    Marsh, Dr. Steven P.
Dr. Marsh and the entire staff is amazing! They make you feel welcomed and very comfortable. Dr. Marsh has worked on my whole family, my parents and 5 siblings! He truly has a talent and there arent many people like him in this world. Im very thankful to have such an awesome dentist!

    Levinsky, Dr. Ira G
Dr. Ira is very gentle, and explains what he is doing as he is going along. His staff always takes the time to answer questions. He cares about the quality of his work. I have been going here for about 10 years now, and would recommend him.

Everything was great at first however began to get worse beginning Jan 2017. One of my fillings came out. Average waiting time increased to 45min-1hr just for routine cleanings. Staff seems overbooked and rushed. Will not go back based on average wait time and the fact a filling came out. Only positive is that the staff at the front desk was very apologetic about the waiting.

    Farr, Dr. William L.
Dr. Farr is my hero!  I've had anxiety about going to the dentist for my whole life.  Going to Dr. Farr is actually a pleasure!  The entire staff is friendly and accommodating.  They have literally saved my teeth.  My daughter had an emergency and he got her in immediately, saving her teeth, as well.  My family have been patients of his for 10 years and I don't foresee us ever going to anyone different.  They always handle my insurance claims, with no delay. Afraid of the dentist?   No problem, just make an appointment with Dr. Farr.

See comments above. The visit was like being with a kid at Christmas who wanted to show off his new root- in', toot-in'gun but didn't have the hang of it -- except to go into a rapture about how the new gadget would be terrific. Uh-huh. Frankly, I'm surprised to see his name?. I thought he'd decamped to a different locale. All I know for sure is that I was poorly treated, had a destroyed major tooth and had been a fool to not pull up anchor at the first sign of his indecision, fumbling, etc., and my pain and need to find a new, competent dentist to remedy the damage as best it could be done. Oh ? and I had to have a GOOD dentist bat clean up.
I do NOT have any record of the date of the procedure. Ten years ago seems about right. If that scant info calls for not using my remarks, so be it.
Edit with discretion if you need to as long as my input is neither exaggerated nor underplayed. All is accurate to my knowledge except the exact name of his new device and the date of the appointment. Keep in mind, please, that I'm not a dentist, know nothing about the craft -- despite that handicap I believe I was an observant witness to this dental debacle as it played out in my mouth and my extreme physical comfort.

    Ferrini, Dr. Joseph P
I have been with him for years and I am not changing. They are excellent and we are keeping them forever. I drive all the way across Cleveland - it is a 20 mile drive. He is a people person and does extremely good work. He tells you the things that need to be done and why. He has an excellent bedside manner and still keeps the facts straight.

A week before my scheduled appointment for x-rays and cleaning, a tooth cracked and the filling fell out. Dr. Kinkopf saw me the next day, began the procedure for a crown, and set it the next week at my scheduled appointment when all other work was done. Patient comfort is always assured and staff is helpful and friendly. I have been very satisfied with the quality of care I have received for more than 25 years. My only negative is that their costs seem high. In fairness, I have not actually compared fees with other practices

They have board certified dentists who oversee the students and consult with them every step of the way. If you don't have dental insurance this is the way to go. One has to sit and wait and when they come they will access you, then they may not do the work right then and there, you might have to make another appointment because they have to confirm with their professors since they are students in the school of dentistry. The students are monitored by their professors every step of the way. So the process of dental work is a bit slower. But I think because they are students they are really conscientious plus they want to do things the right way. If you don't do it the right way you would have to do it all over again. Overall they are very good. It is clean, use universal techniques, like mask and glove and it is a safe environment with all the right equipment and x-ray facilities. It is very well organized and the people are very helpful. They explain and educate very well so you understand what is going to happen before it happens and understand the outcome too.

    Schermer, Jason
We absolutely love him.  The dentist, all the assistants and the office staff are just very wonderful.  I took my two children to the dentist for the first time and they made them so comfortable.  I've never seen children enjoy the dentist and they have no fear.  They are very welcoming.  The greatest thing about the doctor is that he takes a lot of time to sit with us and ask any questions or issues that we are having.  He walks us through everything.  They have a lot of convenience, like they send us a text to confirm our appointment.  It is very easy to get in at good office hours.  It's a good place.  They walk us through and give us a bill ahead of time to let us know what the cost will be so we have no problem.

My daughter (5), then son (3), then my wife (I'll leave her age out) went back for their respective cleanings. My cleaning started with the hygienist looking into my mouth and giving numbers to another individual. She told me, as she worked, that she was checking my gum pockets. After, she would discuss flossing technique. She then continued with x-rays, and the rest of the cleaning. The dentist came in to introduce himself, then proceeded to ask if I was interested in caps, pulling my wisdom teeth and whitening. No comment on the fact that I did not have any cavities, that my gum pockets were within acceptable limits. Then my son came into the room as each of us was cleaned, but not seen by the dentist, till all the cleanings were done. The dentist told me that my son...age 3...needed an orthodontist. Again, no comment on the fact that my children brush, mouthwash, and floss regularly and had NO cavities. I probably would not have been so upset, had I not been told by the receptionist that I owed $75. I explained that there must be a mistake, we are covered for two cleanings a year. She said I was charged for gum examinations and fluoride rinses. I went back to the hygienist, who was with my wife and the new dentist and ask my wife if they told her that the gum exam was extra? If she got a fluoride rinse? She answered "no" to both. I then asked the hygienist why she didn't ask me if I wanted this extra exam? Her response, "I don't know what your insurer covers." I went back to the counter and told them I was not paying for treatments I didn't request or agree to and that they should ask permission from a guardian before giving a child an extra treatment. In fairness, they did remove the charges.

While I have no problem with the cosmetic aspect of dentistry, I am more interested in my oral health. I do not feel like the Glick Dental Group is in interested in this aspect of my oral care. I will no longer use them as my dentist.
