    Olenik, Dr. John
From the beginning to the end, I always have a pleasant experience, and that is why I drive 35 min. for the appointments.  It is well worth it.  After having an adjustment, I always leave feeling better than when I came.  I recommend Dr. Olenik to all of my friends who speak of any headaches or back pain.

    Zen Gardens Yoga and Massage
I had to downgrade my review - I had purchased a package of massages.  The first one was good but then the 2nd time she called me shortly before and said she forgot she was going to an orchestra concert and could we reschedule.  Then for my 4th or 5th massage I showed up at the appointed time and the door was locked, no one was there.  Never heard from her again.  My time is valuable and nothing annoys me more than being stood up.  The massages themselves are good but I'd recommend you call and confirm every appointment before driving there.  Also the location is a bit of a downside - it is right on Cedar Rd and you can hear the noise from the street - especially if the windows are open, which they were for my massage.  It didn't really bother me that much as I can tune it out but just something to be aware of.

    Massage Envy - Beachwood
The aesthetician was fabulous. She spoke in a quiet voice, and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had the acne treatment, and she did a thorough job. I felt completely pampered when my facial was over.
The only disappointing part - the hard sell at the front desk. I am not a member - I get a facial once a year or so as a treat. The receptionist pushed the annual membership really hard. She even went so far as to say that my medical flexible spending account will let me use those funds to pay for the membership. She specifically said I should sign up now, because I can cancel within three days if it turns out that work won't pay for it. Very awkward! I had to tell her not once, but twice, that I would have to think about it. Thankfully I didn't fall for it ... a quick on-line check showed that massage is specifically EXCLUDED from flexible spending, even if you have a note from your doctor.
Not sure if I will go back or not. There's other places to get facials where I won't get harassed to sign a monthly membership. I felt like it was too much pressure to sign up, which killed the good mood I had going.

    Estadt, Dr. Gary M.
I have been pain free for months now. This is the first chiropractor that has been effective for me. I continue to do the therapy that was suggested with great success. Lastly, he is interested in treating the patient rather than maxing out the insurance limits. I was able to be treated in 5-6 visits for very severe back pain. I had an excellent experience with his practice.

    Euclid Hospital
I was a patient in a regular room at the Cleveland Clinic on 185th and Lakeshore where during the day, the care I received was fair but the care at night was terrible. This is where I was dropped on the floor twice, the staff thought it was funny and I obviously did not. There was one specific aid that was abusive to me both verbally and physically on one occasion. She is very mean and rude. I do not think this woman should be working with patients.

    Lepp, DR.Michael B
Each time I visit Michael Lepp's office for therapy, I come away feeling much better, not only physically but emotionally.  He is a very caring person and it is evident that he does all he can to help those who are in pain.  He treats a variety of patients and I always see smiles in the waiting room.  Everyone in the office does whatever they can to put people at ease.  I have been to hospital-like settings for physical therapy and a lot of times you begin to feel like a number.  That isn't the case here.  Mike treats each patient as an individual and provides hands-on therapy for the entire 30 minute session.  I would highly recommend him.

The Studio Cleveland~ Thai Yoga Massage
The price depends on the masseur and what type of massage I have. My husband and I went together the last time and we both had a different masseur. I really enjoy the studio, the atmosphere and the people that run it. The massages were great and I like the massage.

    Matthew Keum MD
My problem began with my left knee. I was seeing a Doctor at
the Cleveland Clinic. This Doctor told me I had to have a knee scope so I did
and I did not feel any better. But I also had issues with my back and my hips.
What my Cleveland Clinic knee Doctor told me was you have to see another Specialist
for those issues. That conversation sent me on a spiral of too many Doctors,
too many appointments, too many bills, too many x-rays and too many pain
medications. None of these Doctors wanted
to communicate with each other. The end result was too many cooks in the
kitchen. My pain was worse and I still
did not truly understand what was going on with my body. What I needed was a Captain of the ship so to
speak to take over the pain I was having in my body. I also wanted this Pain Management
doctor to work with my primary doctor.
This is where Dr. Matthew Keum came into my life. He gets
A++ What a life saver he is. He really
cares about what is happening to you. What I needed was a Doctor who saw the
whole, complete and unique picture of what was going on with my body. Dr. Keum wants you talk to him and explain to
him where the pain is. Dr. Keum is also very thorough. He sent me for x-rays so
he could determine my problem. He checked to make sure my insurance would cover
the x-rays. This is very important to me being on a fixed income. Then we spoke
and we decided on a course of treatments and Dr. Keum again checked with my insurance to make
sure it was covered. I have mild to
moderate arthritis in both of my knees and in both of my hips. Now that I am at
a 4 and not 8 in a 1-10 pain level. We can work on getting better with rehabilitation,
swimming, walking, fun stuff. The best
part is Dr.Keum and my primary Doctor can work together to help me.

She is always on time, everything is always clean and she is knowledgeable. The treatment is excellent; she is a very loving person and is agreeable. I give her all A's and will use her again in the future.

    Lepp, DR.Michael B
I had a back injury. I have used him for more than one occasion. I have referred a lot of people to him if they needed physical therapy. He is very experienced and has his own practice. He does a combination of not just giving me exercises but actual hands-on stretching and positioning exercises. He has got a good bedside manner. He is very personable. Because he has his own practice he is the only one and it can be difficult to get in with him. Once I am seeing him, then it is easy to make regular appointments. It is hard to get in initially. I would use him again in the future.
