AOhio Exteriors LLCOhio Exteriors did an excellent job rebuilding an old screened-in porch on our 100-year old home. They were punctual and professional, and the quality of their work was excellent! They completely rebuilt the porch, put in new structural support cedar beams, installed new flat rubber roof, installed new stained-wood ceiling, hung two chandeliers, hung four ceiling fans, installed new screen door and all new screens, and painted the entire porch. AI selected them after my estimate with Jon. He is very knowledgeable with the specifics of the project. They are also reasonably priced. The crew that came out to paint the house were prompt and efficient. They went above and beyond repairing/replacing trim and painting everything. I would highly recommend them to others and will use them again. In fact, I also had them install gutter guards to keep the gutters clean. Once again they were prompt, got right to work, and were courteous and respectful to me and my property. Thumbs up all around!

FHe came back this year and put different stain on. He did not finish the job. Some of the parts have not yet stained up. He did shady and horrible workmanship last year. He did come back and did partial work.

ASilvio came out to look at what we needed to be done. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and suggested many more solutions to some issues we were having with the exterior of our house. We had a leak in the roof and he had an idea on how to fix it and it worked, like a charm!! His men came out to our house and finished the job in a day! These guys were amazing. They did a fantastic job. We are thoroughly satisfied and we are looking forward to having Silvio and his crew back for more.work in the fall. Thank you Silvio for keeping to your word and going above and beyond for us. There's not many contractors like you out there. Thank you!

AMike and his team were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my house looked well put together and SO much more beautiful than it was before they began. We hired them for two jobs and each job was very well done. Both jobs required removal of wallpaper and painting. AVery well. They apologized for being a little later that the scheduled time, but it was bad weather morning, so certainly understandable. They were very courteous , professional and took as much time as needed to explain the process and products being used. Work was done very quickly and the results were very good.
