    Since we could not find styles we liked, we went to Sands and custom designed the engagement ring and wedding bands. The owners Steve and Sue were involved with the entire process and made sure we were well informed on the entire process. We continue to do business with them for all our jewelry needs. We would highly recommend Sands Company Jewelers!

    my service tech Steve was very professional, courteous and efficient. he didn't waste time in moving from project to project. however, the customer service aspect is much to be desired! their office does not see it as much of a priority to return phone calls or address concerns in a timely fashion!

    Excellent. I brought my knives to a scheduled sharpening event at Heinens and shopped while he sharpened the knives. Mr. Noon also took the time to point out that one of my handles was cracked. He advised me that the manufacturer had a lifetime guarantee and that I should contact them to get the knife replaced. Nice to know that he's looking out for his customers!

    Kevin was very professional and courteous. He explained his services and gave me an estimated wait time. I left to shop while he worked on the knives before me. When I came back half an hour, he worked on my knives and he was done within 15 mins! Excellent service!

    Absolutely fantastic. Randy just about refurbished it. He cleaned everything out and even painted the whole fixture including the post. Cleaned all of the gas lenses. Cost was $70.00 which included new mantles. Intend to have him install gas logs in my fireplace.

    For some inexplicable reason it took a 2 hour call to cancel my service. Then I got late payment notice and called back. They told me my service had not been cancelled. I spent more time on the phone. I sent letters to customer service at their headquarters and to billing. No one ever responded. I continued to get late notices. I sent another letter to headquarters customer service and billing. Again no response. In these letters I detailed phone calls, Internet speeds etc. This went on for several months. Finally I stopped trying to get them to cancel service. It was a nightmare. Then I got a collection notice. I decided to do what I should have done initially and contacted the ohio attorney general. I sent them copies of the letters I'd sent to twc. Within a week I heard from customer retention at twc. They wanted to make things right. I wanted to cancel my service and was assured it would be done. Next month I received yet another bill stating my account was past due. I called again and finally the service was cancelled. My service was started in 2011 and finally cancelled late 2014- early 2015.

      Sussen self storage is the cleanest storage facity I've ever used, The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I love the fact that I can pull inside to load and unload especially being in Cleveland durning the winter months, I feel very confident that my items will be safe and secure at Sussen storage, This place is great !! I recommend this place to everybody..

    I went to B & K Bicycles to purchase a pair of bicycle shorts. I saw a pair that I liked and asked them if they had them in my size. They told me no and recommended that I consider purchasing a different pair of shorts that were designed for men instead of women. While this tactic may have been effective in the 1990s, women's cycling gear has advanced so much in the 21st century that purchasing men's shorts is unacceptable. The salesperson ( a female), did not offer to special order shorts for me. I went from B&K to to two other local shops and found what I needed. One shop sold me a pair off of the rack and the other shop special ordered the shorts and I had them in a week.

    The service was done well. The staff was friendly, answered all of my questions, and finished the repair several days early. They notified me as soon as they began the work and let me know which additional parts they recommended and the cost. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to have them repair my bike again. I also have purchased many other products from the store. Their selection of bikes is expanding and they have a free lifetime adjustment policy for bikes purchased there that I have taken advantage of in the past. The policy has saved me at least $200 in repairs in the past two years.

    My VCR broke.  I called L-N-B, and the person I spoke with said he would provide a free estimate.  So I dropped it off on March 17.  He called me the next day and said it was not repairable.  He also disposed of the unit for me.
