    FIRST CHOICE MEDICAL STAFFING
I had been charged for physical therapy. However, I had never received physical therapy at all. Additionally, an aid had wanted me to sign papers that she had been at work, when in fact she had not. They blacked out numerous things on the visit record sheet in permanent marker. I do not believe that I should be billed on my insurance for something that I never received. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They also had the wrong doctor on the additional evaluation.

    Hilltop Village Apartments
I got a recommendation for Hilltop Village Apartments from a colleague and it was a great place. They have wonderful people there and it is just a wonderful place. My parents were there for nearly 3 years. Eventually when my dad passed away, my mum started wandering so we had to move her to an Alzheimer's facility. Hilltop Village was very reasonably price. It is a great place for people who are no longer able to take care of themselves. We wanted to get a double apartment and we had to wait for a few weeks before something became available. They take them on trips and stuff. They have a desk where they watch who is entering and exiting. They have different dining rooms for the less and the more impaired, they have appropriate services matched to your needs. After my dad passed away, we had hired an aide to give my mum extra attention, and they didn't have a problem with that. They would call us if there was anything wrong. They had doctors come in once a month, they had activities and they would bring all the people together and they would help them make cookies or play games or have church service just to keep them occupied. We never had any problems with their billing and administration. It was an excellent place for them to spend the years.

    Reliable One Home Health Care
She's very knowledgeable about her job, which comes from a great education (RN, BSN, and MSN) and 20 years of experience. She's never lacking in knowledge or attention. She's always shows up on time and is very reliable. She does what she says she's going to do. She is straight forward.

    Gateway Retirement Community
It was a nice place. The help and staff were very good with him. The only reason we moved him out of there was to be with his wife. They did not have joint facilities like where he is now. Price wise they were very reasonable. A lot less expensive. This is a situation where you get what you pay for. The care was very good, the aids and staff were very good with him. The doctor was excellent. Actually better than he has now. The attending doctor was very communicative with me. This doctor who also has a private practice was fantastic in terms of communication and treatment. It was a good experience, if we weren't moving her we could have left him there. A lot of people might not be able to afford where this couple is now but this place was probably just as good for half the price. That's a big thing. You are probably getting just as good of care, but you're not on a cruise ship here.

    Altercare of Mayfield Village Inc
The place is very nice, its beautiful. But the service is not as great as expected. You interview for these places and some tell you a great story then you find out the care is not up to par. They were not communicative, I did not know what was giong on. They did not keep me informed on the patients status. There were issues with the doctor. I can't get a hold of them, they refuse to talk to me. I never got to talk to this guy. The other two facilities they were very communicative and helpful in explaining situations with the patients. A lot of time elderly people don't know whats going. They were spending money on orthopedic issues and wheel chairs, etc. Then the stuff did not fit, it wasn't the right size. It wasn't a great experience. They give you the tour at the beginning we thought it was going to be quite functional and very nice. It did not turn out to be all that good of an experience.
