They were very professional, easy to keep in touch with, and nice to work with. They answered all questions and were very knowledgeable and informative about what our options were. Juan and his crew did a great job with the installation. The fence turned out exactly the way we wanted it. AFence-N-Deck DoctorsFence-N-Deck Doctor’s has ended up being the best company that I have ever used for work done for my home. The company is owned by a husband and wife and they are extremely helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The price was extremely fair compared to other “big” fence companies. The work was done in 2 days, and I have a very big backyard that needed to be done. They removed the old fence I had up and put up a beautiful 6 ft privacy fence. I couldn’t be happier with the work that they and their team did. They even came back out after it was put up to make sure I was happy with the results. I recently also had a branch fall on the fence that they put up, and they came back out the same week and fixed the damage done. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone thinking or needing a new fence put up!!! The fence is gorgeous and they have put together an outstanding company.- Zach S.

AArrow Fence of Ohio LLCI was quoted 8-12 weeks in late July 2020 and due to the lumber shortage during the COVID-19 pandemic I expected delays. Fence was installed late November 2020. They removed the old wood fence and put new posts in on Tuesday, returned on Friday and completed the fence. Looks great and was worth the wait. I had 130' of cedar installed with a gate.- Nicholas N.

Not only were they professional and courteous when they came out to our house, they gave good design ideas, very transparent about pricing options, and we’re really responsive with all of my questions. AComstock Fence CompanyComstock Fence was really terrific to work with. They showed up when they said they would, and returned our phone calls and emails in a timely manner. We had lots of questions and some out-of-the-ordinary requirements (unusual height requirement), and Heidi was especially helpful and responsive in finding answers and attempting solutions for us. We did not ultimately hire Comstock because they couldn't get what we needed from their supplier, but we would have if we could have. We were impressed with their professionalism and "can do" attitude.- Debra R.

AExpert fence llcThe entire process was very smooth. Expert fence installed 400 ft. of 4 t. black Miller aluminum puppy picket fence. Materials arrived ahead of schedule so they were able to install the fence 3 weeks sooner than they had committed. Additionally, we received heavy snow the night before the installation and they spent the first 2 hours shoveling snow to uncover the ground. I would not have expected them to install the fence until the snow melted so I was impressed. Expert even had their own special concrete mix to use in cold weather. They addressed all my questions surrounding installing a fence during the winter months to satisfaction and assured me they had successfully installed fences in the winter before. The entire project was complete in 2 days. Unfortunately, during the installation they did cut through a sprinkler line, however, while they were aware we had a sprinkler system, there was no way for us to mark the underground lines, only the heads; so I can't hold them entirely accountable for that. They laid out the entire fence layout with string lines before they started digging so I could approve it, and also laid out where the fence posts would be so we could ensure there would be no interferences with the sprinkler heads. All the fence posts were dug by hand and were sunk 3 feet. I was impressed with their work, and would recommend them.- Matt R.

CI didn’t feel that they fit what I was looking for. I have some odd windows that you can’t tell they are odd from the outside but the estimates did not want to look at the inside of the windows. I also felt like he was trying to get me to buy more stuff and get more expensive items.

AScheduling of our project got off a little slow due to a variety of factors, however, Mr. Britton kept us duly informed. As to the job itself, we were VERY pleased. It should also be noted that we had unused sheets of pan to be returned. Don voluntarily returned those for us as we have no truck. This was in no way part of mour contract. We would not hesitate to use Punch Out Plus again. t
