    Elite Home Remodeling Inc
Elite was excellent! Chad was very helpful in getting the estimates done. (I say estimates because we changed things several times resulting in a new estimate each time.) The guys that did the lions share of the construction were David and Matthew. David was a perfectionist when setting tile. He gave me ideas and I gave him a few and the end result could not be better. Matthew is a great carpenter too. But best of all, they were great with coordinating their work with the other trades, careful with my home and friendly. I had no worries about them working in my home when I was at work. Charlie was a great painter and made sure every surface he painted was perfect. I can't remember the electricians names, but they made sure everything was done correctly including upgrading my electrical panel. The whole experience was relatively painless. I would have them work for me any day of the week and have recommended them to friends. One didn't listen and ended up disappointed with the quality of work done on her bathroom gut and remodel. In fact she had to redo some of their work. Hire Elite and that won't happen to you.

So far so good! I am astounded at how seamless and expeditious the whole process has been. Alyssa Hahn, my designer, is professional. Responsive, provides expert and honest help, is respectful of my budget and does not try to up sell me! Anthony, the gentleman who does the official measure, adds another layer of expertise and advice. From the initial appointment in my home through the choosing of the products, they have made the entire experience delightfully simple and smooth. And they will send a crew to come in and do EVERYTHING in a week! I cannot say enough good things about Simple Kitchen!

    Levi's 4 Floors
The process went very smoothly. The salesman came out and measured. We discussed removing the old carpets and putting the flooring over all the existing tile and over whatever was under the carpets. Removing and replacing quarter- round in all the areas where there was new flooring. We discussed that fact that some doors might not shut. I got them trimmed before the crew arrived. The installers arrived on time, they were working within 5 minutes. They hauled out the old carpet and padding, all the old quarter-round (which all had to be replaced), and were laying floor within 1 hour. By the end of the first day, (they worked 8:30a to 6ish), they were almost done. The next day, they installed all the new quarter-round, which took less than 2 hours. The house was immaculate when they left it each day. The crew took pride in their work and were extremely professional. When I returned home the second day, I was amazed at how beautiful my house looked. I cannot even remember the old carpet. My house looks brand new! I had a question after they left about a substance on the floor. Within two days, they were out, removed the substance. Customer service followed up immediately to check my satisfaction rate. I was thrilled with their work, the performance of their work crew, and their response to questions. While I never hope to need flooring in my house again, I would hire them in a minute.

    NATURE FLOORS LLC
We are very happy we chose Nature Floors. Very happy. My wife and I bought a home that was built in the late 1800s. It has many historic features, including much of the flooring. A section on the second level was carpeted and we wanted to replace that carpet with wood. Sounds simple, but my wife was concerned that the new flooring could look like we tried to match the new flooring with the old flooring and failed. She had some ideas to avoid this, such as using a completely different wood species and incorporating a herringbone pattern. I agreed, but also wondered if we could maintain a look that was “faithful to the historic heritage” of the house. Additionally, just to make things even easier, we wanted the work done very quickly, before we moved in. When Val stopped by our house, he immediately started inspecting the floor with strong focus and interest. Like an archeologist at an excavation site. He mentioned spruce and pine and other species, the way the grain was running, how very long some of the pieces were in the dining room... At that point, I knew we were in good hands. He clearly cared about his line of work. Regardless of how much I cared about that flooring, he cared more. We decided to have him replace the carpeted flooring with wood flooring, and also to have the flooring in the master bedroom resurfaced and refinished… I am glad we decided to have the work done in the master bedroom, although it wasn't our original plan. In the end, the refinishing of the master bedroom and the replacing of the flooring where it was carpeted is all wonderfully done. Val actually found new wood that I would call “faithful to the historic heritage” of the home. Five-inch-wide and the correct species. He matched the finish very well. I was impressed. And I will say that the job he did with the newly-installed flooring is astonishingly beautiful. It is so nice that it makes me at least consider having him replace the wood in the entire main floor of the house. If we did that, it might not look like it’s over 100 years old, but maybe like it would have looked prior to 1900, after a skilled craftsman did the work in the first place. Trust me, flooring that’s over 100 years old can be pretty rough. LOL. The price was very reasonable, and Val charged us exactly what he said he would charge us. He was nice enough to schedule work around painters that I also had in the home. And Val and his brother do not waste time. In fact, I chuckled at how serious his brother was: He would walk in the door and would be working within seconds. I highly recommend Nature Floors.

    Krumlauf Floors
I cannot say enough good things about Roger and Landan and the rest of their crew. They are extremely professional, courteous, jovial and down to earth. They came out and gave an estimate and I was ready to hire them on the spot but thought I should get a second estimate. Krumlauf Flooring was able to do everything I needed whereas the second estimate could only do the flooring. I had a wall taken down between my dining room and kitchen and needed a small section of subflooring laid as well. Krumlauf was able to do that as well. Landan did an excellent job on the ceramic wall time and Roger even offered to trim the front door and hallway closet. They went out of their way perform work that I wasn't aware needed to be done. Such a joy to work with. I already have my next project lined up - as soon as I recover from this one!! Thank you so much for the excellent work!!

We are so happy with our new floors!! They look amazing and the service we received from Val was just as great. It has been really hard to find good reliable help around here and I was so relieved to finally find someone who shows up on time and also does an amazing job. My husband dropped the couch when moving furniture back in and scratched the floor (unbelievable, I know) and Val came back out the same day and touched up the scratch for us free of charge. Can’t wait to get our upstairs refinished!

I can not say enough good things about this company. They were prompt and efficient. We had them lay vinyl plank throughout our first floor and then carpet on our stairs and entire second floor. All work is beautiful. They listened and responded to what I was wanting for my flooring. All employees on their crew were polite and hardworking these are their employees, not subs. The job was completed ahead of schedule and when they left all equipment, supplies, and trash was removed. They want your business. Their price was higher than our first quote and they worked to get where we could both be happy. As soon as I met this team I knew I wanted them to install my floors. Their price was minimally higher in the end, but well worth it. I feel confident in saying if you hiring them you will not be disappointed.

The project went well. Rene and his team were able to get things done in a high quality manner and also in a timely manner. He was also helpful in helping me find additional contractors to do other work in my home. I will definitely use him again.
