    They claimed several days after the truck was returned that it had been damaged and assessed an additional $127 for repairs. If there was any damage, it was from a previous renter and the attributed it to me. As of 6 weeks later, neither the business, nor Haul has even contacted me about my complaint.

    Captain's Cove exceeded our expectations. They were very helpful, informative and they were always actively aware of what kind of boat we wanted to purchase . A special surprise came after we bought a boat and they would not finalized the sale until we took the boat for a test drive on the Ohio River. And while we were on our test drive, we were not hurried and we were told everything we needed to know about the boat.

    myself and my wife were traveling from Dayton,ohio to newark,NJ en route to Bangalore,India by LUfhansa/united star air alliance.
    when we were checking in our luggages at united airlines counter at dayton airport,the united airlines representative demanded we had to pay an additional luggage fee of $100.00,even though Lufthansa told us earlier that we can check in two suit cases per passenger without additional charges on international flights,when we raised this matter with that representative ,we were bluntly told that we have to take this matter with Lufthansa at Newark,NJ.when we contacted the Lufthansa representative at Newwark about this,that representative told us that since Lufthansa did not charge this additional fee and united airlines did,we had to take this matter with united and so we were caught between these two major airlines.on our way back from India to Dayton,Ohio,we were not required to pay any additional luggage checking in fee either by Lufthansa or by united airlines(flight no;7750).when we contacted united airlines  many times for an explanation for this discrepancy,,to this date,united airlines refused to give any explanations and they also refused to refund the extra  amount of $100.00 they unfairly and illegally charged us..we strongly urge united airlines to refund the amount of $100.00 to us as soon as possible.RYRYRY

    Anton's Transportation
    Anton's picked us up at home about 20 minutes late, for a 6:30 PM pick up time. Drove us to Murphy's Bar and Restaurant to celebrate St. Patricks Day. I called them after dinner, to take us to Paddy's Bar and Restaurant.  This time Anton's was very prompt.
    Around 9:30 I called Anton's for a ride home, I was told it would be about 45 minutes to an hour. No one came. I then called at least 9 more times to check on the status of our pick up. All of these calls were unanswered, just a recording. The last call I made was at 11:18 PM, still no answer other than the recording.
    We thus had to ask a complete stranger to take us home. Anton's had my contact information, but to this moment, 3/18/15 at 9:00AM, I have not received a call.
    NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

    We purchased the new camper from Richmond store.  As mentioned above we had extra awnings put on before taking the camper home to protect the slide outs.  The main awning on the other side of the camper had a recall on it and had to be banded up until it could be replaced under warranty.  We also paid for full protection of the camper inside and out.  This had to be done at a later date as well.  Before taking the camper out on July 4th weekend, we took the camper to Tom Raper's London, OH location to have the main awning replaced and to have the protectant coatings applied.  When my husband picked up the camper, drove it an hour home, and went to look inside he discovered they had given us someone else's camper!!! And they couldn't bring our camper to us so my husband had to take the wrong camper back and get our camper.  All they gave us was gas money to cover the trip.  When we took the camper on its only outing on July 4th weekend, we heard loud "pops" under our bed (front of camper) in the night.  My husband got up and looked around outside and didn't see anything.  When we went to leave the next day, he discovered one of the legs supporting the camper buckled so badly he could barely get it up to transport the camper.  This had to have been the noise we heard.  The leg just spontaneously buckling.  Unbelievable.  So, we took the camper back to storage because Tom Raper in London - again we went to that location because they did the awning repair and the protective coatings - said it would be Aug 12th before they could get the parts.  So my husband took the camper when he had time off on Aug 10th so it could be worked on beginning the 12th but when he went to get it out of storage he noticed the extra awnings had been damaged and one had actually made a hole in the side of the camper.  We had a bad storm come through and we believe the awnings were damaged in the winds.  Which has to lead one to believe they weren't installed properly - one big storm and they blow off?  They weren't even out - they were rolled up because the sliders were in for storage.  When my husband dropped of the camper in London, they still didn't have the parts for the leg repair and they said they didn't do body repairs, only Richmond does it.  But they promised to add silicone to the hole to protect against water damage and they also told my husband they would store the camper inside until they repaired the leg.  Then we would have to take it to Richmond for body repair.  To this day, the camper is still in London, we have no idea if they ever siliconed the hole, we cannot get anyone to tell us what is going on and have gotten the run around from the manager at London.  My husband has tried to get an answer from them for the past four days with no progress other than another "promise" they will drive the camper to Richmond by the end of this week and will not charge us for the transport.  We have been told weeks ago the camper was on its way to Richmond and were shocked to learn it was still in London on Monday and I have little confidence it will be in Richmond by tomorrow, Sep 20th, as promised.  They are planning to charge us $650 for the awnings that only lasted a few weeks before being blown off.  So, we will have paid twice for the awnings, paid $$$ to protect the inside and out with protective coating, but had that protection eliminated by the awnings we paid for making a hole in the side of the camper, and have been without our camper since July 4th weekend because we couldn't use it with the bent leg.
    Update: 9/20/2013 - the Richmond store has our camper and is in the process of making it whole and investigating the issues with the London store.  So far the Richmond store, now that they are involved, are treating us well.

    From the moment we stepped off the plane at Christchurch and were greeted by our driver who took us to our 1st hotel until we were picked up at our hotel in Melbourne to begin the flight back to Chicago, everything WORKED!  During the planning phase Rick had asked about the type of hotels we wanted....we were pleased with everyone...and there were a couple of little gems included.  The tours selected were quality operations...once when our flight was 2 hours late coming into Kangaroo Island we fully expected to miss a day-long tour of the island...to our delight someone was waiting for us as we stepped off the flight and a very lovely day began.  Rick checked in as did his local representative, I can't say enough regarding how well everything worked.  We were never hurried or felt harried as we travel from place to place.  His itinerary was full of useful guidance and recommendations that help set our expectations.  Rick Stone is seasoned travel agent and is VERY,VERY GOOD at what he does.  You will not be disappointed  with Mr. Australia....thanks again Rick for a great trip!

    an excellent experience.  At first thought it was taking too long but once we saw how much was being done, we understood.  this boat hull was completely rebuilt.  Very happy with the end result and have enjoyed one whole boating season with it now.

    In our first exchange Rick asked us how we wanted to travel..economy, premier economy or business class;  then he asked about the type of acomodations we wanted to stay in; where we wanted to go, where we did not want to go.........from the beginning it was an exchange of our travel desires and his experience.  My wife had a special request, she wanted to see the Snowy River area (remember the movie "The Man From Snowy River"), Rick had the contacts and also recommendations......save that for last since it was going to be two days on horseback.  As we developed our itinerary there were a couple of surprises with air travel to the Outback, but Rick always had a plan B or even C as needed.  We are now ready to make our final bookings......we are extremely pleased with Rick Stone, aka "Mr Australia" and recommend him to anyone interested in independent travel to Australia and New Zealand.  I will update Angie's list after we return from our grand adventure.

    A friend and I were celebrating a special event and needed a driver for a night on the town (something classy). I was impressed from the initial phone call--all services were described in detail and I felt confidence they would deliver. And they did! The driver was on time and dressed very professionally. He was a true chauffeur, opening doors and everything. The Lincoln Town car was spectacular. It was impeccably clean and there was a huge amount of room for the passengers in the back. The driver stayed with us for the entire evening, taking us wherever we wanted to go. I was the last drop off of the evening, and the driver made sure I got safety into my house before pulling away. If you want to have an elegant night on the town or just want to impress someone for business purposes, use this service! I highly recommend it!
