After an offer fell through on my house due to high radon levels, I was anxious to address the problem as quickly as possible. Jesse was able to work with my timeline, and made sure all of my questions were answered. My house is old and I was worried that regular mitigation methods might not adequately reduce our levels (a fear reinforced by another contractor's assessment). Jesse and Andrew assured me that they would do everything possible to reduce the levels, and guaranteed the results. Boy, did they deliver. Our very high levels were reduced to practically nothing. ARadon Be GoneVery timely and neat work. There was minimal, noise during the work. Most importantly the location and choice of pipeline path was chosen in the esthetically pleasing manner. The radon level was still above the limit, so they put additional pipes to extract radon from an additional location in the basement at no extra cost, and in very well chosen path and location. ARadon Be GoneAll of the Radon Be Gone staff I dealt with were very professional. They designed the system so it vents in a back corner of the house and is barely visible. The staff delivered the external vent pipes several days in advance of the installation so I could paint them to match the exterior of my home. FSTOP! Dry Patrol in Delaware Ohio is a company you DO NOT want to use. You're probably looking for help because you are in an emergency situation...they know that and will take full advantage of you at every opportunity (don't just take my word for it, read other reviews and check with the Ohio Atty General and BBB). In my experience, they are predatory in how they secure contracts and they do not issue bills that meet industry standards. What does that mean for you? It means your insurance company will not issue payment on your claim and you'll be out of pocket the entire (exorbitant) cost of whatever work they say they did. They promised to return and remove fans and did not....instead, causing us to incur 3 more days of charges that we did not agree to or need (such a bs, shady move because those costs are way too high to begin with) - even when we called to get the fans out, they ghosted us. On top of that, if you ask them to revise their bill to meet industry standards (why wouldn't they meet industry standards to begin with??) they will not. They will tell you it will cost you additional money (to the tune of about $70 an hour) for them to make any revisions...and they still won't do it. Preferring, instead, that you take out a loan to pay them or they will threaten to place a lien on your home. Why should you be out of pocket when you pay for insurance coverage? There are a plethora of reputable businesses out there that can help you - this is not one of them. Ask your insurance company who they recommend and STAY AWAY from Dry Patrol in Delaware, Ohio.

FThis review could have been avoided if not for the extreme negligence in communication I have received from this company. First off, it took over 48 hours to get my report (they say you will have it 24 hrs after inspection) and only after repeated requests from me to get it. This was supposedly due to tech issues which they couldn't bother to tell me about. Then the pest and radon tests i asked for were not included but I was invoiced $230 for them. When asked they texted some numbers and said they would send the reports later that day. Still don't have them over a week later and they are useless to me now that the time to get out of my contract is passed. Now, after voicemail, texts and email requesting to speak with someone my calls are being ignored. I will be forced to seek out help from the BBB to get the issue resolved. Home buying is stressful enough without gross negligence from the "professionals" you rely on for information.
