    Premier Solutions Group
Dan reviewed our current situation and policies, asked pertinent questions. On our second appointment he showed us what he researched and the illustrations of various policies for us to choose from. He answered our questions and explained any concerns we had. We also talked with his partner, Mike Whitaker, and he was very nice and knowledgeable as well.
We decided to  move money into life insurance policies for better death benefit with living benefits, as well as moving other money into  annuities with more guarantee on our money - so we wouldn't lose money we had. The changes were done with money we already had, not costing us any additional money to accomplish our goals.
We have recommended Dan and Mike to others.

    Discount Drug Mart
They are wonderful.  I have been using them for probably 2 years or I suppose close to 3 years.  I like their promptness at selling your orders and their courtesy.  The staff is very friendly, very courteous and prompt.

My coverage and service have been adequate, but the cost of that has been insane. My premium has gone from $500 for myself alone with no major health issues, to now a whopping $1250 a month for my 7 year old and myself, with a few health issues, but nothing catastrophic or extremely expensive. On top of that, my deductible is $2500 per person. This is on a grandfathered plan, and I have tried to change it, but the other options are no better. They keep jacking my rate up on a regular basis. As of right now, I was unable to get insurance from another provider, so am stuck with this craziness.

They've been pretty standard. Not as good as I had in NY state but not as bad as they could be, I guess. All in all, I'm pretty satisfied but still don't know why the premiums are skyrocketing.

    Cleveland Clinic
The emergency room staff was excellent. Then they took me to PCC/ICU; they were also excellent. They saved my life. There was a doctor in radiology who put a drain tube in and he was excellent too. He was gentle and he gave me medication so that I would not feel pain.

After my care in the emergency room, I was placed in a critical care room for about two and a half months. The care here was excellent also.

    Costco - Cleveland
The first time we went to Costco was to present my hearing tests and talk about hearing aids. I found that not only would I have to join Costco, which I had expected, but I'd also have to get an American Express card, because that's all Costco takes, and I had neither enough cash ($2761.00) nor a checkbook with me.
We got the membership and the card, and went back to the hearing department, where we found the card wasn't okayed for the full cost of the hearing aids.
Went home, waited for the and quot;officialand quot; card in the mail. When it came, we called American Express, and found we couldn't get the amount available raised until 60 days had passed.
Holidays intervened, and it was three weeks later that we came back armed with cash and the card. This time, the card took the whole cost of the hearing aids, no problem.
That whole part was a nuisance, which is why I downrated and quot;customer service.and quot; I think things would have been different, had I guessed higher for our income. (We're retired; it comes in dribs and drabs; I just put down a wild guess.) I would have stalked out had not pocketbook overcome principle.
But the people at the hearing aid department were lovely, helpful, great communicators, friendly--all one could wish. And the price was, I believe, at least a thousand dollars less than it would have been elsewhere.
Oh, and the hearing aids are great!

    Donald Martens & Sons Ambulance
We did not like them and I don't recommend them because they did not provide us good service. They couldn't take my husband up our stairs because they said it's not part of the service being paid and they did not tell us about that ahead of time.

    Euclid Hospital
She works at Euclid hospital and specializes in sores.  She knew the antibiotics and what to do about infection.  She did a terrific job.  She is great and healed my mothers legs.

Mr. Ford picks up my husband at our house 3 times a week and transports him in his wheelchair to the dialysis center. He is always on time and very careful with the way he pushes my husband in the wheelchair. He is very pleasant and always treats my husband well.

They are wonderful and are right on top. I am a diabetic. It took a couple of weeks to get everything straightened up and for the prescriptions to start going automatically. They send the supply cards which I am supposed to send them back. They give me days for my medication and they also ask me if I have enough supplies until I receive my new supply of medicines. They are great. I don?t have to call them anymore, as I used to call them since I used to worry about my medication and I am a diabetic. They send everything that I need. Whenever I get new prescriptions from my doctor, they always tell me if I need the medications right away or not. It?s best to get the first prescription filled at a nearby pharmacy and then just send them the information of the pharmacy. They will call them to get all the information and then will start sending me my medications automatically. They have done that with my previous medications and I love it, as it?s like care free. My pharmacists will also let me know the day on which I will receive my medications, when I call them. If I don?t have enough medications for a day, then they will send me the medications for that day. I am never worried and I never have to purchase anything extra and store it, as they always will have my medications. They are really good. My Medicare and my prescription drug plan take care of the charges to the maximum extent. The quality of their service is excellent. I use their services every 3 months, as it comes through the mail. The last time I used their services, they sent me my insulin and the rest of the diabetic supplies automatically. I will be getting my next set of medications on the 16th of October. I use them over and over again. I will definitely use them again in the future.
