    Bryan is very meticulous with his work. He repaired a chair that movers had damaged and no one can pick out which chair was cracked. He he also restored a entertainment center for me, looks great! Good as new!

    How did it go ? Well it didn’t Go At all ... had the owner Mike come out and take pics of everything (furnace AC unit and gas meter and fuse box for installation of a brand new standby Generator ) and was told he would have something worked up in a few weeks , we’ll a few weeks came and gone and still nothing I’ve documented everything as always do , I have a ton of Work going on at my home , wood floors , new gutters and shutters ) bay window and main floor windows , new drive way counter tops ect ect .... there’s a few things I am missing but you get the gist ! So I keep notes on apts. and bids and what’s done and what’s not .....When I first spoke with Mike I told him I was referred to him by my sister who also had a standby generator installed at her place in early spring about five years ago when summer came around she turned on her AC and one of them early summer showers roll through knocked out the power when her generator came on her lights came on her refrigerator came on her garage door Opener even worked but she couldn’t figure out why her AC was not working I don’t know exactly what went on but I know she was very displeased about the incompetence of the person installing it, isn’t that the whole point of having one installed so you’re not lacking any luxuries??I’m not exactly sure how they fixed the issue but I. The end after a lot of stress and a lot of waiting it ultimately got finished, Now in my situation my furnace is 21 years old and I’ve been throwing parts at it for the last three years I’m trying to avoid that this year by having a new one installed and I stressed to him on my initial call that I need this furnace as soon as you’re available ! Mine was there within 3 days of the 1st of many calls and as I stated took pics .... after the two weeks I never heard from him he became a ghost...... oh I spoke with him a few times but every time it was I don’t have the estimate with me you’ll have to call in the morning.....I call in the morning ......... hey do you have that estimate Mike oh I’m sorry Patrick I’m with my man right now can I call you back in a few minutes? Sure ! No call ! I called the office spoke with Karen yes I’ll have him call you directly!! No call again ... I’ve left at least four or five voicemails and my last one was on his personal cell and on the office machine .... I simply stated a listen if you’re not interested in doing this just please let me know that would be the right thing to do but if you’re backed up and you’re running behind I understand that too but please reach out to me and let me know NOTHING AGAIN!! The lack of communication is completely amateur And not professional at all I ran a Tree service almost 20 years While working a full-time job and never once did I go do an estimate take pictures of peoples things and then leave and never have communication with them again that’s kind of creepy! So yeah when I initially called that’s been almost a month now in the prime time of things when everyone is ordering a furnace I am stuck waiting till almost December thanks Mike!!! If you are not capable or you’re not proficient enough or don’t have the skill set to do this job you should’ve mentioned that in the beginning when you were taking them pictures!! aren’t you the boss? I mean wouldn’t you know then this is something you don’t want to attempt or is it that you thought maybe we wouldn’t be able to afford it? Believe me I am well prepared to spend would it cost to have one of these generators installed and somebody else will profit off of that and I’m OK with that as long as they don’t leave me hanging like you did!! Pretty upset that you didn’t have the Nads to call me back and explain your shortcomings!! That’s OK I’ll have a brand new Generac in there real soon!! Along with a brand new furnace and AC unit .... 17400$ cash !! That would’ve been a nice little chunk of change for your little shotty business! I hope people read this and realize just because you’re on Angie’s list or registered with the Better Business Bureau that doesn’t mean anything all that means is you made a donation! My paperwork from the BBB is on its way also! Keep plugging away!😏

    Very rude, when their curtain installer could not install because wrong size they blamed it on us. Owner Jennifer called me a cheap ***** and my wife a *****. Would not fix $1000 curtain and told me to take my business elsewhere. After we had just given $15,000!!!

    Never really write reviews but my blood is boiling right now and this is the only repercussion I can take since my problem was not resolved by staff or manager at Appliance Center. I bought expensive appliances for a house I am renovating. Took awhile to get them installed which was by a professional. Weird thing #1 - I bought the floor model stove at a discount since it was on a long back order. Stove is delivered out of box (installed incorrectly as the handle was put on over blue plastic, then plastic ripped off, leaving pieces sticking out) which is expected. The dishwasher and microwave out of box as well but fridge left in box. Dishwasher and microwave also have blue plastic syndrome. Plug in microwave and the metal on plug literary melted and a giant black smoke mark barked up my wall. Spent hours of my time and paid others to see what I did wrong. The answer was nothing... I got a bad microwave. Returned and waiting for a new one. Go to use dishwasher and I thought, how nice, it is super silent. Opened up and steam was coming out. Wow this is nice. After cycle realize dishes aren't so clean and the detergent pod is laying on bottom. Pull out, see water going in, going out, but never a washing cycle. Call AC and service person says can only send repair person and she cannot authorize exchange. Say can I talk to a Manager or someone who can? Hold forever with annoying commercial playing over and over with the jingle in the background. She comes back and says she cannot get one free but I will go on a list and be called... or go back on hold... God NO! That music and screaming about their specials. After an hour I call back. Service person puts me on hold again for the same length of time but chose, each time, to use the word "brief" which upset me even more. So, I am getting angry. She tells me to call back and choose a different extension to see if someone can get me manager as she cannot. Um, crazy. I did this with another long wait but more interesting is that I told the service person my blue plastic theory and asked if she could please tell me if all the appliances sold as new were actually new. She told me that she could see pictures of them taken by delivery people so yes. I said how does that tell you they are new? Is there a different method from pictures? She said yep and went down the list explaining the blue plastic theory proved correct and I was delivered floor models. Talk to manager finally and he says no exchange... same as the first person. I asked if he thought it was moral to sell something as new when it is not. He said it is new. I said nope, a floor model, that does not work. He said it was never hooked up. I asked if he could promise me that it was never bumped by someone, hit with vacuum, etc... He said no. I asked why couldn't he put this one back into the display and give me a new one. He said it does not work. I said who cares? You just told me it is never hooked up. He said how do you expect me to sell a broken dishwasher to someone. I explained that he did it to me. Anyway, so he went on about protocol, repeating the same thing over and over at such a pace that I could not get a word in until I asked him to please stop talking. I said do the service but I will no longer shop there or do the exchange a keep a customer. He went with repair and needed to put me on hold. Again, long wait. Guess who answers, the first person I talked to... but this time her attitude has changed as you could see over the phone her excitement that I was back to her and doing what she initially suggested. I used to deliver appliances for this place. We took a lot of care when we delivered. It is no longer free, at my last house the delivery people did not remove shipping rod in washer so it never ran right after I tried to start (don't know why I did not check), now the above, and to top it off I am wasting my Saturday typing this because I do not know what else to do. Sorry so long.

They told me that it would take at least 10-12 weeks because they are quite busy, and it did take them that long. But, the work was absolutely beautiful and so was worth the wait.
