    Diamond Kennels
They were great. Our dogs had never been a kennel. My one was 13 so I was very worried. They were able to stay together which helped. I called every day and they were on top of their care even sent me pictures. Great anamal care givers.

Best experience by far! My maltipoo and morkie have never looked better. They both had a wonderful stress free experience. An hour to groom each vs leaving them all day at a normal brick and mortar groomer in cages was a no brainier. I'm a very happy customer.

    Dr. Sue's Animal Clinic
Dr. Sue provided not only excellent professional service but more importantly a personal touch that was so helpful when dealing with our sick, older cat. She easily spent an hour on the phone with me to discuss possible diagnoses and subsequent care choices. Dr. Sue was compassionate and kind while ultimately providing end of life care for our familiy pet. I highly recommend her veterinary practice. It was fun interacting with the pets she keeps in the office. And I commend Dr. Sue for her health protocols during these Covid-19 times. I felt safe visiting her office seeing door handles cleaned after every customer entry/exit, with only one customer at a time in the clinic. Thank you Dr. Sue, we truly appreciate you!

    Specialty Clinic
They are a specialty clinic for operating, specialists, and have a 24-7 emergency service. They are excellent and I would highly recommend them. I would definitely go to them again.

    Dog Guard of Kentucky
Went great. Kevin responded quickly and worked with my schedule for a assessment. We set a install date. Eric and Dylan did the install and training. The whole process was seamless! Highly recommend these folks!

Columbus Ohio Dog Trainer Terry Cook
I had a rowdy 7-month-old Pit Bull puppy that was a horrible puller and didn’t listen. I chose to purchase private lessons where I worked with Terry and my puppy one-on-one. I was beyond impressed with the results and the positive approach. Terry has an outstanding facility that also offers dog boarding as well. After having numerous nightmare experiences with commercial dog kennels we went to Terry to board our dogs in a HUGE 10x10 doggy cottage with 2-acre fenced-in play area. My dogs came back happy and tired! I highly recommend Terry Cook if you need your dog trained or looking for the best dog boarding place for your dog!

    Dirty Dog Pet Salon
The younger gentleman was quite frustrated when he called to let me know my dog was ready and when I picked up my dog 🐶 up he was very rude! Advised me to sedate my dog that he is the “worst dog” he’s ever had! Well Mr...he does have some anxiety, but the poor guys was never given water when he was there over 2 hours and as soon as we gave him some water he quit whining and barking! I don’t feel it was necessary to advise me my dog was the “worst” you’ve had! First and last trip there (not that they would care anyway) just hope they didn’t mistreat the poor guy!

    Airway Animal Clinic
Airway Animal Factory GO TO ANY OTHER VET. Here's Tomato's story of how he got lost on Colonel Glenn Highway. Extraordinary event or indicative of a DEEP PROBLEM? The "vet tech" wouldn't let me out of the car because of COVID and she was in such a hurry she just opened the door before i could say a word and after he had been 'treated'. Tommy jumped out. She was on the wrong side of the door to stop him. She then chased it with 8 other people across the highway as I looked on in horror and I lost my baby. She should have been fired for her negligence and lack of caution or following COVID procedures. My Tommy had a wound on his head and they didn't even give him antibiotics- they just 'cleaned' even though I asked for antibiotics (the abscess on his head was large). The manager, Donna, is a horrible unethical woman who gave me incomplete records and even changed Tommy's record saying "he was an "outdoor" cat who commonly fought with other cats" to make their 'damages' seem less I suppose. He hasn't slept outside since he was 3 weeks old and a stray cat on a traffic circle in Cairo. I brought him here and he loved America, he loved me. If he were an outdoor cat why would his first vaccinations be at the age of 11, as his other records show? This clinic and its staff are incompetent, negligent and unethical. GO TO ANY OTHER VET!! They have at least 9 vets in a 1200 sq ft building with 20-30 "vet techs" (girls who have no training and no idea what they're doing). They can't be keeping the animals apart during COVID. Tommy came back too the car traumatized from his 'cleaning', which is why I let him out not thinking some stupid girl would carelessly open the door. I spent a week looking for him and it cost me over $3000 and infinitely more. DON'T TAKE A CHANCE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They also charged almost $100 for vaccines and $100 for boosters. They didn't charge for the cleaning since the cost of losing my Tomato was immeasurable. They should be investigated and shut down. Donna should be dismissed for such unethical and pointless and hurtful behavior. They have NO REGARD FOR ANIMALS or PEOPLE

    MedVet Dayton
Horrible they wanted 8000 down I didn’t have it so I was told that it would be best to put my dog down I didn’t get a chance for my dog to have a recovery it was either I paid the money with no payment plan or let my dog die I will forever blame myself for that dog attacking mine but I will blame myself for bringing her to this place thinking they would help her I sure hope they don’t ever have to run into this problem where they have to chose between money or death I pray they don’t have the money to feel like I do in pain everyday

I took my yorkie puppy in on 8/5/20. When we brought her home she was having a hard time walking on her hind legs, she was holding her pee for 10-12 hours at a time, then she had to go so bad she peed everywhere, she had infection in both ears, and her personality changed drastically. She changed from a gentle, happy, mild tempered puppy to a vicious, growling, and biting puppy when you picked her up or put her in a cage to sleep. I contacted Leah at Judy’s. She said she would look at the security footage and go from there. First she said the footage was fine and nothing happened. Second, it was the wrong days footage. Third, she had to back track to find the footage. Then lastly, the footage was too old to view. She knew from the start I wanted to see it. But I never got to. Then the camera angles were wrong. Tell me how can she tell me nothing happened when, she says, you can’t see Bella in the picture. All the excuses makes me believe something happened and she doesn’t want to take responsibility or pay the vet bills. Do NOT go here. My puppy is changed, most likely, for a long time.
