    Salmons Heating & Cooling
Matt and Jack were nothing short of amazing and were professional and upfront throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer any and all questions and gave great advice on how to upkeep the system they put in. I would hire them again if needed and encourage you to use them if you need.

    EMERGENCY PLUMBING SERVICE
Emergency Plumbing has helped my Mother and I on a number of occasions over the last 5 years. It didnt matter what time of day or night we called, they always provided services timely. They were called for a burst pipe in the middle of the night, to replace a very old type cartridge for tub/shower faucet, for small repairs like fixing kitchen faucet or to repair a toilet and replace the main valve. Every time we received professional service from knowledgeable and friendly technicians Chris or Bryan. These are the reasons we call them again and again, whatever we need help. They never disappoint us. Highly recommended company for doing a great job!

    Finished Basements Plus Inc.
This is the third full basement remodel performed for me by this company. Todd and his team did an excellent job in design and finishing. All work was permitted and was performed on time at the quoted price. We are thrilled with the results!! I would highly recommend this company for basement finishing and renovation.

    EMERGENCY PLUMBING SERVICE
Emergency Plumbing Service came and examined our leaking faucet, removed the hose and discovered where the leak was occuring. They took the hose to several stores and found out no one carried the hose anymore. It would have to be ordered in and would take a couple of days and we would be without water in the kitchen. We decided that wouldn't work and we would need a new faucet today. They purchased us a new faucet and installed it. Looks and works great.

    Simple Bath & Simple Kitchen
I am extremely pleased with my new shower. From the very first contact to the last Simple Baths team was professional, courteous and answered all my questions. I was so impressed by everyone. Rachel guided me on design choices. The installers handled problems without complaints and even fixed a problem with my dryer vent that I didnt know I had. I will recommend this company with no reservations.

    The Eco Plumbers & Drains
We needed plumber to come out to our house the same time a mold removal company was there. We scheduled appointment and took the day off of work. We waited around ALL day and they never showed up. We called to find out what happened and they told us they prioritized other appointments over ours. ***?! They offered to come out the next day first thing in the morning and offered us $50 off the appointment... but $50 doesn't compensate me for loosing a day off and I had no confidence they would actually show up tomorrow. Also, we needed to coordinate with the mold removal company... so we need a firm appointment time.

    Roto-Rooter
Our experience with Roto-Rooter was truly the worst experience we've had with a contractor, and we own a complicated 150 year old home, so that is saying something. After noticing our toilets had less pressure than usual, we called Roto-Rooter for a diagnosis. They scheduled a technician to come out a few days later (over a holiday weekend, which was great, actually). The service technician arrived two hours past our four-hour window. He snaked our drains and was able to clear out a lot of issues in the sewer drains, but noticed there might be an issue 60-80 feet out, but that we should be good to go for 6+ months. We opted to pay to have a camera snaked through the drains as a follow-up appointment to ensure we were all clear. A second technician came out the following Monday with the camera. After snaking the camera, he informed us there we a clog or collapsed drain (couldn't tell) 60 feet out from our home in the street, but because it was in our lateral, would be our responsibility. He got us a quote within 5 minutes. The quote was for $23,000 to dig up the road, replace the pipe or clear the clog, and then repair the road. $23,000! He also said we needed to "make a decision fast" because we could clog again in less than a week. Seemed like a scare tactic to us, so we opted to get a few more quotes from local, family-owned plumbing companies. Since then, we've learned that there IS likely an issue, but we've had other estimates come in at $5,000 total for the exact same service. Additionally, another contractor was able to identify with their camera that we actually share the lateral with our neighbor, so we'd need to work together with them to split costs, since it's a shared issue. This is not something that Roto-Rooter either saw with their camera or took time to investigate. Overall, maybe Roto-Rooter is great for small issues, but they were a rushed, sloppy, salesy disaster when it came to quoting an estimate for a larger issue. Beware. We will definitely be working with smaller, local plumbing companies in the future.

    EMERGENCY PLUMBING SERVICE
Great responsiveness, especially for a late Sunday night/early Monday morning need. We called ~11:45 PM on Sunday night, and they had a tech at our home by 12:30/12:45 AM (Monday morning). Kasey did a great job and only needed 30 minutes, to tear out my (attempted) repair work, and fix the drain pipe. Very polite and professional. Thank you for helping us, when we needed you.

    The Eco Plumbers & Drains
My interaction with Luke was excellent. He was clearly a subject matter expert with the interpersonal skills to match. He did everything in his power to give me the best possible rate, while maintaining his integrity as an employee. Luke was able to answer all of my questions, both on the subject of my issue specifically as well as information about EcoPlumbers as a company. He was an incredible representation of a great company.

    Graham the Handyman
The young man that came to my house was very efficient and skilled. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after each project was completed. He was there for almost 3hrs. They were delayed a half hour, but at least they called to let me know they were on their way and I was fine with that, so I still gave them an A rating. I'm a buyer for a large company and purchase a lot of services and the hourly rate was extremely reasonable.
