    I was acknowledged quickly and checked in for my MRI.  I did not wait long.  The technician was very courteous and professional.  The test went smoothly and took no longer than the technician estimated.

    She takes a lot of time to talk us and to walk us through everything to talk about all our options. She always writes everything down for me, expecting I will remember everything. A couple of times I haven't followed up that she wanted me doing and she called me to remind me and I really appreciated because I know that she is very busy and it's very hard to follow up on the patients. She is always available. Whenever I'm sick and need to see her right away, she gets me in or gets me in with one of the partners in the group. She is always within available when I need her.

    This was my second experience with Dr. Vishny. She is very good and informative both before and after the procedure.
    Directions were clear as to what to do and what to expect. I would not hesitate to return for future appointments should the need arise.

    My initial blood pressure readings taken in the office seemed high even though my home blood pressure readings seemed normal.  Dr. Hubbard directed me to bring my home blood pressure measuring system to compare with readings from the nurse.  My home blood pressure measurement system matched the office reading that day so it was concluded that I have "white coat syndrome" where readings in the doctor's office are higher due to anxiety from seeing a doctor.  Overall I've been satisfied with Dr. Hubbard so I will continue to see him as my cardiologist.

    The first time we went to Costco was to present my hearing tests and talk about hearing aids. I found that not only would I have to join Costco, which I had expected, but I'd also have to get an American Express card, because that's all Costco takes, and I had neither enough cash ($2761.00) nor a checkbook with me.
    We got the membership and the card, and went back to the hearing department, where we found the card wasn't okayed for the full cost of the hearing aids.
    Went home, waited for the and quot;officialand quot; card in the mail. When it came, we called American Express, and found we couldn't get the amount available raised until 60 days had passed.
    Holidays intervened, and it was three weeks later that we came back armed with cash and the card. This time, the card took the whole cost of the hearing aids, no problem.
    That whole part was a nuisance, which is why I downrated and quot;customer service.and quot; I think things would have been different, had I guessed higher for our income. (We're retired; it comes in dribs and drabs; I just put down a wild guess.) I would have stalked out had not pocketbook overcome principle.
    But the people at the hearing aid department were lovely, helpful, great communicators, friendly--all one could wish. And the price was, I believe, at least a thousand dollars less than it would have been elsewhere.
    Oh, and the hearing aids are great!

    He sent my husband to a clinic that would be cost effective according to our new plan. My husband got his blood work and the results were sent to the doctor. The doctor printed the results so that my husband could take the results home, and take them to another doctor that he is going to see in the future. His appointments are up to date and he is very personable. He listens to you and spends time with you. He is very professional. I have gone to him and he is a good doctor.

    I can't begin to say enough of great things about Dr. Jeff Goeshe. He was caring, informative and direct alll through the process. I was thrilled by the honest and thorough exams by the staff, as well as the way that my concerns and questions were responded to.

    At our initial appointment, she took an ultra sound of my legs to see the extent of the damage and then thoroughly explained the process.  After wearing compression stockings for 3 months and seeing no difference, she recommended the laser ablation of the veins causing the problems.  Each leg needed a treatment.  She and her staff explained the process, the fees and the time involved.  I started on the treatment course, which was virtually painless.  I still have more treatments to go, but can attest that the unsightly, painful "lumpy" veins are gone!

    Office staff is very friendly and professional.  They have a very good system for getting people through the process and everything taken care of.  The infusion nurse handles her own schedule and is very matter of fact and businesslike, but good at what she does and happy to explain things to you before, during or after.  The only complaint I have is that they schedule more followups that I think someone like me needs -- the practice is designed around patients with many challenges and limitations, not someone like me who has none and is merely trying to avoid having them in future.  But all in all it's not that big of a deal.

    We have been using him for eight years. He is one of those doctors who takes the time. It may take an extra 20-30 minutes past his appointment to see him but he will spend the time sitting there and explaining everything to you. I mean, when he is with you, then he is with you. He explains everything in detail and we have always been happy with him for that. I get to see him within a couple of days. He will refer you to somebody if he feels that it is something that should be checked further. The billing is fine.
