As usual, great appt. Dr. Haney is very kind and caring. Listens to all your concerns and problems. One of the best physicians I've ever been to. Explains everything in a manner you can understand. Very compassionate. Do not go to him. He is very busy and I don't want him getting any new patients. (just joking) He's the best!.

I went in to what I thought was a physical, which I have him do each year. This year he said he no longer did physicals. Then i called my insurance agent and asked him what was going on. He said, the Dr. HAS to do physicals. We then began a back and forth, the Dr. claimed they don't do physicals, they do wellness checks. After several hours of back and forth, they finally agreed they needed to do a physical for me, but their first available was April. I then called another doctor and he agreed this was all very bazaar behavior, as did my insurance agency and my rep. I won't be returning to Dr. Wolf.

Not impressed. I had an appointment scheduled and received a letter in the mail stating it was cancelled. No explanation but to call the office to reschedule. Weird, wonder why they didn't just call me and ask to reschedule. Next I wasn't sent any information on what to avoid prior to testing or any info etc. I've had allergy testing before so I had an idea. The day of my testing the nursing assistant who took my blood pressure got the most ridiculous BP read on me. Not once but twice and actually used them in my chart. I mean, are you serious, laughable reads. I'm a young otherwise healthy person with allergies. Right there my faith in the testing had rapidly diminished. Next, when the actual testing took place, he pricked my back but got confused and immediately wiped my back with alcohol wiping away the antigen and numbers that he wrote down, then scribbled them back on my back. When the dr. Came in to go over things he had a strange remedy for my treatment involving an asthma inhaler (I don't have asthma - I get that drugs have multi purposes) shot up through my nose instead of the way intended (in mouth). Said to cut the tip of a baby nipple off and put over the inhaler part that goes up the nose. I've searched high and low for any information even remotely close to referencing this method and I've come up with zero. I don't have a medical degree, so I can't dismiss this method of treatment but based on everything else I left there feeling extremely skeptical. Not impressed. Other facilities give you a chart with actual numbers for allergies, tell you how to prep and I've always had an actual nurse do my testing. Not polished or professional at this office.

She is very personable, easy to talk to, thorough, has a nice sense of humor and that helps. I just I feel like I'm in good hands. I will be given tests if I need them and she will look for what's wrong. I basically go for physicals.
It took awhile to get in for a physical. If you had a health problem, you can get in. I think they notified me in time but I didn't get the appointment made right away so that's part of my fault. I don't consider that a big problem because I know if was sick and needed to get in I could.

Dina performed IPL laser on me and following the procedure I was concerned for two reasons: 1.) as she was performing the service she informed me that she "shouldn't technically be operating the machine without a doctor present"), and 2.) the laser caused tiny pin point indents in my forehead.
I scheduled a follow up appointment to address my concerns. When I informed Dina about my concerns (without blame) she immediately left the room and came back 5 minutes later with a random man (who didn't introduce himself to me FYI). This man asked me to tell him what I had said to Dina (which I did) and they both left the room. Dina returned and told me that "I needed to leave". I asked why and she said that "I was clearly unhappy with her services and I just needed to leave." I asked if there was anything we could do to remedy the situation (e.g., microdermabrasion, etc.) and she told me that they no longer wanted my business.
So, I can only assume that they felt threatened because they had been called out on performing a service irresponsibly. I never received an explanation or an apology. They were very defensive and dismissive. As a business owner I take pride in thoroughly addressing all of my client's grievances professionally and am appalled that the Sullivan Centre handled my situation the way that they did.  I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Very large practice.  Doctors are good, but getting to them is frustrating.  The front desk staff and Doctor's nurses are not so friendly.  Very frustrating getting phone calls returned and getting test results.  Hard to switch doctors within the practice.  Just frustrating all the way around.  I left the practice.

Great practice!!  Love the Docs!  I was treated very well.  Doctor Lee was especially helpful and made me feel as if I was his only patient.  He is kind, warm, and very good at what he does.  Front desk, nurses, scheduling was great.  All were helpful and kind.  Most definitely recommend this practice!

Good.  Great.  I have a good doctor.  No dislikes.  They have business hours I can get to.  Overall the doctor is great.  Well run office environment.  There all friendly.  They treat you good over there.

After a comprehensive review of my medical history, Dr. Mundis did a spinal fusion.  I was completely satisfied with Dr. Mundis and his staff.  Surgery was performed, and I'm making a remarkable recovery.  I couldn't be more satisfied.

I was told that if the u.t.i. cleared up, my next appointment would be a check up. If it didn't, I would be scoped. I arrived expecting to get the all-clear, but despite the fact it had cleared up, I was directly taken to a different area in the building and was scoped. I was mentally unprepared, and got a nick during the procedure, which then got infected, and I had to have antibiotics again. I never felt that the offices there were very clean. It always seemed dirty to me. I would not go there again.
