    Jim, the owner, gave me an immediate appt. He came as scheduled and reviewed my needs, we realized it really wasn't his type of work. He was very professional and gave me his opinion and help on the type of contractor I needed. I would hire him in the future to level and grade (and add additional drainage) my backyard.

    Quality Irrigation
    The work was scheduled and was all completed the same day. They were on time, very professional, did the work they said was needed, and showed me how to run the new control box. Another company wanted to charge me $450 just to replace the broken line under the driveway. At no charge Quality Irrigation even put in a second new sleeve under my driveway in case I ever had another problem or wanted to pull a wire for outside landscape lighting. If you plan to put in a new system or repair and modify what you already have make sure Quality Irrigation is one of the companies you contact.

    My only problem is that called this irrigation company because the landscaper who is going to grade and seed my backyard recommended them. I have made my attempts to contact this company, and they have never responded. I you do not want the job; then just say so. I find this to be a common problem with companies on Angie's List. I checked fair for over all only because the system did not give me option to check N/A. This company could do wonderful work for all I know.

    They were so prompt and they didn't overcharge. They took care of it. I couldn't complain about their pricing. They were very good and I was satisfied. I have a little problem and they're supposed to come back and take a look at it.

    Quality Irrigation
    I had them winterize my system last 2 years and turned on this year again. Took 2 weeks to finally have them come out but I understand they are very busy in this peak season. Though the performance was lack luster, I am always of the idea of giving a 2nd and a 3rd chance. Needless to say, this company has used up their chances. Chuck, the head honcho and captain of the ship is excellent and is extremely efficient. His hands and mind are well coordinated to get the job done with quality. However, the workers are very inexperienced. If Chuck is not around, I would not let them touch your system. Tell them to go home and come back with Chuck. Our last experience was a blow up of my irrigation system because it wasn't properly winterized. IT BLEW UP TWICE. Honestly, I can't say if the first time was entirely their fault. Plus, we are all humans and do make mistakes. There was a charge for the initial blown system but the 2nd time was gracefully honored by the company. I requested that I wanted Chuck to be present for the final repairs. One worker in particular had his head/mind in other places, and didn't care one bit about the job, respecting the home, or even the company QUALITY IRRIGATION. I got a soft call from a person at the monitoring security system of rowdy behavior outside the house. Apparently, I had forgotten to tell them workers were coming to the home. The security surveillance cameras equipped with audio had one worker saying, "F_ _ _ these flowers. We should uproot this s_ _ _  out"  A bit of misfortune, but a stroke of luck occured because my landscaper inadvertedly ran over 2 heads that didn't pop back in the ground. Not wanting this irrigation company back to my home, I called another company. They replaced the broken heads. Like night and day, the experienced workers went through the entire system and adjusted all the heads (not sure if this was part of the dewinterization deal with QUALITY IRRIGATION), raised one, and found separate busted lines welling up with flowing water. On further investigation, these were longitudinal cracks in the system straight up the sprinkler showing that they were probably not dewinterized properly. Surprisingly, this was also missed. I have never been so happy for my misfortune, as it made me discover another company with workers of great experience that can come to my home without me breathing over their necks or being alerted while at work.

    Amy and Eli are the ultimate professional in what they do.  I scheduled my appointments with Amy who is very pleasant to talk with. Eli showed up on time and was very patient as he looked for the main water valve to turn on my sprinkler.  I didn't know where it was because I had recently purchased the house.  He checked the sprinklers, replaces a head, capped one of my heads and rewired the wiring because the previous owner used duck tape.  He also set the timer and showed me how to use it.  I asked him about the crabgrass that was taking over my yard which I've sprayed and pulled to no avail.  He said that he could have it sprayed which he did. Most of it is dying now which I am happy to see.  I enjoyed my experience with Eli and Amy and will definitely use them again.

    I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service. It worked out really well and it was the first time I have had the sprinklers serviced by somebody. I always did it myself so it is good to have a professional come to check it out. He was courteous, came on time and gave me some options. Everything worked when he left. His service was also quick. I have some older sprinkler heads and I actually replaced them myself. His service was done within an hour and he cleaned everything up.

    Lasso / Ohio replaced a 25-year old in-ground 9-zone sprinkler valve structure. Three zones were not functional. The valve structure was partially located under a deck and never had proper sprinkler valve covers. The work was performed very professionally, quickly and completely. I would not hesitate to recommend this service provider for work on an in-ground sprinkler system. They are thorough; they listen; they are responsive and hard-working. Our in-ground sprinkler valve configuration never looked as professionally installed as it does now. They thoroughly tested all zones and then walked us thru a test to ensure that we were satisfied. Our in-ground system has never worked so well.

    Quality Irrigation
    We received only one call from the office staff.  Based on the questions I asked, the staff indicated they would have the owner call me tho he had some meetings to attend.  I said that we'd like the estimate as soon as possible so that we could decide on provider and have the work done soon since several of the zones were not working this year.
    To date, I have received no subsequent call, and have since contracted with another service provider to do the work.
    I do understand that summer is the prime season for having irrigation work done.  I do not understand the lack of responsiveness.

    I called and left a voicemail on a Saturday afternoon thinking that I would likely not get a callback until the beginning of the following week.
    To date, I have received no callback and have since contracted with another service provider to do the work. FYI, I did not place a 2nd call tho considered that the original message was not received or that I inadvertently left an incorrect telephone number for callback.
    I do understand that summer is the prime season for having irrigation work done. I do not understand the lack of responsiveness.
