    Miami Valley Wildlife Control LLC
Outstanding work on both projects. Jeff Krznarich completed both with absolute professionalism, great communication, keeping me the customer informed of the status, performed all requests on time. I was absolutely 100% happy with both projects and would definitely consider his company for further work. A++++

    Ram Restoration
There are many reasons I would not use Ram Restoration again. First, the Ram project coordinator did not put together a design plan that was either accurate or complete. I incurred additional costs because the project coordinator failed to provide drawings that provided the carpenters a plan to come up with a uniform ceiling height around the low hanging ductwork. As a result, framing was installed in the ceiling that was unnecessary. The plans were so inadequate and the project coordinator so inept, that I had to ask the owner of Ram Restoration to take over the management of the project. Indeed, the City of Fairborn required better drawings because the plan was to standards. In the basement remodel plan, the existing R-13 insulation was supposed to be replaced with 2 XPS foam insulation. Not only was the contractor unable to comply with the specification in his own plan but when I asked to have the existing soiled R-13 replaced with new R-13, the owner said that would cost me extra. Second, the project coordinator/owner could not keep important aspects of the project like plumbing fixtures, lighting, paint colors, and almost any other detail of the project written down and retrievable. I provided the coordinator with all of these items through email and printed documents but to no avail. It was very annoying to have spent a lot of money on a project and to be treated as an afterthought. Throughout the project, I had to change what I wanted done because the owner was unable to deliver the original intent of the project. Third, when I pointed out parts of the project that were incorrect, I was told I was wrong. I requested that sound dampening insulation be placed in the ceilings. When the crew installed the insulation, did so incorrectly. When I pointed out they many on-line videos showing how to correctly install the insulation, I was told I was wrong. I moved every piece of insulation in the correct position prior to the hanging of the drywall. When the crew began to paint, they painted a two walls incorrectly causing me to have to repaint the entire basement hallway. Fourth, project coordinator/owner could not keep his word. After the part finished basement was removed, I noticed a crack in the concrete foundation. The owner said he would repair it from the inside and out. Despite constant reminders to repair the crack, the repair never happened. Indeed, his crew put the drywall right over that area against my wishes. When I pointed out that the bathroom needed a smaller toilet because of the tight space, that never happened. Almost any time you spoke to him he would promise what you wanted to hear yet fail to deliver. Fifth, the crews used on the job did not put in full work days. Even if a crew was onsite, the pace of their work was insufficient to get the job done. They did not pick up their trash and generally left the basement pretty dirty during the project. The crews often failed to listen to direction resulting in project setbacks. Finally, Ram Restoration were very poor communicators. You never knew who was going to be at your home and when and what they were doing. Even if you got an answer, you ultimately could not trust what was being said. By the end of the project it had become almost pointless to talk to anyone from Ram Restoration because you just couldnt rely on what you were told. The project commenced the second week in August and is just now finishing in the second week in October. In my opinion, the basement project was not completed in a reasonable period of time. Moreover, it was not completed to my full satisfaction. I would not recommend Ram Restoration.

Gave the lowest estimate of 5-6 various companies to do very similar work. Was very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. Price for work done and transferable lifetime warranty was phenomenal. Very impressed and grateful

Jason from Mowery Contruction is the epitome of a professional.  I will use them again for any future projects. I couldn't be more happy with job that they did.  Everything looks great.
Every employee and sub contractors used were professional and very polite.  They are all about Quality and never took any short cuts.

Jason was able to give me a onsight estimate without delay.  if I had any questions he was very quick to get back with me, All materials are of the highest quality from wood, drywall, carpet padding, carpet, paint and etc.
Even after all was complete they even installed my new TV Mount, Plasma TV and some light fixtures for me.  They didn't have to do any of that but they did.
Don't look any further, give Jason at Mowery Construction a call.  You'll be very pleased with the work.

I chose them because of they had great reviews and quality of work on Angie's List. I had another company give me an estimate too but still felt I should go with them. My overall experience with them so far has been good. They have been very punctual and professional.

It was a long day for them, but they all knew their part, knew what they were doing, and did everything they could to minimize the mess.  I covered everything in plastic, and they covered everything again in plastic and taped up every vent.  If they needed to use the facilities, they took off their shoes.  We were minimally inconvenienced, and now the basement is dry. I was running a dehumidifier 24/7 and had been for the last 5 years.  I haven't even had it plugged in since they left, and they even ran a hose for several hours during the process, so the basement wasn't "dry" when they left.  This has removed the possibility of future damage to my foundation, made my basement dry, and made it so I can now use the space as I use the space above the ground without any concern about water in the future for many years to come.

UPDATE:  I was handed over to Gil Brummett after getting into a shouting match with Danny Manley, and Mr. Brummett offered to tear out and re-install the concrete.  With his assurance the issue was cosmetic, and the job was done well, I asked if they could please extend the outflow more than 6 feet from the house.  Mr. Manley and his son-in-law had explained the reason they'd left the outflow that short is because they'd run out of PVC pipe!  I was supposed to have accepted that the drainage sent outdoors from my sump pump was again going to flow right against my foundation!!  The very thing I had spent over $6K to get resolved!!!  They came out, ran the pipe approximately 12' out from the foundation, and covered it very poorly, so most of the pipe is now exposed.  I'll landscape around it and never recommend them for another job as long as I live.
