    Been going for emergencies for years. Can't beat the prices, but there are a few things to know. 1. If its something that can wait, it's worth the extra cash to find a vet that will get you in sooner. 2. See above- if its not a life and death emergency be prepared to wait. I had an abscessed cat- sick, fever, pus oozing out our wait times (multi visits) ranged from 4-8 hours 3. The waiting room is cold, bring a jacket Over all the staff was very caring, the quality of care was good, the price can't be beat.

    Our Dog got worse and worse, so I took him for a second opinion where I was told he was suffering with a herniated disc at the first lumbar vertebrae ! Why was I told it was a knee issue when it was his back ! I was furious. He had been in terrible pain without the right pain medication. In 2 weeks my dog could barley walk and would lay and cry in pain. I eventually received proper treatment and he is much improved.

    They are very careful with the animals. Cats are particularly sensitive to the anesthesia and stuff. You really have to watch what you do with them and they are good about it. It was a very smooth experience. They were very careful with the animals, they took good care and gave us updates during the day. They checked up/called the day afterwards to make sure the animal was still okay. I appreciated that.

    They did a beautiful job, he was up running around the next day. They were very fair about the pricing. They gave a pre-estimate if it was just a teeth cleaning and they put an estimate if he had to have teeth pulled. I was basically expecting one, maybe two small teeth. They ended up doing eight, but kept to the estimate, so they were very fair about it. The bill would have been twice that much. We use them all the time, that is the only vet that we really like.

    The process to get my dog's prescription filled is a hassle. I have to call the order in every month and then go into the clinic to get the prescription when they are open. They did give me 60 day refill, I asked for 90 days but they couldn't do that. I wish it was a lot easier.

    I've been there several times in the past year for vaccinations, for sickness and for other things. They are absolutely the best I've ever been to. The the doctor and the entire staff is just so caring. The seem to love every pet and every owner as if they were family. The knowledge and the treatment there is amazing.

    PLEASANT VALLEY ANIMAL CLINIC
    They are excellent at the work they do. He is an equine vet that actually does Belgium horses and large animals for the farms. We have Labrador Retrievers, you know, like any farm does and he treat the animals like people. I mean he talks to them and he get right down in their faces and really communicates with them, so we like that kind of relationship with the animals and us too so he kind of personalizes.

    I had been planning to switch veterinary practices for some time - and this was my first visit to Noah's Ask (based on a friend's recommendation). After this positive experience, it will be our family's veterinary practice. The team was patient, caring and non judgmental on questions about vaccinations and indoor-only cats. (The judgmental attitude of my last vet is why I left the practice). Noah's Ark's is the complete opposite -- accepting, helpful, and gentle with pets and their people. The prescribed treatments worked like a charm and I have a healthy, happy cat.

    Dr. Michelle Wisecup and the whole Riverside Animal Care team are "super stars" in our opinion. Dr. Wisecup has taken care of Teddy and Choo Choo for several years. They adore her!! She is the most caring and kind veterinarian! Her medical diagnosis and treatment have been at the highest standards. Teddy is a wheaten with delicate skin conditions somewhat typical of the breed. This situation is not easy to treat but Dr. Wisecup assessed the situation, discussed fully several options, even included a visit to OSU. She is so well versed in the latest treatment options and techniques! But most of all, she loves our dogs and they (and we) love her!!
    We feel most fortunate to have found the Riverside Animal Care team and Dr. Wisecup! Somehow 5 stars don't seem enough for them in our eyes. They are definitely "super stars" in their field. WE believe that our dogs will live longer and healthier lives because of Dr. Wisecup's care and concern and wise medical diagnosis and treatment. Hurrah Riverside Animal Care team! You are the very, very, best!!!

    Cats Only Veterinary Clinic
    I had been taking my cats here close to 20 years. When I emailed the clinic this week (December 2015) to schedule with the vet (Dr. Cohn), I was told she left in March (2015). I never received any notification nor was I verbally told she was leaving. When I spoke to Andrea, she did not tell me why Dr. Cohn left, saying she did not know, it was a personal issue with Dr. Cohn, and she, Andrea, did not have permission to tell me what happened as this was confidential. I understand that and have no desire to know the particulars of why Dr. Cohn left. All I was asking was why I was not informed.  I did not receive answers to my questions. I felt the answers I did receive were very evasive, which I let Andrea know I felt this way.

    In my experience, this was very unprofessional, especially for a loyal and long term client. Andrea said all they care about is the kitties, which is awesome, however, what about the clients who bring in the kitties?

    I was told there were other doctors at the clinic who could take over the care of my kids, however, I felt my interactions with this business, which I experienced as a result of this situation, were disrespectful of me, inauthentic, and unprofessional to the point of me choosing to end my relationship with Cats Only. 

    I was satisfied with the services I received from Dr. Cohn at this clinic. Also, Andrea was quick to email me my cats' medical records, which I did appreciate.
