    In the office, they were great. We got seen right away and the doctor was really good. He prescribed medicine because my husband was in pain. He referred us to another doctor for follow-up. His assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. She said she would take care of our prescription. They said they would call it in. They didn't provide us with a written, physical prescription. They said the prescription would be ready for us once we got back to Delaware, but it wasn't. It's now 2 weeks later, and we are still waiting for the prescription. I have been calling and calling. Everyone was pleasant, but not helpful. I am disappointed. My husband is still in pain and having muscle spasms. Now we are trying to get a prescription from our family doctor.

    Doctor is great - staff leaves something to be desired.
    At my last appointment about 2 months ago, I was promised a referral to another specialist. I have had to make 5 followup phone calls since then - and I still don't have my referral. At that appointment I was also told that I could have the pharmacy call their office for a refill for a medicine I was taking, as I was unsure how many refills I had remaining. This is not a schedule 2 drug that requires paper presecriptions and is limited to a 30 day supply - this is a common drug that can be written with 12 refills. I tried to get this refilled last week. The pharmacy called Dr. Delphia's office - and was apparently told first I wasn't a patient, and then told that I needed to come in for an appointment before the prescription could be faxed in. I called Dr. Delphia's office about this yesterday, and was asked in a conversation which pharmacy was my pharmacy. I confirmed the pharmacy for her. When I called the pharmacy today - they had still not heard from Delphia's office. I run out of medicine in 2 business days, so I am desperately hoping it can be called in successfully before then. I was able to accept that it was common the office phone went to voicemail, and able to accept that I would never have an appointment that would start on time - but months of begging for my referral and now this refill situation have proven to be the last straw.
