 3 hours of labor and they told me they would not have time after 5:30pm when I dropped it off. So at 8:30 or 9:00pm the manager was there and approved the work?
    I asked for a full refund. The worker stated the manager would only give me a 50% refund. He said I am his only complaint in 20 years, but he knew this right away (not to mention there is another complaint on Angie's List). The manager said he would only refund me 50% because he thought I was trying to rip him off. After going around the car, pointing to the dirt and lack of anything done to it, and asking if he could come see for himself, I am trying to con him....ok. 
    I was told I would need to come back the next day for my 50% refund. I advised that I had already wasted 2 trips, as well as other family members, spent (after the refund) $37.50 for a light vacuum I could have done myself. The worker advised he would put the refund check in the mail. 
    The money is not the issue here. It is the fact that I chose this company to do a job and they did not do it. I wasted 2 days, went without my vehicle for a day even though they supposedly had it done Tuesday night, to be told that they will not look at the evidence and admit it was a shotty job, and do the right thing by refunding what I paid. 
    I will now be paying again to have another company detail my vehicle, which should have already been done. My car was not exactly "dirty" to begin with, but I enjoy the carpets shampooed, seats conditioned, windows cleaned, and mats cleaned off. None of this was done, and I warn not to trust them.

    They did an alright job detailing the inside of my car, but they broke the latch to armrest in my car, a compartment which I haven't opened in months, which is now popping up and hitting me in the arm all the time. At first they said they would make it right, got all the information about my car and were trying to find a replacement part. Then they went into radio silence. They stopped responding to texts / voicemails. I finally got an e-mail back a week and a half after the incident saying they they thought about it a while and decided they couldn't possibility have broken in... says their tech didn't break anything. Very disappointed. :(

    I chose this place based on Angie's list reviews. This is only the second auto detailer I have used, but I was very impressed! My Ford Edge came out looking better than new. The paint surface reflects like glass!! Planning to get another car done here soon.

    Reflections Mobile Detailing LLC
    Scheduled an interior detail via email - my preferred way of communication.  Came and picked up my vehicle at my place of employment around 10:00am and returned it looking fabulous around 4:30pm.  Well worth the money.  The car look beautiful and I was very impressed.  Thank you for a job well done.
