    I called Deer Heating & Cooling Inc in Fairborn, Ohio, and they were able to get a technician out to my place in about 2 hours (on a very hot summer day). He diagnosed the problem as a capacitor that needed replaced, and made the repair in about 20 minutes. I was very impressed with his honesty, skill and speed. I really appreciate that Deer Heating made no attempt to bamboozle me into replacing the entire system. I highly recommend them.

    We call this morning around 10 am and they were here by 5 pm. They replaced a capacitor on the fan. They also checked the coolant level at our request. We purchased a plan where they would tune up the air conditioner and heater every spring and fall. This is something we had been wanting to do for some time. They were very courteous they explained everything they were going to do and what the cost would be upfront. I would highly recommend them.

I have had other companies try to fix stuff that wasn't broken or try to sell me something I didn't need. This company is honest and I will continue to use them in the future!

    I guess they were really busy because I had to call them 4-5 times. This furnace has to drain, as it heats air they get a lot of moister, it would have been preferable to have it go right out into the yard and this one went up over the ceiling and down into the basement. There's a pump that goes with it because if you're going to put water up you have to have a pump. The connection came loose and my husband didn't know how to fix it so we had to call them and they didn't have the connection so they had to order it and the came and put it in. It was way over priced, it was more than we would have liked to spend. In the past we have had very good service and we had been happy with them but my husband has a saying, "one ah s*** erases a thousand attaboys".

    We they are fantastic! They always call ahead to see when would be a good time to schedule. They always show up on time and call before they arrive. They also take care of our rental house next door. They are very trust worthy and we use the same service guy so he is familiar with everything in our home. We have always been happy with them.

    It was fine. They looked at the A/C. They were at the home for about 30-45 mins. The price was a huge savings and I have since received an opportunity to sign a maintenance contract with them and the price on that was good too.

    The tech who came out was probably the most professional tech I have ever spoke with during an HVAC visit.  He visited us after our working hours which made it very convenient for my wife and I since we work far from our home.  It was determined that the filter was the main culprit but the system also needed some cleaning maintenance.  After speaking with the tech he convinced us that it was the best option to purchase their maintenance package for service which provides them coming out twice a year.  He said he wouldnt perform the maintenance but to call and reschedule someone to come out to service the system.
    When I called today (6/17/14) the operator told me that they only do maintenance during 8-4pm through the week and appointments for service are for later hours.  This was not disclosed at the time of selling the service package to me.  This causes a problem because my wife and I can not come home from work to have the system serviced.  Ended up working out a time for me to come home early on friday to be there for service.  Due to the constraints from the company on the maintenance package I will probably opt out of the maintence package after my two scheduled services are completed.
    The failure to disclose this information during the maintenance sale and unmoving condition from the phone rep is the reason for my grade of "C".

    I heard about them about 15 years from the secretary in my office.  She raved about them.  They were out last month.  We have a membership with a discount.  If we have an emergency, we're at the top of the list.  When they checked the A/C, they found a major part that was broken.  The part was under warranty by two weeks.  We had them come out and fix it.  They are punctual and professional.  They are very thorough.  Everything about them is wonderful.

    We wanted to have our furnace inspected before running this winter.  I got an appointment for the day after I called.  The repair person called to let me know when he was on his way and he arrived at the stated time.  He saw an issue with the hot water ventilation, and showed it to me, then fixed it for us.  Did a thorough job on the furnace cleaning, was clean, polite, and professional.  Definitely would call them again.
