They are expensive, but they?re wonderful, and since I?ve never used another Lexus place, I don?t know that they?re not all the same. They?re terrific. They come, and get my car. Give me a car to use, and bring it back to me.

These guys will talk their way into stealing your money any way they can. The offer diagnostics on your car at$100 then tell you if you get the work done with them then they will deduct that money from the balance. WRONG! They want you to use their parts which they double the price for to get that money off. Do not trust them. Scam artist

This company send $20.00 off coupon for oil change through the mail. They do good work and if they tell you your vehicle will be ready in hour it will be. They are a large company with a lot of Technicians, therefore they are quick.

The warranty is good for one more year. I have a free oil change and tire rotation; one left. The salesman said, call and make an appointment by August 27 of this year to do that. I said well  I'm just having it done now and he said that he was just giving me a date to use the free one. So I appreciate that. The salesman was about 80 yrs old and just full of cons. I worked my whole life building cars, so I know what cars are worth but you know, it's just that he shouldn't have been working. As a matter of fact, after he had sat down with me, I went to the general manager and I said I didn't want to deal with this guy can you sell me this car, so he took over and everything worked out the way it did.I had a trade in. He didn't want to give me s*#t for the trade in and I told him what it was worth and what I knew it was worth and how I take care of my cars, you know I washed and waxed them every week if I can. So anyways that was it, I just didn't like the salesman, but I couldn't even tell you his name, I just met him shortly. That was it, then dealt with the general manager.
As a matter of fact, the general manager called me to tell me to make sure I do it by August 27, to get my last free oil change and tire rotation. I could give them a B because I just didn't like the salesman. You gotta start off on the right foot and they started off on the wrong foot by sending him to me. I've been back buying cars from O'Brien, my dad, and I.We've always had got treated well, but the salesman we use to buy cars with passed away. I told them who he was and they said, this guy was a friend of his. That's when they sent me this old man, and he should be retired, he shouldn't be out selling cars at 80 years old, but like I said I couldn't tell you his name, I dealt with him for five minutes and that's it. Once I got the general manager. I called the Chevrolet and talk to the honchos at Chevy and I told them about Pat O'Briens and how I felt and blah blah blah. I said you know you've got an 80-year-old salesman who works there that shouldn't be and they must have called them. There was a part that was missing on my car and I called them and told them and they said they ordered the part. Two weeks later I called them and said is my part there? They said they looked and said you didn't have a part, and you never ordered a part from here.I  got mad, and that's when I called the Chevy headquarters, and two days later they said oh, we found the part we had it misplaced and they treated me like I was gold. I know it was the Chevy headquarters that called them and told them. But, since I called the headquarters they treated me like I owned the place, so that's nice.

They're not great deals but they're around you know the same as what you should get from any other dealership.
I shouldn't say that because I dealt with any other dealerships for the last 30 years, I've been going to O'Briens. I look on those websites like True Autos and make sure I know the price of what people are paying before I go in there so I don't get oversold. I always try to get undersold, but that's hard to do. But you know saving a hundred bucks or two hundred bucks that's nice for me. So that's what I try to do. I call, and it takes a couple of days for them to come up with either an excuse or an answer so I don't like that part about them. They're very professional. I absolutely would use them again.

Their friendliness and efficiency stand out the most. They just do a good job. They are the first dealer I've ever used more then once for my service because dealers usually aren't very good. Scheduling is easy. Usually the appointment is within a week if I want that. Communication skills are excellent. They come out and discuss what needs to be done with you before just doing it.

The car is under warranty still. It's all under warranty still. I am not paying anything until the warranty runs out. I bought the car there, so that is why I get it serviced there. Until something happens, if there is a major issue in the future, I may price out somewhere else. If something major was to happen, but right now it is still under warranty.

They fixed my car immediately, within an hour and a half, and I had no issues. I thought it was going to take longer but it didn't. When they did the overall inspection, they put me at ease with other items that I thought might be wrong.

I'm going to use them from now on. They're very nice and good people.

It was under the service agreement. This was a couple hours. They came up and picked up the car and they were back in a couple hours. When I visited the dealership, their waiting area is very nice, the workers are very professional.

We've been using them for probably 10 years. If we have problems with anyone, we have no problems with just leaving. If we find that any work was not done, we let people know and we don't go back. Anyone we stay with it's because of their quality.
