    Greg & Debbie painted a few rooms in our home, including a two story foyer. They were timely in their estimate, responses, and showed up when they said they would. They did excellent work and went above and beyond. (There was a small wall that I couldn't remember whether or not it was included in the original estimate. Greg volunteered to paint it anyway.) Debbie was particularly sweet with our dogs. The house looks great.

    If you actually want to get the work done, don't use these guys. They canceled the first appointment, and on the second try, they were too late to complete the inspection. When I contacted the owner, I expected to be treated fairly and given an apology. He gave me an attitude and cursed at me instead. He asked me, "Do you want us to do the inspection or not!" and when I said no, He called me an ***hole! I'm not sure how this company is still in business if this is how he treats customers. Stay away from this place!

Jeff Krznarich completed both with absolute professionalism, great communication, keeping me the customer informed of the status, performed all requests on time. I was absolutely 100% happy with both projects and would definitely consider his company for further work. A++++

    Copeland roofing did fine work in replacing our gutters and downspouts! Two-man crew finished the job in approximately two half-days, working around tricky winter weather. They hauled away all the old material, and cleaned up reasonably well. (I found a few small scraps of debris around the perimeter of the house the next day, but no big deal.) Of the three estimates I obtained, they quoted the most reasonable price, by far. The favorable reviews made it an easy choice.

    After scheduling another plumber for the following day found on Angie���s List, I received a call from Aaron with J D Hunter plumbing. He said he could come that day and would be there by 4:30. He agreed to match the price of the competitor. I said ok. He arrived at 5. He and his partner worked quickly and it seemed the repair went well. Initially I thought the toilet was repaired. They did not do a great job of cleanup but I completed that myself. I paid the amount the plumber invoiced and felt happy with the service. The next day I received a call from the plumber during which he told me he made an error on his charge and wanted another $50.00. I told him I was traveling but he still sent a man to my home to collect (I have a door button camera). This did not make me happy. The following day he left me a message saying it was his error and that he would forget the additional $50. The day after, the toilet would not flush again. The plumber offered a 90 day guarantee. I called him and we scheduled a noon visit on Friday. Before hanging up he mentioned that he again wanted to be paid the $50. On Friday at noon he was a no call no show. I texted him at 1:30 asking where he was. He said he was sick. He said he would try to get in touch with his helper and send him over. No one showed. Over the weekend I texted again and he agreed to be at my home the following Monday at 9:30. He was again a no call no show. At 11 am I texted him and informed he was fired. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I would not recommend J D Hunter Plumbing.

    I've been a Logan customer since the A/C and heating system was installed in 2008. The technician couldn't provide a definitive diagnosis but said it "could be" the main circuit board that controls the system. Replacing this would cost about $1,300 (plus the ~$126 service call for this visit). Despite this system being barely over 10 years old, the tech started telling me how it's "time to start thinking about replacement" and pressured me to consider a new furnace to the tune of $4,000. I then called in a competitor, Deer Heating & Cooling, for a service call. Even though I was a new customer, they worked me in the same day - and their non-discounted service call rate is cheaper than Logan. The Deer technician diagnosed the main circuit board and also found a valve intermittently failing. The good news was Deer charged LESS THAN HALF the price of what Logan wanted for the exact same components (plus the additional valve)!! Deer stated that I should be able to get at least 15 years, and likely closer to 20 years, before I should be thinking about a replacement furnace. I was really disappointed in this experience with Logan Services and it showed me their true colors - pushing to sell you a new unit as soon as any post-warranty problems start to show up.

    In this particular case, Lance Roofing offered the best price by far. The workers did a fine job.....very competent, hard working, and accommodating. Clean up afterward was very thorough. They finished the whole job in less than a day.

    Donnie and his team work long and hard to clear out my properties of the debris left by the tenants. It took about two weeks. It was quite a mess and they did the job wonderfully. The yard work was done so well I may not need any additional work done as I expected. The properties are now prepared to rehab as needed and I will probably use Donnie and his team for the work. Great job done !
