    They are excellent. With our insurance program, it costs a little bit more a year for the same prescription. That is why we changed but the pharmacists are wonderful and they go out of their way to help you. Their personnel in the pharmacy department are very personable and very helpful.

    We've had wonderful luck with them. My experience with them is excellent. Their staff is very knowledgeable. They're courteous and friendly. They'll go out of their way to help you, if you need something special. You get your prescriptions filled in a timely manner. They know what they're doing and they're happy to do it for people.

    I have been with this insurance company for several years and have been very happy with their customer service and online portal. I have had to call customer service a few times with questions regarding specific benefits and have always been satisfied. Compared to other insurance companies I have had Medical Mutual performs better than most.

    I have been insured for many years through Medical Mutual of Ohio. They are very easy to work with. Whenever I call, they are able to answer my questions. Their member Website is great. Explanations of Benefits are easy to understand. Keep up the great service!

    They are very good. I like them because they have drive up window. I also like because they keep records of when your prescriptions are due. As a matter of fact I did have call on my answering machine now and I have prescription that is ready. They take care of everything. I don't have to remember anything. I am happy with them. I would continue to use them.

    They are good. They are friendly. They are punctual. They are very professional. You are preregistered so that when you get there you don't have to do anything. Everything is organized and goes smoothly. They really care. They really do want people to be happy. I don't have any complaints. I would continue to use them.

    I have been using them for many years, have automatic prescription refills, the staff is friendly, the price is competitive, they know me, call me by name when I walk in the door, leave voice mails when I my prescriptions are ready, and are convenient.

    I think they could improve on being organized. I went from a system where once a month I would receive the medications for the next three months to a system in which I have to keep going back throughout the month. It has become very confusing to organize the medications.

    They are a smaller competitor in the market. They provide a different type of service. They are very helpful when it comes to information about medication. They even mix drugs for you. I can also call my prescriptions in. There is not a real long wait. The pharmacists are easily available for you to talk to and their customer service is pretty good. They have not been able to take my prescription card due to some new regulations recently.
