ALeaders Moving & Storage Co of ColumbusOur movers on November 25, 2020 were Lamar (#1897) and Dame (#1929), and they did a FABULOUS job. The guys were so helpful, accommodating and friendly. They worked diligently and got the job done in a very reasonable period of time. We were extremely impressed! APrime Cleaning ServiceExcellent! We were very satisfied with the service provided and the entire experience from start to finish. Very friendly and professional staff. I was able to instantly get in contact with them for a quote and the response time and overall communication remained quick and easy throughout the process. Once they arrived to clean the unit we had a language barrier, but easily communicated with google translate. The cleaning itself was impeccable and the unit looks amazing! They even took before and after pictures to show me where they had cleaned behind appliances which I thought was a great touch. I know some cleaning companies quote one number then end up charging more after the service is finished, but I was given a firm quote up front and was told everything that would be included for the price and that was what I was charged. Again, very happy with the professional, friendly service and the end result. We will absolutely use this company for all our future cleaning services of our rental property.- Aaron M.

I have cleaned and cleaned garage and basement etc but I just didn't have what it takes to clean light fixtures, switchplates,dust moldings and all of those chores to make my house spic and span. They were recommended to me . There was a team of 4 cleaners and it took them only about 2 hours. Family owned business that we started in 2006. We have one office manager and two full-time technicians. Vans are clearly marked and technicians wear uniforms. All technicians have annual background checks. We are insured, and are compliant with BWC. We charge a flat rate for ours services using a standard pricing and do not charge extra for weekends. We do not charge for travel but do have a service fee to perform our 10 point inspection of $49. We do not extra charge for after hours service...

FI called their customer service and explained to them in very detail that my dryer vent need a thorough inspection since I am pretty sure that the contractor who worked on my basement bathroom has connected the dryer vent to the bathroom exhaust fan. After listening to my concerns, they said a technician will come and do an inspection. When the technician came, all he did was to connect a blower to my dryer vent and decided no air was blower from the outlet outside the house. I asked him to camera inspection, he said he did not carried with him and I need to call the office again for them to come out with camera for inspection. He first tried to charge me $59 for this worthless inspection and when I said your office quoted $49, he then agreed to charge the same. I felt he just came to get the money and left, did nothing to make sure to actually find the real issue. I called their office to complain and I was being told by their representative that she just handles the scheduling and will make the owner call me back that I never received any call back from them.

AClean Extreme was great! They explained their process on the phone when I made the appointment. When Brent and Tim arrived to do the job, Brent did a walk-thru with me through the whole house to explain what they would be doing and answer any questions I had. They were a great team! Very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them! P.S. they found a full plastic water bottle covered in drywall dust in one of our vent runs.

AThe crew of two arrived at 8 am, immediately started working and didn't stop until 2:10 pm. Our house was this clean one other time - the day we moved into our house 27 years ago. They were easy to work with and spent as much time as needed to make sure our house was clean to our satisfaction. Job well done and we will hire them every 2 weeks to keep our house clean.
