First sent email through Angie's List. Did not respond. Then called the store. . Made Appointment for pick-up and repair. Every step of the way, very poor responsiveness of the service manager. Don't know if he is overworked or poor responsiveness. We had to call all the time. Had to sit around at home two days because the service shop could not give a time for delivery. Finally, got a time narrowed down from the manager of the store.

At Your Door Lawn Equipment Repair
I was extremely pleased with this service. Barry showed up at our door with his large van. Pushed the lawnmower right into the back of the van and worked on it.
He got it running good and sharpened the blade in about an hour.
His price was comparable to a regular lawnmower shop and while it might cost just a few bucks more it was WELL worth it in my opinion to not have to put my dirty mower into my car and haul it back and forth around town.
    I can't recommend any higher.

    Buckeye Mower Repair
Russ was great, On time jumped right in and got the work done in the garage as it was raining.   Very convenient him doing house calls and saved me a lot of time money vs having it picked up and repaired by a larger shop.    Will be using him for all future mower needs

At Your Door Lawn Equipment Repair
Did a great job.  Arrived at the house about 15 minues before the time we set which was really nice to see.  Worked diligently and completed the work in less than 3 hours.  Was very pleasant and friendly and was very knowledgeable about my lawn equipment.  Will use his services again and would recommend him to my friends.

    Beechwold Ace Hardware
We went to a different mower repair shop who gave us incorrect diagnosis and rude service. Called Beechwold hardware last night, had a very nice conversation and brought our mower in the next morning. A tune up and lube was all we needed. Prompt. Courteous. Honest. We will be back!

Store Clerk was very helpful in identifying the parts I need to make my repairs, she also made recommendations for how to install them properly.  She also gave me a few tips and tricks to address another issue I was having with a leaf blower.
I have used Como several times over the years and they ALWAYS have the Snapper parts I need, they've never had to special order something.

    Voss Bros. Sales and Rentals
My lawn tractor backfired and then died and I was unable to restart it. This happened on New Years Day and we were looking to get a big snowfall on the following Thursday. I called several places and many could not get to me until later on in the week. Brian at Voss Brothers in Sunbury said he maybe able to get my tractor that Monday. He called his driver, AJ, and he did come out that day. AJ tried changing the spark plug but that fix did not work. He loaded up my tractor and took it to their shop. Brian called me that night and said that a valve spring broke and he was overnighting the parts and will fix it that Tuesday. On Wednesday it was returned to me working like now. I put the snowblower back on the tractor and was ready for the snow on Thursday. The machine performed well. They did a great job and took care of me before the snow came. I will recommend them to anyone needing their lawn equipment repaired.

    Lawn Equipment Inc
They said they would get the estimate and call me back. They called the next day and said the pressure washer would cost between $80-$90 because the switch and cord needed to be replaced. They said the tiller would be $90-$100 to get cleaned up, running, and everything. I told them I wanted to think about it and would call back. I decided I didn't want the work done and told them I would pick them up. I had made arrangements with a friend who is a mechanic to look at both pieces of equipment. The same gentleman that unloaded it, brought them out to me to load. When he brought them out, he said (pressure washer) it started fine for him. Then he said they replaced the bad gas and the tiller and it started fine. Instead of taking them to my friend, I brought them home. I plugged the pressure washer in and it worked fine. I tried to start the tiller and it wouldn't start but pressed on the handle to give it gas and it started fine. I don't think it was the bad gas but that I needed to accelerate it more.

I am recently divorced and do not know a lot about lawnmowers. I had some major problems with mine. They came and picked it up and took it to their shop to determine what the issues were. After determining what was wrong, they called and had me come in to explain what was wrong, and what it would take to fix it. Because of the nature of the problem, they did not want to try and explain it to me over the phone. They were extremely honest with me, and the ladies in the service office could not have treated me better. I did not feel that they were trying to take advantage of my situation, which they could have easily done. The cost to repair the mower was more than it was worth, so I did not have them fix it, which they even recommended to me. They were more than fair in their pricing for the work that had to go into giving me the estimate. I would definitely use them again to service any lawn equipment that I will purchase in the future. They are a good, honest company.

Was very professional and explained about his services. Explained that he does not do p/u's in our area but recommended someone we could try for the work we needed. That company he referred us to never returned our call. If we have the opportunity to refer this company to anyone I would not hesitate based on his responses on the phone, however, we did not actually use him.
