Pretty much the worst experience imaginable.
We wanted them to rebuild/stabilize a 31' cracking wall we had in our basement.  They convinced us only 15' needed fixed (the other 16' included a bathroom and closet that they stayed away from).  We were told the entire job would be done in a week. It's been almost 3 months and it's not finished, though some of the work is exterior work that they can't do now, but they are the ones who scheduled the job in December and told me it would be done in a week.

They were to rebuild 15 feet of basement wall. We were told that would take 1 day, 2 days tops. It took 7 days. Yes we had no basement wall for 7 days at the end of December.  As if that wasn't enough, the new 15' section of wall did not line up flush with the existing wall, creating a 1.5"-2"  ridge in the walls.

They were no-show/no-call at least 3 times.  I finally called the owner to see when they planned on returning to finish the job, and he told me he thought they were done already!

I gave them my credit card number for the initial 50% deposit.  They then took it upon themselves to charge my card 2 more times for the remainder of the quoted price, prior to the job being finished (illegal? breach of contract?)! I called and e-mailed several times about this, but nobody seems to care about that.

There was dust/cement literally (I do mean literally) over every square inch of surface in my basement from the installation of the floor drains.

The first night the wall was out, they failed to cover it properly and our house was cold. I called the owner, and he said the crew forgot the materials at the shop but did the best they could.

Additionally, prior to removing the wall they turned off our water and gas for safety reasons. They turned the water back on, but not the gas. My family left for the day so they could work, and came home to 55 degree house!

They did use plastic sheets to cover the brick protect it from the elements however they also covered up our furnace vent causing it to shut off. We had to make a service call to figure out that's what happened.

They uninstalled my utility sink that was against the wall to be rebuilt, and never bothered to reinstall it, I had to do that myself.

They did not put any of the appliances back or clean up their mess. I spent 2 full weekends cleaning up their mess. We even had their pop cans sitting on our hot water tank. They left plywood, tools, and plastic sheets littered in my yard, it's still there covered with snow.

Sadly, I could really could go on for pages, as there are numerous screw-ups this company committed.  Though when presented to the owner, he called them"minor issues that we'd deal with later".   I have about 5 pages of documentation on all our issues, but PLEASE DO NOT EVER CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY.

Oh, and they have a "Lifetime Warranty" on the walls in terms of water penetration, well guess what? We have water leaking into our basement now, and we never did before. I'll be contacting them very soon to see if they will in fact back up their warranty.
    Stay tuned....

Terry came out and was here for quite awhile to look into the problem.  He helped to look into the foundation problem and referred us to someone else that would be able to take care of the issue for us.  He was very busy, so it took a little time to get him out here, but he really helped us to find the issue and gave us the information on how to fix it.  He was excellent!  He even took the time to call others to discuss the problem and worked to make the process very easy

    Cemex Construction
John came out last year to provide an estimate on the foundation. Unfortunately, due to some medical issues, I had to hold off on getting the project done. During the winter and spring months, though, I noticed that there were some issues with the basement wall moving to the point that the vent next to the wall was pushed in. At that point, I contacted John again, and he sent out his uncle to provide a revised estimate for straightening the wall. I indicated that I wanted to salvage what I could with the front steps (especially due to the existing cost), and they honored that request.

The price was very reasonable based on other offers I received, and they were always responsive and willing to answer any and every question I had, so I decided to move forward with Cemex.

John's uncle and the rest of the team came out and did an excellent job on repairing my foundation and waterproofing my house. I had special circumstances since I would be out of town during part of the time they were working, and there was a slight misunderstanding regarding access to the basement interior during this time, but everything worked out just fine, and I completely trusted them with entering my home when I wasn't there.

At the end of the job, I initially questioned whether everything had been done since I didn't see the usual "remnants" of the repairs that I often get with other contractors (dirty residue in the house, garbage left behind, etc.). They did such a good job of replanting my shrubs that it was hard to tell they had been uprooted. Since the mail carrier couldn't reach the mailbox on the front of the house, the workers placed the mail in the box for them each day, and they even brought my trash bin from the front to the back yard after the trash pickup. What excellent customer service!!! It was a pleasure working with them, and when I have enough saved up to rebuild the front steps, I look forward to possibility of working with them again.

    Difranco & Son Co Inc
They dug down outside and fixed and replaced the drainage. They fixed my basement. They did foundation repair and water proofing. I spent about $7000 on the job. They were wonderful. They were neat and polite. They stood by their work. The individual that they had contracted to had a family emergency. So, they told me they would get someone else to do the work. They ended up covering that expense for me. They were expensive, but they did quality work. So, they were fair. I will use them again if required.

    Mural & Son Inc
I received an estimate of $5,486.00 plus an additional $200 for some extra work needed. The estimate consisted of 3 installments. $2500 when excavated, $2500 when wall is built and $686 when backfilled. I stopped in every so often to see how they were progressing and to take pictures. From what I could tell they were doing a good job. Mural completed the work and when I came back I noticed minor damage to a fence post. They did minor damage to the bottom aluminum siding of the house. Mural was supposed to place the pad for the compressor in its original position and place stones from the base of the wall to grade to prevent the compressor from sinking. They installed the stones in the wrong place and the area was to small to fit the pad. They never finished the mortar on the bricks inside the crawl space. According to Mural and Son the work was completed in November of '08. I provided them with a list of the work that wasn't completed. I called the salesman to let them know about the shoddy work. Initially, he said they would come out to fix the fence post, but any additional repairs were to be repaired at cost. Greg (the salesman) said that the wall was completed properly, so that was what they were only concerned with. They were not concerned with the completion of the minor work. I called close to December and spoke with the owner. He said that he didn't know anything about the problems. He said he would speak with Greg and then follow up with me. The owner never returned my calls after several attempts. I called a building inspector and he called Mural and Son. They told the building inspector that they would fix the problems in the spring. They also sent me a letter mentioning only 2 of the 4 problems that had occurred. In the late spring, I tried calling them and again, the owner never returned my calls. At one point, around June 16th, they unexpectedly without a phone call, came out to repair the 4 problems I had. They did an excellent job fixing the post. In regards to the compressor pad, they should have dug all the dirt out and replaced it with stone. Instead, they dug about 2 inches deep and just added more stone on top of it to make me "think" they had fixed the problem. I went in and checked the other 2 problems and they didn't repair them. I called the company several more times and never got a reply. Finally, the receptionist went and talked to someone. She told me that as far as they were concerned they had fixed everything that they were supposed to. I still owed them $680.00 on the job, but the job was not completed. They have yet to bill me for the remainder amount, even though THEY said they were done. My contract said that I will get a 5 year warranty on the wall if I have paid in full. I have come to believe they have done this on purpose for people that don't make complete payment so they don't have to warrant their work. This is probably why they never bothered billing me. I then hired an inspector for $175.00 to come out and inspect their work. The inspector concluded that the mortar in the crawl space was never finished, the compressor pad was not installed correctly, the siding is damaged and they crimped both my compressor lines at the house. I believe they did this after coming back. I have given Mural and Son more than enough time to correct their mistakes.
