    I went to 2 visits and the trainer I worked with, Gina, moved on. I followed the trainer to her new startup business.   The facility was clean and overall, good. It's out of the way, so I probably wouldn't visit again.

    Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club
    I was really impressed with the locker rooms and how clean and well maintained they were. The weight equipment was top notch and they had a wide selection of free weights and machines. They have their own racquetball courts and I perused their class schedule and they are one of the few places in town that has a decent selection of exercise classes before 6AM which is key for my wife and her crazy schedule. The membership was varied in ages and physical condition which made me comfortable as opposed to the typical 'roid rage gym. I work out primarily at home but if I were to join anywhere it would definitely be here. I actually suggested my father-in-law workout here when he visits us.

    Simon is knowledgeable, very encouraging, and very patient with people who are interested in exercising the weight off or getting fit. I would recommend him to others. I had to return the Big Deals that I purchased because of some complications and health issues, but I would still think about using him in the future.

    It's fairly new and nice. They did a very nice job setting it up. They have all the standard stuff. They have a hefty membership base. My overall experience with them has been good. Their prices are good, and they're professional.

No matter what your size, age, fitness level or availability is, FastTrack2 is a perfect fit. Simon's programs are customizable to fit your individual needs and goals. His training method is very inspirational and carried out in an extremely comfortable environment. The workouts are always fresh and challenging, but with Simon's extremely contagious spirit, you can't wait to come back for more! With my FastTrack2 program, I'm losing weight, gaining muscle and my cardio fitness improves daily. I look and feel better than I have in almost 20 years!

    I had been trying a lot of different diets and working out on my own for over a year and had lost some weight but had hit a plateau. I needed help, so I googled Biggest Loser Columbus Ohio and found Fasttrack. I signed up committing to one session and stayed on for 15 months because I liked it so much and because it worked so well for me. I did the Fasttrack program for close to 15 months and lost 85 lbs with it! It's a great workout and more importantly, it works!

    The five week program (15 one-hour sessions, 3 per week), which I'm half way through, is toning up muscles, improving cardio vascular endurance and resulting in my sleeping better. I have lost a few pounds, but that is secondary to getting back in better shape.

    Although it varies some from session to session, there are usually six of us going through the routines, which vary from session to session. Sometimes there is more weight work on machines toning various muscle groups. Always there is a generous amount of aerobic exercise in spurts of 2 to ten minutes per machine. The most vigorous aerobic days feature five ten minute sessions on various machines--tread mill, step. machine, rowing and bicycling.

    My sessions all begin at 9 a.m., as I'm retired. Other sessions begin as early as 5 and 6 a.m., catering to those who are not retired. Our group's trainer is Simon Davis, a coach with the Columbus Crew professional soccer team and he does an excellent job of guiding us through our workouts, which vary in intensity depending on age and condition.

    I strongly recommend this Fitness Center for anyone trying to get back into shape. Furthermore, there is at least one person in my group who has been working out with Simon for two years, so there are long-term customers as well.

    The facility itself is clean, with a wide variety of machines, which appear to be well maintained.

    We began our training with Simon on Aug. 22, 2011. We started to see results in strength and stamina after only four weeks and a
    gradual loss of inches in waist and hips. We were so pleased with Simon's training program that we decided to continue it beyond the five weeks. We are still doing it six months later, and have no intention of stopping now. Simon customizes his training to fit each person's individual needs, and he challenges us to do better all the time, with a lot of good humor included! The results that my husband and I have seen are amazing! We absolutely love Simon's program and recommend it to everyone!
