I have used Jack Woods quite a bit over the years. Easy to schedule, good pricing and always quality work. Had a hot water tank replaced, shower fixed and toilet repair done on 7/9, went very well. Would recommend

Well. Only problem was delay in response time after claim was filed online. Water tank started leaking Thanksgiving morning and no reply until I called the Regional Manager.

Jack L Woods Plumbing Co Inc
This was a over-time job, since they were booked up during normal hours and we were completely without hot water. One of their guys came out the next day on Saturday morning. Very professional, showed up when they said they would and called ahead to let us know they were on their way. Replaced the hot the tank with a new one. Our old one was 18 years old, so made sense to replace it. They let us know the thermo-couple on the old one could be replaced, but probably would not be worth the cost given the age and condition of the tank and copper lines attached (much corrosion). I agreed. Job was completed in a few hours, done professionally and up to code. They removed a make-shift concrete dam around the old tank and installed a new pan under the new tank along with new copper lines to/from the tank. They cleaned up and took the old tank away.

    CJS Heating and Air Columbus
The technician, Angela, was outstanding! She showed up on time, with the appropriate anti-Covid protective gear. She performed the required AC service checks and maintenance. She found a hot water leak, in addition, and then called the manufacturer for warranty info for me. She went above and beyond.

    CJS Heating and Air Columbus
Excellent. I initially called because my water heater failed to ignite (2yr old heater installed by others). However, two days after making the appointment the water heater ignited fine and continues to work fine. I kept the appointment because it needed descaled. The service call went good and as expected. The technician was a very nice professional young man who was a pleasure to work with.

    Accurate Plumbing
I was super impressed with Accurate Plumbing. We noticed our hot water heater was leaking from the bottom. I left a message through their website, because it was Sunday and figured no one would be around. Within 30 minutes someone called me back! He was very honest with me and told me that considering the age and where the leak was it was more than likely going to need to be replaced. When the plumbers arrived right on time. I neglected to mention I needed a drip pan due to the basement being finished after the current water heater was found. They went to the nearest hardware store and bought one, so they could still complete the job without complaint. The initial cold water shut off valve was a PVC ball valve that was frozen. Without me even asking they installed a metal lever shut off valve, so I could turn off the cold water input when needed. I would highly recommend this company.

    Klein Heating And Cooling
You know you have a good provider when you call with an issue, instead of immediately scheduling service, they listen and talk through the issue that you’re experiencing. Most recently, we discussed an issue with our A/C, they recommended I take a few steps myself before scheduling service, and whaddya know — it worked! I will continue to use Klein, without a doubt. Their charges are fair and their service is exceptional.

At first it was going to take over a week for them to come and do the work, but they managed to get here in a couple days. Plumbers were pleasant and seemed to go a good job. Would hire again.
