    Bob Pulte Chevrolet
We purchased a new 2019 Suburban from Bob Pulte Chevrolet in July 2019. From the salesman Mr. Velasquez to the service department with Mr. Heinz out experience has been outstanding and we would highly recommend anyone purchasing a new vehicle to go to Bob Pulte Chevrolet. We give them a 5 star rating.

WARNING! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Be prepared to walk when they suddenly add to an already agreed upon final price negotiated based upon information on their website for items NOT DISCLOSED! The Sales Manager Tony, Sales Consultant David and apparently the Dealership thinks it is acceptable to NOT DISCLOSE the non-Hyundai "Dealer Added" options/accessories/equipment online as nowhere on the website does it show or make reference to them or their cost. The Sales Manager Tony said they're NOT REQUIERED to disclose them on the internet. So I guess that makes it ethical!!! I guess you can't take them for their word!!

While fixing the brake line, a tech broke another part. First we were told it would be weeks to get a part. They then decided a trip to the junk yard would provide what was needed. Wrong. That part did not fix the problem. All dash lights began blinking after the third full day of repair work. On the third visit, one tech looked at another and said "diagnostics? I thought I was suppose to do warranty work." They CHEVY van! They have now had it for 3 complete days again. Last night at 7 PM, they assured me again, if they have one more day it would be done. This morning, someone from corporate told me she was heading to KY to get the part we needed. Well again, at the end of day 3, no van. Now they say she had a flat tire on the way down and could not call me because her cell phone is dead. I have driven by this shop and not once was my vehicle being worked on as told. It was not on the rack or even in the building. I have been lied to at every turn. They have a sign out front saying brake sale. I pray no one else is in my pergatory. I am considering going to walgreens to purchase them red noses. It would alert new customers that this is a group of clowns. Just missing a big tent.

It went well. I had my tailpipe hanging low because flanges broke loose. I took my vehicle to my normal dealership, but they would only replace the parts. I am not very handy but a repair seemed pretty simple, but the dealership would only replace (not repair). Replacement of the exhaust system would have cost $1200. Most of this was parts cost and very little labor. I read a review of something similar done by Muffler Brothers and the cost was $100 for them. I called Muffler Brothers and they described something similar over the phone. I got right in, the repair took less than 45 minutes and the repair cost $100. The exhaust is still working fine and I have had no issues since.

I thought the tires might need to be balanced, but they only had 15,000 miles on them. They test drove the van, it wasn't vibrating, so no additional work was needed. I bought the tires there, so the tire rotation was free!

They fixed the water leak on the first try. They have a "water doctor" specialist come in and fix it. They also fixed a leak a different leak on the driver's side a few years ago. This was after taking my car to another Honda dealer in Beavercreek a half a dozen times and that dealer not being able to fix the leak (and talking to several other people at that dealer's waiting room who had the same problem). If you have a leak that is not getting fixed right, I would encourage taking it to Castrucci's.

It was my first so it was free. The place has been around forever. Something was not done right the first time and I did a survey. They called the next day and wanted me to come back and get stuff redone. Not that it was done right, we had a miscommunication on what was to be done. When I sent in the survey, they called me either the same day or the next day the survey came out and wanted to solve the problem and they did. It is such a big company that I think that there was a little bit of lack of communication between me and them on what was supposed to be done, what wasn't done. It was just a little lack of communication, nothing major.

I highly recommend them. They sell auto supplies and they will help you out with stuff like if you need a battery installed. I really recommended them. They have helped me out so much. Like if I got a ding on my car and you know I didn't know how to get it out properly without hurting the paint or this, that or the other thing and you think well they sell supplies; they're a store. I'd go in and darn if the guy wouldn't come out when he wasn't busy and he'd show me how to do it and the best way to do it or if it was a small enough place, he'd do it himself for no charge. The do it for most people. It's a super place. I really would like to put a shout out to them. They are so conscientious, so, so super, just I mean in so many ways and that's happened to other friends and family members. I mean, they really have. I mean, if I suddenly needed a wind-shield wiper, and it's raining or snowy or something of this sort, you know, I go there, they tell me what I need and they will put it on for me. A's straight across, and that is sincere.

They replaced the battery. They called Auto Zone, who brought over the special battery I needed. They had a TV and a newspaper in the lobby. I walked to the CVS though while they were walking. They were very fast, thorough, and kind.

    Voss Hyundai
V-oss Hyundai Service Center is clean, reliable and honest. I have used this dealership Service Center for the 6 years I have owned my Hyundai Sonata and I wouldn't take it anywhere else. Before owning a Hyundai, I was not a fan of dealership service centers and took my Toyota to local shops. But Voss Hyundai is great. They work with you, know the vehicle and prioritize the work for you if you need to break it down for payments' sake.
