DLiberty Maids IncThe person sent was promised to be their best when I noted the house was quite dirty and needed work. The person got there late. Then in 3 hours and 40" she cleaned 1 full bath that admittedly had mold and needed work and 1/2 bath that didn't need much at all. She seemed to resent being asked to clean real dirt. There was a small furnace room with a muddy floor from a backed up storm drain which when she finally got to it didn't really know how to clean it. She should have used a bucket and mop and gotten back in the corners but she wiped up some of the dirt in the front of the closet and left the rest. When I sent her back she for some unknown reason used a carpet sweeper on the now damp and still muddy cement floor. She then set the sweeper down on the newly cleaned hall carpet leaving multiple mud stains all over from the sweeper. She said she couldn't reach the corners. She never got to the kitchen which I ended having to clean along with redoing the furnace room including the corners which were easily reached with the right equipment..- Judy S.

AABC Services LLCI was happily surprised that Mr. Surface was early, first of all. He is a very cordial man and explained what was wrong and what he was going to do. He got straight to work and he was finished before I knew it. He cleaned the area, better than it was before. I recommend him highly. the base rate was $114.95, but he had to fix a part for I contacted Mr. Scott at ABC Surfaces. He is very cordial and explained what he what he was going to do. I was pleasantly surprised that he was much earlier than planned. It didn't take very long. Mr. Scott left the work area cleaner than he found it. I would definitely use him again. My cost was 114.95 to clean the dryer vent and 25.00 plus tax.- Connie M.

FZIEBARTBrought my car into Ziebart last week for it's annual service. Bought a Diamond pkg when I bought the car in 2012 that lasts as long as I own the car. While sitting at the vet waiting to have to put down my dog, Brian the mgr called and tried to sell every package they sell and I told him no, that I can't afford doing anything extra this time. Later in the day when I went to pick it up, my bill was $250 instead of nothing. When I asked why, he claimed that I told him yes to some rust check and a maintenance deal. I in fact said no to anything. Told me I had to pay or he was keeping my car until the bill was paid. If I tried to take it with my other keys he would call the cops. On top of it all, after having them do a rust proof since the car was 3 years old we saw rust bubbling under the paint above the tire well. When I called him out on it at the beginning of our ! phone call he told me it must have begun rusting before it being treated at Ziebart. A 3 yr old car rusting? So why didn't he or any of the tech's ever point it out to me in previous years?? Terrible customer service from the mgr Brian M Peck. Then got the response from the mgr stating that I wouldn't get any refund. So he's backing an unprofessional, immoral and dishonest manager instead of someone who has previously spent thousands of dollars at his business. AHandy House CleaningWhen the cleaning person arrived, she told us that she was only supposed to do a regular house cleaning - not a complete move out, deep cleaning. She did have a fellow with her and she said she would do the best they could do. I specifically said when I contracted for these services the number of rooms involved and that it was a "move out" cleaning and was told that it would take six hours. I am, however, very happy with the work that was done, so all came out okay in the long run.- Carol M.

AEmily's HousecleaningThe last week of May, I was desperately trying to find a cleaning company to help me out with some vacate cleaning of a 1,000 sq ft rental condo, which needed to be completed by or before May 31st. I contacted several places that I found on "Angie's List" and Tammy from "Emily's House Cleaning" was able to fit me on May 30, 2019. It's a family owned business.
