    We took the RV in 6 weeks prior to needing it so they would have plenty of time to make repairs and order parts if needed.  They waited 3 days prior to the pre arranged pickup date they began looking at the problem.  They  were unable to get parts in time to repair the RV so our trip had to be postphoned.  We incurred non-refundable charges.

    They did not look for the leak therefore it was not fixed.  They did not look at the locks on the basement area.  They hosed off one side of our RV and called it "detailed" and charged us $180.  They did not look at the step that needed repaired.  They claimed the oil was changed but later it appeared that it had not been done although we were charged.    The only thing they did do was to replace the alternator, which they had to wait for the part to come in as they ordered it the day we were supposed to pick up the RV. 

    We were charged for all these things although they were not done. 

    During the time we were to pick up the RV we had to continuously call and were not given information but told to keep calling back.  We finally went to the office and sat waiting for someone to tell us something.  The staff was not friendly and were very uncaring about our situation,  the situation that they had caused for us.  It was obvious they had no concern for repairing our RV or having it completed in a timely manner.  Their only concern was getting our money.  They cared about nothing else.  Since that time we have tried to contact them and discuss this matter but they still have no concern.   They sent us an email saying try us again sometime.  Well, I don't think so and I will tell everyone else I know to not go there either.  These people are crooks and t care about their customers.  Stay far away from them.  They ruined our vacation, stole our money and caused a lot of grief.   There were other problems with other customers that we heard about while we were there and were shocked at their non-caring attitude.

    Heartland Country Resort
    It's a great little place, and a very easy access from Northeast Ohio but it's great, you can get cabins slips. They have one or two cabin slips complete with kitchen so families can go and do their cooking or they will provide food. There's also a lodge, in addition to these cabins, that they have for common eating with a large screen TV and stuff. The rooms were lovely, there are Jacuzzi tubs, flat screen TV, snacks and munchies, covered porches with porch swings. Available on the property were horses and in-room massage and a variety of things so it is really a nice getaway. One of the owners is a chef so the food was really good. They could give horseback riding lessons and they have ponies too.

    They were excellent.  The car was super.  It was a ten passenger limo.  The driver was great.  The communication was excellent.  They were very very good to work with. Carl the driver and Stacy the coordinator were super.

    I wish I could give some better rating or narrative with how my experience with this Taxi service had been but It is difficult to do so when they never showed up, leaving my wife and I standing outside of a locked reception hall at the end of the night. After 15 minutes past our pick up time and sitting outside waiting for the taxi, I contacted Wolley Taxi only to be put on hold for 10 minutes and then told "We can not get a hold of your driver, we will be sending you another taxi but it will take 30 -45 minutes as it was coming from Cleveland"  (we were in Avon Lake). Thankfully the Bride and Groom had stayed with us during our initial wait and rather than have us stand outside and hope the taxi shows up this time, they offered to re arrange and re pack their vehicle so that they could give us a safe ride back to our home. If in the future I need to arrange a mode of transportation via taxi service I can say with certainty I will not be contacting this company.

    Bill and Ralph Neff, the owners, are wonderful guys. Friendly and outgoing and will answer any and all questions. Michelle, in the office, is friendly and outgoing too. She has a great sense of humor and can help answer questions. Tim, in the service department, is another friendly and outgoing guy. He can answer any question about an RV there is. At least I think he can. He has been a great help in getting my RV going. He can be difficult to track down because he is all over the place and does road calls. Sometimes you may have to wait until the next day to get ahold of him.
    I think all of the staff at Neff Bros are friendly and outgoing. I don't hesitate to call them or stop over if I need help.
    They have a small store where you can purchase RV parts and supplies. I believe they are expanding the store at this time (09 2012). They offer dump station use for a nominal fee and fill propane tanks, both portable and motorhome, at current gas prices.
    They are easy to get to and just off the Rt 2 Baumhart Rd exit.
    I have never rented an RV from them, but I wouldn't hesitate to if I didn't own one. From what I can see, they have some nice RV's available. Their rental fee structure seems to be average.
    I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
