  Anthony, the Service Tech, with Columbus Ohio Garage Door checked my garage door opener and determined the unit needed a new logic board. He suggested I contact Chamberlain, the maker of the Lift Master garage door opener, to obtain the part since my unit was still under warranty. (I should not that Columbus Ohio Garage Door had installed the garage door opener in September 2016.) Over a three month period, Chamberlain sent me multiple parts and Anthony installed the parts in an attempt to fix the unit. In a number of instances, Chamberlain sent the wrong parts and I had to have them re-send the correct parts. Anthony was great to work with during this process. When I could no longer get satisfaction in dealing with Chamberlain, James Encracion, the owner of Columbus Ohio Garage Door, stepped up to the plate and had Anthony install a new garage door opener at no cost. This is SUPERIOR SERVICE from Columbus Ohio Garage Door. James not only stood behind the service of his company but he stood behind the product of Chamberlain.   We have worked with Naji in the past to have some general maintenance completed on our existing doors and were blown away by his professionalism and responsiveness not to mention his over knowledge so it was a no brainier to give him call when it was time to replace our existing garage doors. Naji was punctual for every appointment and always returned calls in a timely manner, even on the weekends. He walked us through all the options and provided recommendation for what we were looking to have done. He even went as far to call a manufacturer to see if they would be able to replace panels of the door at a lower price point in order to provide additional options for repair. He performs quality work and leaves the space cleaner then when he arrived. He always showed up on time and even called early to try to fit us in sooner when our schedules allowed. From day one he has been very respectful and attentive to our needs so we would highly recommend Naji whether the project is big or small!

  Michael M., owner of Mid-Ohio Door was at my home exactly when he said would be here. He was very personable and told me exactly what he was doing every single step of the way! He worked diligently for 45 minutes and did the following: Straightened the door on the track that was totally askew, Replaced a roller that was too short to ride in the track, Visually inspected the door and indicated areas of the door that may need attention in the future (but didn't in anyway suggest that we had to perform the work with him immediately); Charged us a VERY reasonable fee for his services.

  I called at 11AM, Naji said he would be there between 2-3PM, and he called and arrived 15 minutes early. He was extremely friendly, surveyed the problem quickly, offered a very good price, and conducted the work efficiently. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work, and before departing, he also conducted a few other minor repairs as preventative maintenance to prolong the life of the door which is close to needing replaced. He came highly recommended, and I will also do the same in highly recommending him. As a matter of fact, he will be the one I call when it is time to install a new door.

  We had a door hinge snap off and needed a new part to connect the door to the hinge. William was super helpful - not only was the job free as it was such a small part to replace, he recommended some things we could do for both doors to improve the quality. Later on in the day, I had some issues getting the door to go down, and again William came back and helped out. For local garage repair, it's the best service you can ask for!

  When I called, I explained that I was only in town a few more days in case they could help. The company sent out a technician the very next to meet my schedule. After considering all my options, I decided to upgrade and replace my old door system, for which you could no longer get remotes. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. With his very good advice, I picked out a new system (which works great). He rearranged part of his day for the next day, and returned at 8 AM to install the complete 3 door system. Responsiveness and service was outstanding and the end product is everything as advertised. Highly recommend this company.

I have an older wood garage door and they didn't have the right size spring in the truck, but they repaired it so that I could use it until the part came in. A few days later when the spring came in they called and we made an appointment. Again, they called when they were on their way. They came and did a very professional job. I was pleased with the work and the cost. I would use them again.

  Excellent. Alex was our technician. It occurred on Sunday night and my daughters car was trapped in the garage. He arrived promptly...made suggestions..showed me wear and tear on my tensioner...suggested replacement and suggested 2 springs instead on 1 so this wouldn't happen again. He even fixed my garage door opener switch which wasn't installed properly in the wall before..and adjusted my setting on my opener. All this was included in the 1 hour service charge. It sounds quieter than it ever has. He was super professional and did excellent work.
