AOhio Exteriors LLCOhio Exteriors was great from start to finish. They were easy to contact and their communication was spot on. Janice was the first person I talked to when calling and asking for an estimate. She was personable and professional. She told me the time span to expect. She kept to her word and front office communication was great. James came out to give an estimate. He was up front and honest. He knew what he was talking about and told me what to expect. James emailed me an estimate explaining what work was to be done and cost. When we decided to go with Ohio Exteriors, James came back out to make sure everyone was on the same page regarding the work to be done and the papers were signed for work. After I was put on the schedule, the communication was great. The lead worker, Derek was nice and communicated well. The entire crew was awesome and respectful of my property and did excellent work. When they took off the siding they discovered some additional wood rot and repair that was needed. They, again, had excellent communication and they were quick to fix the unexpected repairs that were needed. Ohio Exteriors did a wonderful job. The final product and repairs were all well done. I feel that they do work like they are working on their own property. All repairs were done and done right. The exterior of my sunporch looks great and has withstood some hard rains and weather since Ohio Exteriors completed the job. I would definitely recommend them. AOhio Exteriors LLCOhio Exteriors did an excellent job rebuilding an old screened-in porch on our 100-year old home. They were punctual and professional, and the quality of their work was excellent! They completely rebuilt the porch, put in new structural support cedar beams, installed new flat rubber roof, installed new stained-wood ceiling, hung two chandeliers, hung four ceiling fans, installed new screen door and all new screens, and painted the entire porch. APatio Room Factory IncMark and his crew did a great job on our 4 seasons room. We needed extra space and they did quality, professional work at a competitive price. Their price includes everything and there are no "hidden" costs or gimmicks. The room is well-insulated with real windows and the HVAC unit keeps it plenty warm in the winter for true year-round use. We had some delays in construction because of COVID, but any time there was a problem Mark addressed it immediately and made sure we were satisfied. ABlueDaisy ConstructionJamie did an enormous amount of work on my condo previous to my move-in. He replaced almost every light fixture, bathroom fixtures, corrected bad plumbing in a half bath, enclosed my sunroom to make it an all-season room, replaced broken garbage disposal and so much more. Not only were they timely with their estimates, but they came with phenomenal recommendations, thorough communication and patience for my million questions. We had a dedicated resource at our home the whole time and he gave us daily updates of how the projects was going, any roadblocks he saw and solutions for those roadblocks. Their attention to detail throughout the project was better than mine, which is saying a lot since I'm a massive perfectionist. We can't stop showing off our deck. APremier ContractingWell, let me just say that John and his team absolutely exceeded my expectations - and I paid less for the project than I thought I would. I don't know how you could ask for better than that. When I asked for a roof to be built over my back deck, I was envisioning just a rough wooden roof. But they made it look like an extension of my house! It is beautiful - not rough at all. They put a metal wrap over the wooden beams - and soffit and fascia that matched my exterior perfectly. I wasn't expecting this and it blew me away. And they did it all for what they quoted me. And each member of the team has a specialty. Charlie the carpenter has the roof up in no time, Tom the painter did a beautiful job, and John, the owner, is more like an artist than a builder, and of course Maddie (the real boss). ACould not have gone any better. My bathroom remodel is gorgeous. Adam literally took the entire 80 year old bathroom down to the studs and bare floors and meticulously put it back together. The quality of workmanship is shown throughout the bathroom from the tiled shower and floor to the installation of new drywall and vanity and fixtures he installed. Adam is a true professional and has an incredible eye for detail. I will have him back in my home for future projects.
