    Wow, I wish I had gone to a family dentist over this greedy corporation, I would never have been treated this way. I verified through my insurance company my eligibility and that Aspen Dental was in my network and set up Appointment for teeth cleaning. At the appointment they took x-rays and dentist examined me. I was waiting for the dental hygienist for awhile. Then a guy with a tie came in and told me to come into his office. I said what about my teeth cleaning and he said that had to be scheduled. I was unhappy about this as I fully intended to have my teeth cleaned that day and it was not communicated initially when I scheduled the appt. Also unnerved me that the atmosphere was so business like. He told me they verified with my insurance and gave me paperwork. Then rescheduled and had around $500 in work. Turned out my insurance company gave incorrect info and my employment classification made me ineligible for the dental portion of employer paid insurance so there would be no amount paid. Obviously I would not have gone through with procedure at the time if I knew there was no coverage. Aspen office managers knowing the miscommunication with my insurance company still expected full payment and they would not even consider a self pay discount. I told them I cant pay in full and advised I could make $50 payments. I told them my budget is tight and don't even have the full amount. They still would not work with me. Very discouraging. There was nothing I could do except make payments which I made 3, $50 payments before they sold my account to a law firm for collections! I feel this is a terrible policy for Customer Service on their part and wanted other consumers in the area to know how cold this whole experience has been.

    As pain free as any dentist I've had.  Staff is friendly, courteous and prompt.  All of my appointments have been on time.  No waiting around due to overbooking appointments.

    I had a molar crack while eating popcorn.
    The pain was really intense.
    I had an initial appointment and it was determined I needed a crown.
    I scheduled an appt and was able to get in in a short amount of time.
    The crown was attached expertly.
    Dr. Coyne is a very professional, very approachable Dr.
    He explains what he will be performing before and during.
    Dr. Coyne is very reassuring and gives excellent care.

    The first thing that bothered me was the girl (asst ?) who came to get me, although friendly ,did not introduce herself or tell me her position.  She ushered me into the dental chair and another woman who I assume was the Dentist, Dr. Clock (also no introduction), started poking around and scraping on my teeth.  She seemed to spend a lot of time working on an upper molar with a lot of scraping, I later realized that this was a molar that had a crown on it that an earlier dentist had spent a lot of time on, and ever since that appointment it has bothered me to the point that now, it has sharp edges that irritate my cheek and tongue.  I know this is written four months later, but I've had other medical issues to worry about rather than this.  Now that this molar must be fixed I will certainly not go back to Dr Clock and just wanted this "on the record " somewhere .  Oh, she did do a reasonable job of cleaning my teeth, but I've had better.

    Everyone was almost unbelievably nice. They created a very good experience and that is a rare compliment from me. I have a severe anxiety disorder and dentists are a HUGE trigger. I was very satisfied with both the care and the treatment. As I said, my husband and I are both now patients and intend to remain so for as long as we are in Columbus (we just bought a house).

    Gave this office a poor grade due to:
    1) The exam chairs are all out in the open - no privacy or walls  between you and the patient lying next to you
    2)  The office was dirty- badly in need of a vaccume.  restroom and brak area were filthy - I was honestly afraid of getting an infection

    I am very happy with Dr. Bean & Davis. They are on time, easy to talk to and very caring about you as a person.

    They have don a bridge for me and I am very happy with it. Dr. Bean even noticed I has a place on my face which I had checked. Turn out is was a basal cell skin cancer.  They are now our family dentists.

    Easy and timely. Staff is friendly and competent and the Dentists don't try to push extra or un-needed services on you. I really appreciate that. Only issue at all is how far out you have to schedule sometimes.

    Very helpful office staff.  Hygienist was thorough.  Dentist listened well.  Insurance billing was smoother than anticipated.  Though I get anxious about dental visits, my fears were eased and I will definitely return.

    They x-rayed the tooth first and told me it could be saved.. I just needed a root canal and a crown. The root canal went great . I will return for the crown. I must say I had gone to two other Dentists and they never mentioned they could save my tooth. A very caring Dental Practice. I went to the office in Huber Heights. North Park Dental.
